Blue Meanie Toybiz

This one is tough. I am trying to make a Blue Meanie in Toybiz scale. Do you guys have any ideas as to what parts I can use? Maybe a certain torso on a certain lower body?

I was thinking maybe a Samoa Joe body, with different lower body parts.

Any help is appreciated.
