I honestly don't care for him at all, and did not miss him whatsoever when he was on the shelf.

Wouldnt be surprised to see him cosr Bryan the match at Fastlane, so creative can have Sheamus vs Bryan, which they've wanted for a while. Please no. It makes absolutely no sense and would only serve to kill Sheamus' career. Which means WWE will probably run with it...

And if Bryan wins they'll complain how he should have main-evented instead of being put against Sheamus.

Unless Sheamus were to work with Bryan in matches so spectacular, that they become era defining contests, any program featuring Daniel Bryan as anything less than a main-event player will end badly.

Idc whether he returns as heel or face. I just hope he can reinvent himself because his character and look are both really stale at this point.

Okay, but how does it KILL his career? It wouldn't. You're completely right to question the word choice, of the person who suggested that the feud would "kill" his career. I was simply discussing the most plausible outcomes of the hypothetical. Personally, I think any feud based on pure wrestling superiority using any combination of Bryan, Sheamus, Cesaro, & Ziggler would be superb. However, I would much rather see it be part of Bryan's first legitimate reign with the WWE title.

That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the kinda 'go-away'-heat that he has been getting from many fans even though he is one of the best guys they have.

Tomehto tomahto, getting a heel booed in any way is a good thing these days imo. And he originally got the go away heat, because WWE felt the need to constantly put him over guys who were more over than he was (Bryan, Dolph, Jericho), and had him in a tl;dw feud with Del Rio.

I wonder how the crowd would react if Sheamus came back and just Brogue kicked Reigns into oblivion

If Sheamus were to come back and attack Reigns or Cena, he'd be cheered. Case in point, Lesnar. He got massive heat after ending the streak, 3 months later he's getting cheered as he destroys John Cena.
