I think Southgate is being groomed isn't he? I may stick a quid on Allardyce though.

None of them really stand out as somebody who will be offered or take the job. As mentioned I reckon it'll be Allardyce, especially if he keeps doing good things with West Ham.

If it's Allardyce, I'm changing Nationality.

No one thinking we should/will go foreign? I thought we were taking it in turns. English then foreign then english then foreign. I don't mind that system actually. Just need to find the right managers.

Just need to find the right managers. Not worth even rotating if there's no decent English managers. If an English one is as good as a foreign one then get the English guy in, but nationality is no substitute for talent.

Southgate would be absolutely terrible. The Players would respect him purely as it's their job too, but would never buy into anything he has to say. Gary Neville would be class but I think he'd be better suited to Club Football. Wouldn't actually mind it if Hoddle got the job again but he wont because of the issues last time. Realistically, they'll more than likely go with Southgate as he'd be cheap, a Yes man, and there's nobody else really about.

I think maybe Pochettino. He's a good, proven manager with an attacking style and knows the English game. He's at a big club but not so big that he'd turn his nose up at the England job.
