This seems to be the norm for TRU these days.
I ordered two 6" Star Wars Black figures, Bespin Luke and Obi-Wan, when they were first available, and both figures came in a brown envelope with absolutely NO packing material of any kind. It wasn't even a padded mailer either... Just a simple brown envelope with my boxed figures inside. The boxes were completely demolished!
Being a carded collector, I was pissed. I have read a lot of product reviews on toysus.com about the same exact thing happening. I will not order from them again.

I saw 2 DM Hogans at my local TRU today. 1 had bad package issues like the others which I had ordered online (not through TRU). But 1 of the Hogans was pretty pristine. Kinda jealous I already had one in a slightly damaged package. Oh well.

So I'm a noob, any bottom corner issues make the Hogan no longer MOC? Most MOC/MIB collectors like their figures to look perfect. But me being a loose collector all I about is the figure is as close to perfect as possible.

Further proof TRU.com is just as sh*tty as their retail stores.

I ordered two Hogans from TRU.com and they arrived in great condition. I try to order enough to make sure my items are shipped in a box and get free shipping. I learned early on that TRU.com will ship figures in envelopes.

My hogan and Ambrose came in a large brown box with bubble wrap. However the box ends were dented and worn.

I got an envelope Hogan today, crumpled corners and small tears all over. I gotta say, I love the scale of the figure, he's bigger than most figures, but not taller than big men like Andre and Undertaker.

TRU has always been like that, which is unfortunate because many of their buyers are serious collectors and not just kids.

The ones showing up IN the TRU stores, are they getting a bunch at a time? I just got $5 rewards cash and it is burning a hole in my pocket waiting for this! They probably only getting 4 or 6 per case. I found one yesterday at a TRU that was a little out of the way, but it made my day when I found it. Didn't expect to find one. It was the last one and in really good condition
