Ok WITHOUT MODDING what do you think that the Classic HBK figure would be a good head to use for the Texas Tornado??? Here is some photos...Doesnt have to look perfect but at least just close   |

I don't see why not. With the right painting it could look all right.
Or better yet, that Sean Waltman (123 Kid) head scan would look pretty good, I think.

I know you said no modding, but it would look great if you got rid of Shawn's hair and switched it for some stringy hair like Bret or Edge. That face sculpt barely even looks like Shawn, it's the hair that does it.
