for ring ropes i use elastic cord. you can find it at walmart for pretty cheap. you can change the color with electric tape too.
for the mat get a 1 inch peice of wood and cut it to size then put a layer of foam on it. then cover that in what ever color fabric you want. and for the turnbuckle padding i would suggest foam.
