I got some today in the mail, I have never used it before. Basically I need tips, pointers and all the general knowledge from the customizers who use it. I don't even know I'f I'm doing it right. I mixed the two puddies at equal amounts. Everytime I try sculpt over something it sticks to my fingers. Please help.

Yeah, where is AF and H2RX? Those guys are super hardcore about Apoxie sculpt. OK, I'm not an Apoxie Sculpt user but I do use Tamiya Epoxy Putty, which is in the same vain, I believe. Yeah, the stuff sticks to your fingers a little bit, but that's OK. Make sure you have a small bowl of water next to you. I am constantly dipping my fingers in water and even sprinkling some on the mix to keep it from drying out. Basically when your sculpting and moving it around, water keeps it from sticking. Otherwise it works the same as Sculpty. I just recomended in another post to sculpt in layers. Check out the proto section of my website to see some of the sculpting I do with epoxy putty. www.angelfire.com/al2/Ianarchy.

Gah!
Been moving. AS, eh? They make a solvent that you can use, but why bother when you can just use water or oil? Yeah, you can use either water or oil to keep it from sticking to your fingers. I personally use water.
Mix part A equally with part B. I usually let it sit for about 20 minutes before I mess with it; letting it sit like that tends to get it better to mold/sculpt with. Use water on your fingers/tools, and that'll help it from sticking. They say to let it set for 24 hours for best results; but if you sit it under a 60 watt bulb, it just be cured in a matter of 2-3 hours, if not sooner.
If I can think of anything else, I'll post it. Throw me a pm if you like.

Holy F***. AF makes a surprise return from moving just to talk about Apoxie Sculpt! Who would have guessed?!
Yeah, definitely use water on your fingers and tools, as suggested by AF, when working with any type of epoxy putty to keep it from sticking to your fingers.
