I'm prolly the only one but I think Alicia Fox's first figure is one of the best basics ever and is in my Top 10 of all figures At the very least she's the best Diva figure to-date. I saw the Basic Mankind in-store, looks good, but I'm okay with his debut attire and the E17 version. But for people wanting a good Mankind, without having to pay the high ass eBay prices for Elite Mankind, this one is superb. I have them standing side by side and this one is almost as nice. He just needs a Socko!! |

The best basic styled figure is the Entrance Greats Piper. But if it has to be from the main basic line I would say the SummerSlam Heritage Randy Orton. If we're to consider basics from other lines of argue that the sdcc taker is the best basic. I forgot about a fox though. She might be the best basic. |

Basic mankind is a great figure but it's not the best fig in its series IMO (it's steamboat).

Grabbed Mankind for the mask for my elite, but really do like the basic. Need to grab Steamboat for the non stained arms for the legends figure. Maybe I can score a second pair at kmart this weekend during the bogo50
I'm an elite collector to the end but mattel has been putting out some very solid basic figures to the point I've bought more than just the average diva lately.

It's definitely up there though not the best ever. I wish it had shoulder articulation, the elite needed it too.

SDCC Undertaker is not an entrance great. It has no music stand.
Mankind would be #2 for best basic if he wasn't Ricky Steamboat's basic repainted w/ Mankind's head, arms, and shirt. USA Warrior with blonde-washed hair is easily the best basic ever.

I passed on it because I haven't been collecting long and it wasn't elite. Something made me think he might be smaller or wouldn't match up well with elites.
