Picked up the recycling of this figure at my local TRU yesterday, and...it's a little disappointing. Generic brown tights, and the upper torso and hips are the wrong size/shape for Foley. Head scan is dead on, removable mask is a bonus, but overall, the body type is just wrong. It's a glorified Jakks TTL figure at its worst.

Mick is in my top 5 favorite wrestlers of all time. So I might be biased and have to say Mankind is Mattel's best basic.
I only own 4 basics out my 100 plus elites and Mankind is one of them.

He's definitely one of the best Basics I own. Not the best one ever made (Foley's a big guy and the lack of girth under the shirt is disappointing) but the removable mask makes this one a cut above. All he needed was Socko and more girth and he would be my pick for best Basic.

I love the basic Mankind figure as well. I believe it's in the Top 5 basics that Mattel produced.

sorry never bought it so I was going by the packaging. Totally fine. I recently ordered one to supplement the Basic we're talking about here. One for the Attitude Era, the other for the New Generation era. |

I still haven't seen him at retail. Stores got 44 forever and then just jumped to 46. When I finally get him and Steamboat, I'll feel a little more complete inside.

I got him last year for Christmas along with Ricky Steamboat and they are two of the best basics. I don't need the Elites as the basics are that good. I'd love to see pics of you displaying them and the custom.

I love this figure! Awesome sculpt..... and the mask is removable, just a top quality Basic. Mattel's been hitting home runs with the Basic line for about a year now, and there are many more great ones coming!    Slightly off topic but where'd you get the raw logo behind the figure? |

I think it's okay. I love that they did the removable mask, but I wish they gave him a thicker torso and thicker legs.
