Old TE is on the Network? Why haven't they advertised that? I would sign up just for that. Are all seasons on there? Only season one so far.

Lets be honest has anyone who won tough enough ever been successful? It's a waste of time and we have NXT so what's the point. I was going to say yes, but then realized everyone who ever did anything actually lost. I guess maybe you could count Jackie? But she wasn't successful, so much as she was a hot manager and met her future husband. Idk if we're counting love life successes here or not

Yeah, the winner will get a developmental contract and go to NXT. Just like SILENT RAGE got a developmental contract and went to FCW.

Lets be honest has anyone who won tough enough ever been successful? Morrison was fairly successful. Multiple titles, great in tag teams and a good midcarder, even flirted with the top of the card once or twice. He got to watch Batista and Melina do live sex celebrations too. Same point as any reality show -- people get invested in the characters and drama and tune in every week. And this time it has the added bonus of "get the WWE Network and watch the winner compete in NXT."

Not to mention, there were a few success stories started from there. I'd say Maven was pretty damn successful for a guy who literally only had a dropkick and that's it, but was still fun to watch. Morrison as stated. Miz was on the show and he's main evented a Wrestlemania. Ryback. I mean, there were only two original seasons. Nobody from the last one was worth mentioning though. Overall, it's an entertaining show. It's just "The Real World" with wrestling in it, or like "Total Divas" but actually almost worth watching.

Yeah, Tough Enough produced several memorable folks, and Miz in particular has enjoyed a lot of success. But the guy was asking about winners, and most of them didn't do anything of note. Even Maven never really got out from under the Tough Enough gimmick, he did some good stuff right when he got his winner push but he was pretty much background material after that. Three? Or was the Morrison/Cappotelli one different? We never got the show over here.

Maven was enjoyable, and definitely should have won that first season. The only problem is instead of maybe trying to repackage him, he was just the tough enough guy. Honestly, he never really got a fair chance to breakaway from that.

Honestly, he never really got a fair chance to breakaway from that. It was weird. Nidia got repackaged as Jamie Noble's girlfriend, Jackie did the Rico thing, Linda Miles did the Bashams S&M gimmick, and Hennigan became Bischoff's assistant then Johnny Nitro. And in that whole time, Maven was still just the Tough Enough guy, with varying levels of arrogance. I guess he was cursed by his early success, he was the only one (I think?) who went right from winning the contest to a TV push.

I mean, even Nowinski got a decent run as a heel before his concussions. Maven had potential to be a solid mid-card talent for a while. He had the look, the awesome theme, the feud with Undertaker. He really could've been so much more than what he was.

How Andy even won the last Tough Enough is a mystery... A forgettable winner from what was a good Tough Enough season, such a pity.
