WWE FAST LANE KICKOFF - February 22nd, 2015 - Memphis, Tennessee
Following the airing of the signature WWE intro, we cut to the live feed where members of the WWE Universe are filing into the arena as we are just an hour away from WWE Fast Lane, live on pay-per-view and for free on the WWE Network! Transitioning to the panel, Renee Young welcomed everyone to the Fast Lane Kickoff Show panel as she is joined by WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, Corey Graves, and the advocate for the current WWE World Heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar, Paul Heyman. Renee started the conversation focusing on tonight's anticipated matchup between John Cena and Rusev for the WWE United States championship. Will the Bulgarian Brute be able to defeat John Cena and retain his United States championship? Or will the CeNation leader be the one who topples Rusev and gives him his first loss? "Rusev is a scary cat, dog. But John Cena never gives up and he won't give up tonight against Rusev. My money is on John Cena. He'll be the one who defeats Rusev for the very first time!" started Booker much to the dismay of Paul Heyman. "Booker, let me take you back to SummerSlam. My client, Brock Lesnar destroyed John Cena with sixteen German suplexes. My client destroyed John Cena's will to fight but also his will to survive here in the WWE. John Cena has not been the same ever since he stepped foot in the ring with Brock Lesnar back at SummerSlam. Rusev is the vastly superior athlete and he will remain undefeated when he crushes John Cena. It's simple, Brock Lesnar destroyed John Cena, and Rusev is simply crushing what's left." retorted Paul Heyman. This led to Corey Graves who agreed with Heyman but "John Cena is a man on a mission. He wants to redeem himself and he's fighting not only for himself but on behalf of the United States of America. The real question is if Cena can keep up with the younger Rusev. It's a hard decision to choose, but I'm going to have to go with John Cena as my pick." finished Graves. The discussion then transitions to the tag team match scheduled for later tonight featuring Dolph Ziggler and Ryback taking on Big Show and Kane, representing The Authority. "Dolph Ziggler and Ryback be going in for the kill, Renee. They want revenge on The Authority from being fired months ago. I know how it feels being fired by the WWE, and it sucks. I know Dolph and The Big Guy have that fire lit under them because they want to prove that they belong here." said Booker T as Heyman rolled his eyes. "Did you catch Smackdown, Booker? The Authority knocked out both Ziggler and Ryback with ease. I know Ryback better than most people in the back, I did manage him after all, and he doesn't go down easily. The Authority has that power to knock out The Big Guy, and if I was a betting man, my money would be on Big Show and Kane." revealed Heyman. Graves, in the middle of a tense staredown between Booker T and Paul Heyman, announces his pick to be The Authority. We are then sent to the Social Media Lounge where Tom Phillips sits on the couch, checking the Twitter feed. He informs us that we can tweet about WWE Fast Lane using the hashtag #WWEFastLane.
Earlier today, Renee Young caught up with Dean Ambrose in a dark secluded area backstage. Renee asks the Lunatic Fringe why he has targeted Bad News Barrett's Intercontinental championship. "When I was growing up down in east-end of Cincinnati, I idolized professional wrestling. I grew up watching the Intercontinental championship and I saw it as being the stepping stone into the World title picture. People like Randy Savage, Ricky Steamboat, Ultimate Warrior, Mr. Perfect, even Bret Hart wanted that Intercontinental championship. Somewhere along the line, the championship became worthless, which is why somebody like Bad News Barrett can be champion. When I beat Barrett tonight, and I get my shot at the title, I will wear that championships around my waist with pride. I'm going to bring the Intercontinental championship back to the prestige it once had." revealed Ambrose before leaving the set. Can Dean Ambrose obtain his Intercontinental championship match by defeating Bad News Barrett later tonight?
