Many people have the magical problem about their heavyweight fat torsos, the head on them faces downwards, making the head stiff and sometimes kills the figure.
If you don't know WTF I'm chatting think about Eugene or Trever Murdoch, both examples of this problem.
It ruins the figure for me, so I cut out a small part of the back of the neck after removing the head.
I didn't take much off, literally a 1/4 of a cm.
The head is now looser... Maybe too loose for my liking, but I'm okay with it.
The head faces up and forward now and is waaay better than before.
I only have Eyetoy on me now so that's what I'll use, but seriously - this method works great and trying it on some of your figs would be cool but take a little less than I did off...
Anyway, here's a happy pic of Trev, well - lots of them...:
