Whatsup everyone, i was planning to make a jeff custom but i wanted to know how does everyone make the acrylic paint so shiny and how do they make the tattoos without messing up thanks alot ;D  |

use sealer to make it shiny.
and use toothpicks to do thin lines for the tattoos.