A video recaps the confrontation between Triple H and Ric Flair from RAW. When trying to inform his protégé and friend on the dangers of Sting, Flair ate a pedigree from the COO of the WWE. Renee Young informs us that Flair was sent to a local medical facility following the assault and has been diagnosed with a concussion. She also reminds us that we will see Sting and Triple H come face to face in the middle of the ring later tonight. She leads the conversation over to Paul Heyman, who brings the discussion to what we may see later tonight. "Having been in both WCW and the WWE, both Triple H and Sting have being the walking definition of their home company. The war finished fourteen years ago and the WWE came out on top. If Triple H and Sting ever compete in a match, and like I said earlier I'm not a betting man, my money would be on Triple H. He already put WCW out of business, he'll put the final piece of the company down for good." finished Heyman as Booker T looked over to him annoyed. "WCW and Sting almost put this place out of business. Sting appeared on the final episode of Nitro, he is WCW and he should not be taken lightly." retorted Booker. With a grin on his face, Paul Heyman couldn't help but reply: "Let me point something out Booker, World Championship Wrestling is dead. Triple H will put the final nail in the Ted Turner coffin when he takes Sting out later tonight." Flustered from his fellow panelist's opinion, Booker sighed and threw down his pen. And with a fit of flustered anger, Booker got up from his seat and quit the set. "I'm sorry guys, I just need to leave." said Booker before leaving. Awkwardly, Renee Young transitions the feed to the ring where we are set up for our Kickoff match of the evening.
The Ascension versus Adam Rose and Fandango - Starting this match off is Fandango squaring off against the much larger and imposing Konnor. After trying out a side headlock to start the match, Fandango is pushed off into the other set of ropes and rebounds back right into a shoulder block from the man from the Wasteland. Konnor, using his size advantage, picks the Dancing Dork up into the air and plants him with a suplex. Using their tag team knowledge to their advantage, Konnor and Viktor managed a few quick tags, each tag leading to a shot to Fandango, until Viktor connected with a belly to back suplex which led to Fandango lying in the middle of the ring in pain. Desperate to make this much needed tag, Fandango slowly escaped from the grasps of Viktor and crawled his way to his corner, but he was cut off as Konnor ran in like a ball of fire and forearmed Adam Rose off the ring apron. This allowed The Ascension to remain in control as they double teamed the fallen Fandango which led to Konnor re-entering the fray. Fandango tried to muster up some offence, but he was cut off by a teardrop suplex. Konnor tried for the pin, but alas it was a two count. Somehow, someway, Fandango found himself out of trouble when he connected with a step-up enziguri that dropped the much larger Konnor. This led to Fandango to crawl and scratch his way to the corner, hoping to make the tag, but Adam Rose dropped off the apron and laughed at his partner. Rose put his arm around Rosa Mendes, as the two left the ringside area alongside the Rosebuds, leaving Fandango to be put away with the Fall of Man!
Winners of the match, Konnor and Viktor, The Ascension!
Konnor and Viktor celebrate their win in the ring with grins plastered on their face as they stand tall over the broken Fandango. "Jeez, Fandango lost his partner, his girl, and his match here tonight." said Graves transitioning us back to the kickoff panel. We are then treated to a video package highlighting the road to tonight's main event between Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns. Daniel Bryan is looking to complete his redemption story after he was stripped of the WWE World Heavyweight championship last year by The Authority. Meanwhile, Roman Reigns is looking to cement his legacy here in the WWE and lead the next generation of superstars. After winning this year's Royal Rumble, Reigns has been forced by The Authority to put his WrestleMania main event shot on the line against Daniel Bryan here tonight. Cutting back to the feed following the video package, Renee Young asks the remaining panelists their thoughts on tonight's main event of the evening. "The winner tonight will be the one who is better at handling the pressure. Both men know that if they win tonight, they will have to face Brock Lesnar." said Graves before being cut off by Paul Heyman. "My client, Brock Lesnar. I talked to Brock earlier today and he doesn't care who wins later tonight because he destroy them at WrestleMania in the same way he destroyed John Cena at SummerSlam. The real winner of the match tonight will be the one to lose. My client, Brock Lesnar, will arrive at WrestleMania and conquer anybody who gets in his way." finished Heyman as Renee informed us that we are just seconds away from WWE Fast Lane, for free on the WWE Network. She signs off reminding everybody to sign up on the WWE Network to get this can't miss event.

