Why would they want to generate ill will with talent that they're trying to work with by basically telling them to eff off, we're doing this how we want to? Did people complain about Jakks' bWo Stevie Richards using the same 2005 headscan as his other figures instead of sculpting a new much younger looking 1995 head? Maybe a few did, but I sure don't remember it. Well to be fair it's not like Stevie looked that much different in 1997. The hair should've been longer and he should've had a goatee though. That head is bad but it works just as well for late 96 Stevie then it did for 2004 Stevie Blue Meanie's head is inaccurate for anything classic but we weren't getting a bWo or Job Squad shirt anyway so I really don't care. Besides no one ever expected a guy like Meanie to get a figure so I'm just glad we're getting one.

Can I ask, judging by this proto pic.
Why does it have DA arms on an RA torso?
Hopefully they're DA from the shoulder joint because I know if you put DA arms on a RA shoulder joint they pop off really easily.

If people keep mentioning these JAKKS figs I WILL lock this topic!!! FTC AIN'T JAKKS! Also: Blue Meanie HIMSELF asked for this sculpt! FTC let's the talents decide. Don't like it, then don't buy it when he gets released!!! Are you throwing a temper tantrum dude? Chill out. First of all, I only used the Jakks Cornette as a reference of what I remember most people liked. It is true many were disappointed when it did not come out. I never asked them to make a carbon copy. I think if they make a skinny cornette with a pink suit (midnight express era) it won't sell that great, that's all. Remember, they are making an ROH line as well....so wouldn't it make sense to make a Cornette that could pass as both his days from the midnight express or his days as head of ROH, to be compatible with that line? Furthermore, I don't think I ever said ANYTHING about the blue meanie. I actually like the sculpt. The blue beard is a part of his character....I think it was an excellent choice. Finally, if you want to lock the thread.....go ahead. I could give a flying you-know-what. Understand, that only hurts YOUR site. I don't see why you'd lock a thread for mentioning a Jakks figure considering your site sells Jakks, Mattels, and soon the FTC figures. Kinda dumb if you ask me. They would probably remove you as a mod for hurting their business. Have a nice day. All I'm saying is: people keep reffering to what Jakks had. FTC is a DIFFERENT company they DO NOT have access to the complete Jakks inventory. People don't seem to understand, they're all like: Jakks had this perfect body, those perfect boots; make it like that. The Blue Meanie reference was for everyone complaining about that sculpt. This topic has been closed before, by other mods, then cleaned up by me and reopened. So, no, it wouldn't hurt RSC. Besides, this is still the other brands board so I'm allowed to remove Jakks references. I still havent, but only because FTC (other brand) uses the RA bodies. "Don't like it, then don't buy it when it gets released"!!! Understand, that's why business's lose money....when they do not listen to the consumer. FTCCHRIS thus far has been great about listening and exchanging ideas. As consumers, we are simply stating what we do, and do not like. Oversized heads are not good, although heads that are too small are not good either. Jakks ECW Matt Striker is an example of a figure that is perfectly scaled/ proportioned throughout. The "kicker" boots is also a point that I did not know about until the other day....that could make many decide against buying a figure. One has to have an eye for these things. If a figure is made badly, consumers will do exactly that....not buy the figure when it's released. So far, I like the announcements that have been made and what we have seen from FTC. I hope the line lasts for a long time. With all due respect, FTC is a smaller company. They work closely with the wrestlers they'll make. Those wrestlers have a say on how they want their figure, not the consumer. FTC made and sold the "Legends of Professional Wrestling"-line, they know what they're doing! Besides, while it's true these figs will be sold by RSC and FTC, these won't be available in stores. Only way to buy them outside of internet is at ROH or Indy shows or at wrestlers signings.

All DA arms are a completely different sculpt/mold to any RA ones. Compare the sculpt lines.

Are you going to allow Chris to create a new topic like he's asked more than once? It would nice to have a thread where all of the pertinent info is in the first post that he can update as needed instead of having to look through 75 pages of mostly Crap and complaining to find the info. No, because then there will be two topics that will become loaded with crap and complaints. I can't be on this forum 24/7 to monitor this. In the next few days I won't be on at all, I'll be attending a music festival. So, other mods will be monitoring.

That way the first post will have all of the figures announced and we can avoid somebody on every page of the thread asking who's confirmed. Seems pretty simple and efficient to me. Chris is going out of his way to help and answer questions, least you can do is let him have his own thread. This sort of thing doesn't need to be taken so seriously. We are predominately grown men talking about toys. As long as there are no personal attacks and we're complaining about Michael Elgin's head being slightly large, there's nothing you need to mod. How often do you actually have a representative from a toy company come on here and give us news updates themselves about their line of licensed professional wrestling toys. Besides, we actually have BRAND NEW licensed pro wrestling toys coming out to talk about on this board, what else is this thread for besides stuff that's 20 years old?

The only problem with this thread is that ftchris can't edit the first post because he didn't start the topic.
Just let ftchris start a new topic entitled "Official FTC RA figures (ROH/Indys/Legends)" or something, then move the entire rest of this topic there. ftchris can then constantly edit the first post to have all the information in one place. Problem solved.

At least we wouldn't have to weed through the 67 pages to find the actual information. All news updates will be in the first post anybody that complains will be below it. Seems a whole lot easier to me. Sorry Chris, we're trying!

The whole point was to have a thread like this one where Chris can update the first post when he has news. Not to have a locked thread that you control that will be updated whenever you feel like it. You're really overthinking this moderating thing.

You're really overthinking this moderating thing. My whole point is; now there's a clean list that won't get cluttered with posts complaining about big heads, wrong boots, not the sculpts fans want. I'll allow the complaining in this topic. I'll update when I can, not "when I feel like". Renamed the list topic, so people can find it more easily.

Wow. 90% of you are the biggest bitches I've ever experienced. I can't imagine how you react when you encounter a REAL, I repeat REAL, problem in your lives. I hope you never get fired/laid off, lose a family member, can't afford bills, wind up homeless on the street, etc. Based on how you react to a headsculpt or boot mold you don't like, I imagine such REAL problems would be the end of you.
