I placed an order for nearly $350 about an hour after the new stuff went live and it still hasn't shipped. RSC is no doubt swamped with orders this week, but that should've been anticipated. It's silly to generate a ton of hype about new releases going on the site and then still have orders unprocessed two days later. It sounds petty, and I'm sure I'll get a shipping notice some time today. Still, part of the appeal of buying new stuff from RSC is that you get it a while before most other people. So it's a little off-putting when some people already have their new figure in hand and others haven't even had their order shipped yet.
I'm just glad I selected USPS Priority Mail instead of UPS. At this rate, the package might not get here until Saturday, which would've meant Monday of next week with UPS, since they don't deliver on the weekends around here.

So am I understanding correctly that people who pre-ordered recently (before item went to backorder) had their item shipped on Monday 2/2 (not just had the tracking # generated, but actually received by the carrier) while others who pre-ordered months back didn't have theirs ship until 2/3? It may sound minor, but that one day matters to people who pre-order in the first place. If RSC actually did this, I wouldn't be surprised, but really would be the latest middle finger (in a long line of middle fingers) to their customers who pre-order. I am begging for a wrestling figure distributor who actually values the customer and treats their satisfaction as the #1 priority. Yeah you nailed it. That's what happened. I think what makes this such an issue is the lack of faith or trust in ringside in the first place. Because they would be that company that sells all of its first shipment to today's buyers and forget about those who pre ordered in November of 2014. |

MWFD, please keep in mind the following facts before you unfairly bash us: 1) We received the Razor DM shipment on Monday afternoon 2/3. I see your order shipped on Tuesday 2/4. 2) There was a major snowstorm on Monday which affected our warehouse staff's ability to get to work that day and a few had to leave early yet we still shipped out your order within 24 hours. www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/02/03/northeast-snow-storm-boston_n_6600708.html3) We received Razor, Series 49, and Signature Series all on the same day at the same time in the middle of a snowstorm yet still shipped your Razor out within 24 hours. 4) The item was advertised as "Early to Mid Feb." Your order shipped on 2/4. 5) The post office generally picks up from us early in the day and UPS later in the afternoon. You ordered with the post office so another customer ordering with UPS might have gone out that evening and your package the next morning. 6) I checked the "claims" of some people who said that they ordered it on Monday and it shipped the same day and I couldn't find any order under their WF e-mail address. It's possible we made a mistake and shipped it but it's also possible that they are just trolling the thread to stir you up. MWFD, I'm also trying to figure out the "long line of middle fingers" you are talking about. I see you ordered Hulk Hogan Defining Moments last month. That item arrived the morning of 12/15 and we shipped it out to you the same day on 12/15. Because it arrived in the morning and there was no snowstorm we were able to ship it out to you the same day. All orders prior to that do not have any complaints or issues and the items were shipped out right away. dirtdiggler, I see your order also shipped on 2/3. Brick & Theworm, I PM'd you. Internet allows us to see the figure proto pictures months before physical protos, then preorders months before shipment. Some people were out their money for one day... Speaking of hype. I got my confirmation and shipping info, I ordered when it came in stock, mid judge days and thought today was Thursday. Lol I have to make some space for Razor anyhow.

I received my order earlier this morning. It shipped yesterday and was delivered today. Ringside is incredible when it comes to shipping this stuff out quick! Seriously everyone giving Ringside a hard time need to relax and be patient. I've had orders from other sites take a lot longer than Ringside does. Yes, I'm only a state away from their warehouse but they still always ship their stuff out quickly. The only reason I emailed them was because I was unsure of how their in stock/back order system works. On the website, Taker & Kane were showing for a back order so I was just checking that they would be shipping together which they did.
Ringside delivers once again and I think some of you just need to relax and realize how business works. The way you decided to get your order shipped can make a difference that most don't consider. Considering I'm on the East Coast I know what they went through on Monday and Ringside's employees safety is a lot more important than getting your figures shipped out during a snow storm.

My personal favorite signed figure is a Classic Superstars 1 Ultimate Warrior! My fav is probably my DM Hogan I got signed in blue paint pen. It looks sooooo nice! I have a ton of signed DM's, as well as other MOC elites. This i plan on getting signed in either gold or purple paint pen. It will be awesome when it happens haha wait til you see my signed DM Warrior that I have coming in the mail tomorrow, it's so awesome! |

Just last week I canceled a pre order I had in favor of something else, they (Ben) figured out the difference in price, refunded me what it was, and shipped the new item out all within a 20 minute period, I kid you not. To the complainers, would you prefer a world without ringside? I know I wouldn't. |