WWE FAST LANE - February 22nd, 2015 - Memphis, Tennessee
A promo video begins to air behind the theme song "Faster" by Kid Ink, the voiceover of the video reminds us that we are officially on the Fast Lane to WrestleMania. The promo includes clips of John Cena, Rusev, Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns over the course of the past year. "Four of these men want to punch their ticket to the greatest spectacle in sports-entertainment history. For John Cena, it's a path representing the United States of America and being the one to stop Rusev. For Rusev, it's a path of destruction as he looks to remain undefeated heading into the granddaddy of them all. For Daniel Bryan, it's a path of redemption as he looks to secure a shot at the WWE World Heavyweight championship that was stolen from his by The Authority last year. And for Roman Reigns, it's a path to superstardom as he looks to etch his name into WWE history by becoming the WWE World Heavyweight champion." Also tonight, Dolph Ziggler and Ryback look for revenge against The Authority as they face off against the team of Big Show and Kane. "And now the WWE Network presents... WWE Fast Lane!" Cameras cut over the live crowd here in Memphis, Tennessee as the members of the WWE Universe are standing on their feet exploding with energy as the broadcast team of John Bradshaw Layfield, Michael Cole and Jerry 'The King' Lawler welcome us to the inaugural edition of WWE Fast Lane. Tonight is the night where every single WWE superstar is looking to punch their ticket to WrestleMania. They send things over to the Spanish announce team consisting of Carlos Cabrera, Jerry Soto, and Marcelo Rodriguez. After this bit, we head to the ring where Eden is standing as we get ready for our first match of the evening.
Dolph Ziggler and Ryback versus Big Show and Kane - The bell rings as Dolph Ziggler and Kane meet to-to-toe in the middle of the ring, Kane making sure it's known that he is taller than The Show Off. This doesn't stop Dolph who makes the first move and throws fists in the direction of The Corporate Monster. A few short seconds later, Kane retaliates and almost drops Ziggler with a loud uppercut. Kane remains in control for some time, as he brings Dolph into the corner and proceeds to throw haymakers in his abdominal area. Kane uses his sheer power to his advantage, grabbing The Show Off and planting him with a sidewalk slam which garners a one count. Kane takes no time off, as he isolates Ziggler some more in The Authority's corner, letting Big Show tag himself in in the process. Show lands a few punches of his own before he throws Ziggler halfway across the ring, forcing the former World Heavyweight champion to crash hard on the mat. Show, the veteran, makes a rookie mistake and gloats for far too long in the opposite direction, as Dolph rolls through off the toss and tags in Ryback. As Big Show turns around, he finds himself acquainted with a huge Meat Hook clothesline that drops the Giant to the ground! Ryback waste no time as he goes for the cover, only for it to be broken up by Kane. The referee forces Kane back outside of the ring, as Ryback and Big Show both return to a vertical base. Both big men exchange blows, Ryback hitting a punch followed by Show hitting one of his own. Ryback gets the upper hand, as he drills the Giant with fists, forcing him to lean back on the ropes. Ryback uses his brute force to Irish whip Show into the opposing ropes, and on the rebound attempts to hit a Lou Thesz press, but Big Show catches him mid air. With Ryback's head placed firmly underneath his armpit, Big Show falls backwards and hits a devastating DDT! Ryback lays on the ground in visible pain as Big Show rolls The Big Guy over and attempts to get the pin. However, Ryback gets the shoulder up as this match continues. Big Show returns to his feet as he pulls Ryback up with him and connects with a large bodyslam. Preventing the Big Guy to get a tag, Big Show drags Ryback to his corner and tags in Kane. The Big Red Machine systematically picks apart The Big Guy, using various strikes before locking him in a side headlock. Ryback, using his own power, pushes Kane off into the ropes and hits him with a shoulder block on the