I think Zayn should enter. It advances his feud with KO since KO betrayed him because Zayn made the big show before him. Also, Neville is long overdue. Anyone else is just being a fan boy. I love Balor but he has literally been on tv 4 times.

Neville must have been in NXT for ages now, I remember a couple years ago when Bo Dallas was in the rumble, everyone was wanting Neville in then. You should start watching NXT man. I think you would really like it. I was somewhat skeptical at first but once I started watching, it EASILY became the best weekly wrestling program available and the only one I really looked forward to seeing every week. I've been meaning to try out that NXT PPV that everyone keeps raving about. Maybe tonight. Neville must have been in NXT for ages now, I remember a couple years ago when Bo Dallas was in the rumble, everyone was wanting Neville in then. To be fair, he had literally just made his debut in NXT like two weeks before the Royal Rumble. Still 2 years is a long time for a talented dude to spend in developmental.

Yes, give R Evolution a shot. Great show.

I don't think Zayn should be in the Rumble. I only see Tyler Breeze, and Neville making an entrance.
Also, why wouldn't anyone watch NXT?! Lol.

I'd say Breeze, since he has no real story direction on NXT (but I have no clue what creative would do with him), or Neville since I'd say it's his time to move up, especially having been written off you could say.

Balor or maybe Baron Corbin. I think Corbin could be big in WWE.

Obviously... Ol' Blue Pants. You can't. Teach. That! I think there is about a 90% chance that it ends up being Neville, maybe 95%. Sami and Neville are seemingly the next set of call-ups. I would love this be Balor obviously, but I think he makes sense for a post Mania call-up. I'm pretty convinced that Balor is getting Del Rio treatment. In other words, as soon as they figure out what they are doing with him, he's going to be up. He's an older talent in developmental and there doesn't seem to be a ton he needs to adjust to from what we've seen on NXT. The Rumble would be a cool debut though. Assuming there was a bunch of guys in the ring, they could all stop to watch him enter in disbelief. He seems like more of an answer an open challenge for a midcard title, and immediately win kind of debut imo.

I feel the same way. I really don't want to see Breeze fall into the 'jobber' class with the likes of CJ Parker, Sylvester Lefort, Tye Dillinger, Jason Jordan, or Marcus Louis. Hideo and Finn are insanely popular, and do not need a loss. So, they're out of the question. However, I do think a feud would mesh well together between Breeze and Finn. They're preparing us for both Bull Dempsey vs. Baron Corbin, and also Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens. The tag division is hammered. Enzo and Cass are assisting Carmella in her feud with Blue Pants (I'm assuming, since she beat Carmella). The Lucha Dragons are continuing their feud with The Vaudevillians (which I LOVE). Then, Wesley Blake, and Buddy Murphy are just floating around with Dillinger and Jordan. So, that leaves Mojo (we know how that went), and wrestlers who haven't debuted yet. Breeze and Tyson Kidd had an altercation while teaming together, and one with Marcus Louis that I thought would turn into a good feud. I'd like to see Breeze and Neville in a feud honestly. Those two could tear the house down. WWE doesn't need anymore call ups at the moment. Once Hideo and Finn settle down, Breeze vs. Hideo seems realistic. I feel like Finn will be strapped to a rocket to the top, even though I want Hideo and Finn to win the Tag Titles. It's GREAT that mutually everyone is involved in a feud, it just stinks that Breeze isn't one of them.

If they're not planned to have a good showing then the answer is none.

If they're not planned to have a good showing then the answer is none. Well, it's not really the showing that's been the downfall of past NXT entrants in the Royal Rumble. It's what happened afterwards. Bo Dallas had a good showing in 2013, but lasted on the main roster for about three weeks before being sent back down to NXT, which was the best thing possible for him. Rusev didn't remain on the main roster either, but re-emerged after WrestleMania. His Rumble appearance last year ultimately didn't matter and is very forgotten. If someone from NXT is going to enter this year, they need a good showing AND creative plans following the event.

I was sure Breeze would play up the fact that he never got his clean one on one title match once Zayn won so they could hold off on the inevitable Zayn/Owens feud. I guess not, but I just hope Breeze will end up getting the call up and actually have something to do too.

Alex Riley, or someone kept bringing it up on commentary, so I got real excited. But no hah.

They couldn't hold off on Owens vs Zayn imo because I think Zayn has been overdue for a callup for the last few months. So either they do it now and give it to us, or they risk losing Zayn to the main roster and it doesn't happen until they are both on Raw. I personally think Owens is winning the NXT title and Zayn is moving onto the main roster. They've told this great story with Sami and it allows Owens the huge catapult moment as a heel to take it all away from Sami.

Neville or Zayn would be the most likely. They go on WWE tours already. Plus guys like Owens, Balor, and Itami are still a little too new to NXT. No sense in showing them in a WWE ring if they are still gonna be in NXT for a long time.
