Wow, the arms got switched, thank you MDT. I think the torso's fine... the arms are the biggest problem. I agree, they could use the same ones they use for guys like Bryan or RVD and they would look fine.  It shouldn't be a tough fix if they don't change it, but still it should look appropriate for Flair to begin with, assuming they're making this Flair to match the WM8 Macho. I'm stoked for this figure regardless. |

Will be getting:
Brie
Hogan
Flair
Booker
Brie looks fine. Will add decal for her tattoo down south like Mattel originally had
Hogan looks ok. Darker skintone would've been better and I'm not a fan of the holes, but I'll fix that
Flair looks great. Will display with e23 macho
Booker looks awesome. May put him with wcw display

So about those Basic 50 pre-orders going up... Yeah, January is one of the few months where I have a little breathing room financially. I got my pre-orders in for Emma and Paige last week, and I'd really like to get Summer and maybe even Stephanie squared away before the end of the month. |

If they were going to keep that head mold of Hogan, MDT should have included the red bandana pictured on the card. I would have gotten one if they did.

Orton looks improved over the proto we saw a month or so ago from Ringside. The one from there had some poorly painted teeth. Still, who passes down this edict that face wrestlers must have big, warm, friendly smiles? The last Orton scan nailed it better with the cocky smirk. Too bad that head was a tad too largen

Booker, why are u a basic? WHY!!!!!!! It's funny you mention that. Last night I watched the final installment of the Monday Night War and they showed clips from the final Nitro. I had forgotten that Booker won the WCW championship that night while he was also the US Champion. I thought to myself, 'man that would make a great Flashback figure. Booker T with the WCW US and World Championship belts to commemorate one of the most significant nights in wrestling history.' I know Mattel may not have the rights to make the US Title, but it would be cool. The attire was a little bland from the front, so they would have to package him with one belts around his waist for esthetics and the other one in his hand. I also feel that Mattel should make a Sting/Flair Battlepack from that night. Flair wrestled in Nitro t-shirt and he tucked the shirt into his trunks so it would look good with the molded t-shirt torsos they currently use. |