rebound. Kane goes down as Ryback gingerly limps over to his corner to make a tag, but Big Show interferes and gives a huge chop block to the back of Ryback's tree trunk-like legs. As the referee tries to get Big Show out of the ring, Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble pull Dolph Ziggler off the apon, forcing The Show Off to violently smack his face off the hardest part of the ring, leaving him incapacitated outside the ring. As Big Show leaves the ring, Kane returns to his feet with a devilish grin painted on his face as he drags Ryback to The Authoirty's corner. Following a tag to Big Show, the seven foot giant enters the ring and ascends the turnbuckle. Before he is able to splash, Ryback pops up to a vertical base, hits a huge forearm on Kane, and gets underneath the four-hundred pound frame of Show and walks out with the Giant on his shoulders in a powerbomb position. Using sheer strength, Ryback plants Big Show to the mat with a sit-out powerbomb, garnering a 'That was awesome!' chant from the WWE Universe here in Memphis. Ryback and Big Show lay in the middle of the ring, not moving a muscle. As Dolph Ziggler gets the crowd here in the FedEx Forum pumped up, Ryback begins to stir as he is able to get the tag the same time Big Show tags in Kane! Like big ball of energy, Dolph enters the ring and brings the fight to Kane. He lands some punches, before jumping high up into the air and connecting with a huge DDT! Ziggler taunts Kane to get back to his feet as Ziggler gets amped to hit the ZigZag, but Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble stand up on the ring apron only to be met with two huge superkicks that send them flying to the ringside floor! Dolph Ziggler throws his arms up into the air but turns around into the hand of Kane gripping his throat. As The Big Red Machine hoists Ziggler into the air, The Show Off breaks free in mid air, turns his body around, and connects with an innovative ZigZag! Dolph immediately covers The Corporate Monster for the three.
Winners of the match, Dolph Ziggler and Ryback!
Kane rolls to the outside along with Big Show as Ryback and Dolph Ziggler meet in the middle of the ring to celebrate their victory. "After being fired by The Authority, Dolph Ziggler and Ryback have finally gotten their revenge!" exclaimed Michael Cole from the announce desk. Ziggler and Ryback's celebration was cut short however, as the theme music of Sheamus hit the FedEx Forum's speakers to a big pop from the WWE Universe. The cheers would soon turn to boos, as Sheamus runs down to the ring meaning business. He first blindsides Ryback with a huge Brogue Kick, forcing to Big Guy to fall out of the ring, before hitting Ziggler with a huge clothesline! Big Show, Kane, Jamie Noble, and Joey Mercury all enter the ring alongside Sheamus as they all corner the beat up Ziggler. But before they can do anything, another surprise emerges from the back, this time in the form of Randy Orton who runs down to the ring and immediately gives an RKO to Big Show, followed up by one to Kane. Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble bail from the ring, leaving Sheamus and Randy Orton as the only two in the ring, both men staring a hole though each other before Sheamus turns around to leave alongside his new Authority cohorts. However, Orton, ever the enigma, grabs the Irishman's arm, turns him around and tries to plant him with a RKO, but Big Show drags Sheamus out of the ring. Has Sheamus aligned with The Authority? Orton taunts Sheamus to come back into the ring, but the rest of the Authority members hold him back from engaging in a fight with the Apex Predator. As The Authority leaves the arena, Ryback re-enters the ring as he helps Randy Orton pick Dolph Ziggler up to a vertical base. All three men stand tall, as the records will always show that Ziggler and Ryback picked up a win against The Authority here tonight.
Cameras pan backstage as we enter the dressing room of Roman Reigns. Roman is tying up his boots, getting ready for tonight's main event where he faces Daniel Bryan. The winner of tonight's huge main event will go on to WrestleMania to challenge Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight championship.
