How would I do that? And would I go about putting an ra head on it?

Yikes. I don't think putting a RA head on a ToyBiz body will be a good idea. It'd be big....like, big.
Get a hair dryer. On the highest setting, heat the head all the way around. After it feels pliable, pull it off. Be careful, ToyBiz is notorious for using thin neck pegs that can bend/snap.