Dean Ambrose versus Bad News Barrett - Dean Ambrose has a lot on the line here tonight as if he beats Bad News Barrett, he will receive a Intercontinental championship opportunity at WrestleMania. The bell rings as both men pace around the ring, looking for an opening. Barrett calls for a collar and elbow tie up, which Ambrose agrees too, as both men jockey for position. Barrett gets the upper hand, violently twisting Ambrose's arm, but The Lunatic Fringe has other plans as he escapes the arm wrench and sweeps Bad News' legs leading to a quick one count. Ambrose grins at Barrett, telling him that he's off his game, as both men return to their feet. Collar and elbow tie up again, this time Ambrose gets the advantage as he slides into a quick roll-up, getting a quick one count on the champion once again. This time, Barrett is frustrated as he pounds the mat with an angry punch. Both men return to a vertical base, but instead of tying up, Barrett immediately smashes Ambrose in the face with a devastating boot! Ambrose crumbles to the mat, as Barrett lays some kicks into the sternum of the downed Lunatic Fringe. Barrett now looks for the cover, only to get a two count. Bad News pulls Ambrose up and whips him into the corner, following up the throw with knees to the gut. Devastating knee after knee forces Ambrose to latch onto the ropes, forcing the referee to pull the Intercontinental champion back. This wasted time allows for Ambrose to run forward and catch Barrett with a takedown as he lands some nasty looking strikes to the mangled face of the Bare Knuckled Bruiser. Ambrose continues to unleash punches, forearms, and rakes until he is satisfied, then he rises to his feet and yells out to the crowd with a crazed look in his eye. Now ascending to the top turnbuckle, Ambrose looks to connect with an elbow drop, but Barrett manages to get up to hit the top rope, forcing Ambrose to crotch himself on top. Now it's Barrett's turn to ascend the turnbuckle as he meets Dean on top and gives him a huge European uppercut that dazes the Lunatic Fringe. After getting momentum on his side, Barrett looks to give a superplex to Ambrose, but after some tugging, both men crash to the outside of the ring! "Oh my god! Are they okay?" questions Michael Cole from the announce desk. Ambrose and Barrett start to stir outside of the ring, to a loud 'Holy Sh~t!' chant from the WWE Universe. Groggily, Ambrose is the first to make it back into the ring as he is slowly joined by Barrett. Both men stagger to their feet, throwing wild punches once more. Ambrose gets 'Yays' while Barrett gets 'Boos'. The Intercontinental championship gets in firm control as he hits an uppercut that sends Dean backwards, but The Lunatic Fringe rebounds off the ropes and hits Barrett with the pendulum lariat! Ambrose looks for the cover, hooking the outside leg, only to get a two count. Anger is painted on the Street Dog's face, as he sits up and looks around the ring for a way to inflict pain upon his opponent. Unfortunately, Barrett had enough wherewithal that he hooked Ambrose's arms and twisted him into rollup. Ambrose quickly kicks out as both men slowly rise to their feet once more. Barrett charges with a big boot, but Ambrose ducks underneath, hunches Barrett over with a kick, and planted the Intercontinental champion with Dirty Deeds! Ambrose shoots the half to gain the winning pinfall.
Winner of the match, and receiving a shot at the Intercontinental championship at WrestleMania, Dean Ambrose!
"Dean Ambrose just punched his ticket to WrestleMania!" proclaimed Michael Cole as Dean Ambrose rises to his feet with a grin on his face as Barrett rolls out of the ring. Ambrose signaled that he will be the next Intercontinental champion as he points to the WrestleMania and does the belt motion around his waist.
The sound of a gong is heard around the FedEx Forum as chills fly up and down the spine of the WWE Universe here in Memphis. The lights completely shut off as the music of the druids start playing. A dozen druids file out from the back holding the long sticks of fire as they make their way down the aisle. "Chills have shot down my spine, Michael." said John Bradshaw Layfield on commentary as the eerie music continues to play louder. Suddenly, a casket is pushed down to the ring by two druids, as the other druids follow the casket, still holding the fire high in the air. As the casket is placed beside the ring, the druids continue their ominous hymn, as they begin to circle the ring. The fans in Memphis are still buzzing, as the druids stop their religious chant as another sound of a gong vibrates the FedEx Forum. The vibrations leads to an unexpected surprise, as the lid of the casket opens up but we are not greeted by the presence of The Undertaker. Instead, Bray Wyatt sits up inside the coffin, laughing as if he is the devil. "Were you expecting somebody else?" started Wyatt with a grin. "There's a wicked feeling in the air tonight. Can you feel it? You know, I will never forget the first time that I saw him. He made me tremble. His eyes, they were so cold, man. And behind them was nothing but darkness. And I feared him! But now, he has become just like everyone else. Weak. And broken. Just a shell of what he once was. His obsession with sympathy has turned a monster into a mere mortal. And now his soul is lost. Stuck in limbo, between your world and ours. But I think, man, I think it's time for him to go home. My mission is clear." adds Wyatt laughing like a possessed madman. Wyatt exits the casket and stands next to it. After brushing his hand along the side of the deathbed, Wyatt pushed the casket over, pieces flying off and cracking from the fall. "I know you can hear me. I know that you are listening. And I want you to know that I don't fear you any more! Because I am pain. I am suffering. I am Bray Wyatt, the new face of fear! And at WrestleMania I will claim the soul of The Undertaker." finishes Wyatt as he stares directly into the soul of The Deadman through the lenses of the camera. Following the usual Bray Wyatt sounder, the lights in the arena go dark as the fans are left in a buzz. At WrestleMania, we will see The Undertaker face off against 'The New Face of Fear' in Bray Wyatt.
WWE Tag Team Championship: The Usos defend versus Cesaro and Tyson Kidd - Tyson Kidd and Jey Uso kicked things off in tonight's Tag Team championship match, engaging in a elbow and collar tie up, with the larger Uso getting the upperhand as he takes the Canadian down to the mat with a leg sweep. Jey goes for the quick cover but only reaches a one count. Tyson and Jey both return to a vertical base, as Jey unleashes with some punches before Irish whipping Kidd into the ropes, but the Dungeon graduate takes advantage as he reverses the clothesline attempt into a quick rolling cross armbar. Jey, almost immediately, powers out of the submission move but the damage has been done. "Tyson Kidd trained under the famed Hart family. He can place you in a submission when you least expect it." touted Jerry 'The King' Lawler on commentary. Shaking his arm, Jey acknowledges that the move came out of nowhere, before engaging in another collar and elbow tie up with the Canadian Kidd. Tyson gets the advantage as he wrenches on the hurt arm of the WWE Tag Team champion. Continuing to wrench the arm in the air, Tyson pulls Jey over to his corner as Cesaro tags himself in. Following a punch to the liver, Cesaro is now in firm control as he picks Jey up and slams him hard onto the canvas below. A quick pin results in a one count. Cesaro doesn't give Uso any breathing room as he puts the boots to work. Often targeting the right arm of Jey, Cesaro takes a moment to gloat which lets the Tag Team champion to get to his feet. Jey, using his left arm, throws a few punches that stuns the Swiss Superfighter and goes to make the tag to Jimmy, but Cesaro sneaks up behind him an connects with a bridging german suplex, getting a close fall off the maneuver. Cesaro, in a feat of strength, rolls through and picks Jey back up into the air and forces him to crash to the mat with a X-Plex. Jey remains stunned on the mat as Cesaro returns to his feet, brushes his hands together, before dragging the champion to his corner. Kidd and Cesaro make the tag, as Kidd is now on the attack on the injured arm. Tyson continues to wrench on the arm until Jey slips through and bounces off the ropes as both Tyson and Jey meet in the middle of the air as they both attempt a crossbody! Both men are down, as the WWE universe in Memphis are clapping and stomping on their feet rallying behind Jey Uso. Both men crawl to their respective corner, Tyson Kidd getting the tag first and then Jey Uso finally tagging in his brother Jimmy. Jimmy enters like a ball of energy as he clotheslines Cesaro to the mat, who bounces back up and is hit with another clothesline. Jimmy calls for Cesaro to get back up to his feet, and when the Swiss Superman does, he is met with a huge Samoan drop! Cesaro crawls into the corner, in a seated position, clutching at his ribs following the drop, but Jimmy uses the situation to hit a running hip attack, an homage to their late uncle Umaga. Jimmy drags Cesaro to the middle of the ring, hooking the outer leg, but only managing to get a two count as this match goes on. Jimmy returns to his feet, but is caught off guard by a huge dropkick from Kidd. Tyson is then clotheslined over the top rope by Jey, who then runs across the ring, bounces off the ropes, runs back and dives over the top rope and hits a huge tope on Kidd! Both men crash hard outside of the ring, as Jimmy observes from inside the ring. This proves to be a distraction as Cesaro blasts him from behind with a huge forearm smash to the back of the head before dropping the champion with the Neutralizer for the victory.
Winners of the match, and new WWE Tag Team champions, Tyson Kidd and Cesaro!
Cesaro and Tyson Kidd come together in the middle of the ring and engage in a super manly hug as they are handed the WWE Tag Team championships. Both men hold the titles up high, as Jimmy has slid out of the ring to check up on his brother on the outside. A WWE doctor, Dr. Amann, aids Jey with his arm as the former champions head to back, broken and beaten here tonight. Cesaro and Kidd celebrate with their titles in the air, finally being able to reach the brass ring.
Cutting backstage, Daniel Bryan is shown warming up backstage by doing some stretches. He faces Roman Reigns in tonight's main event. The winner of that match will go on to WrestleMania to challenge Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight championship on March 29th on the WWE Network!
The theme of Triple H hits the speakers as the FedEx Forum here in Memphis drowns the arena with boos as The COO of the WWE walks out from backstage dressed in jeans and a tee-shirt, with a scowl on his mug. He enters the ring with a microphone in hand as boos rain down on him from the sold out arena. "Last week on RAW I was confronted by one of the greatest legends of all time: two time Hall Of Famer, one of my best friends, the Nature Boy Ric Flair. Tempers flared, things got heated. I pushed Ric and I regret that. I apologize to Ric, but I don't apologize for what I said that night. I stand by what I said. So I stand in this ring tonight. Not as the COO of the WWE. I stand in this ring as the heartbeat of the WWE. I stand in a WWE ring in a WWE arena. I stand here as The Game, I stand here as the King Of Kings. And Sting, I am waiting for you!" starts Triple H to a mix of boos and cheers as the Memphis crowd awaits with anticipation the entrance of 'The Vigilante' Sting. After a breif moment, the lights in the arena go out as the sound of a crow incites a loud reaction from the WWE universe as the painted face of Sting walks out in front of over 13,000 screaming fans. Draped in his long coat, Sting eventually makes it into the ring where he stands eye to eye with 'The Game'. "You could cut the tension with a knife." chimed John Bradshaw Layfield from commentary. Sting does not say a word as a loud 'Sting!' chant escapes the mouths of the Memphis fans. "I am gonna assume you and I are past the point of pleasantries, so let's get down to it, put all our cards on the table. I know why you're here. I know what you want. I'm not even mad about it. Quite honestly, I have to say, I feel sorry for you. You backed the wrong horse all those years ago. You were a loyal soldier to WCW. Hell, Sting was WCW. And when the time came you stood with your head held high and you went down with the ship, I admire that. I respect that. But the reality is, it was guys like me that made the ship go down in the first place. The truth is, my legacy is putting your legacy out of business. I get that, that eats away at you, which is why you did what you did at Survivor Series. You tried to put me and my wife out of the WWE. Because you know that without my wife and I, without our family, the WWE dies. But you failed. I guess at the end of the day failure is what you do." added Triple H to loud boos from the WWE universe. Sting simply stands there and stares the COO down, not taking any of his crap. Triple H steps forward, getting directly in 'The Vigilante's' face. "But what if I said I could give you the power back? What if I said to you I can give you your legacy back? All you have to do is, once again, stand with you head held high, walk away. We put all this behind us and you and I do business together. I always do what's best for business. I am magnanimous in that way. And I can assure you that if you put this behind us and you walk away, your legacy goes on. I ensure that your legacy lives forever, Sting. Through the WWE Network. Through DVDs. Through merchandise, through action figures. Through all of it. In 2015 Sting will be bigger than he is ever been before. Hell, I'll even go so far as down the line, maybe I put you in the Hall Of Fame. What do you say? Sounds pretty good, right?" continued Triple H as Sting doesn't budge from his spot. Triple H takes off his leather jacket and throws it off to the side of the ring, his expression changing to one of rage. "Or we can do it the other way. Or you can sit there with that look on your face and continue to disrespect me. And then I can beat what's left of your legacy out of you, right here and now! And when they carry you from this ring tonight, Sting, you will be erased from history! No legacy, no nothing. Gone, like you never even existed. The choice is yours. But I'm not gonna wait long. I can see by the look in your eye, you made up your mind. You know, it's funny, because Ric has always said to me that you were—" finishes Triple H before surprising the WCW legend with a right jab that levels the WCW icon. Following the punch, Triple H escapes to the outside of the ring, looks under the ring apron, only to pull out his trust sledgehammer. To a loud gasp from the fans, Triple H returns to the ring and is ready to strike with the sledge until Sting holds his own trademark, the bat, to Hunter's chin. Sting backs the COO of the WWE back into the corner, Hunter unable to do anything as he drops his sledgehammer to the outside of the ring in an attempt to reason with 'The Vigilante'. However, Sting has other plans as he stares at the WrestleMania sign and back to the COO of the WWE. He repeats the motion, always keeping the bat tucked underneath 'The Game's' chin, as Hunter catches on. "You want the match? Fine. You have your match." exclaims Hunter to a loud pop from the crowd. Sting brings the bat back down as he turns around to leave. This prompts Triple H to run towards Sting, but 'The Vigilante' turns around and hits Hunter in the gut with the bat, forcing him to collapse to the ground. Sting leaves the ring with his trusty bat over his shoulder, knowing that come March 29th, he will have his first match in a WWE ring.
Cameras roam outside of Memphis, the music city. It is noted that we are in the hometown of Jerry 'The King' Lawler. A video package is shown highlighting the recent events that have taken place between John Cena and the United States champion Rusev. John Cena is looking to be the one who can finally defeat Rusev and bring the United States championship back to America. While Rusev is looking to continue his dominance over the 'puny' WWE superstars. Which man will punch their ticket to WrestleMania?
WWE United States championship: Rusev defends versus John Cena - The bell rings as Lana yells at Rusev to crush Cena and America once and for all. Rusev and Cena start things off by circling around the ring, looking for an advantage, before locking up with a collar and elbow tie up. Cena powers Rusev back into the ropes, but the 'Bulgarian Brute' uses his own power to push Cena back. John rolls through from the push on the mat, back to a vertical base as he locks up with Rusev once more. Both men struggle to take advantage, until Rusev connects with a knee to 'The CeNation Leader's' gut, forcing him to hunch over. From there, Rusev hit Cena in the back with a double axe-handle, forcing Cena to drop to the ground stomach first. Ever the opportunist, 'The Hero of the Russian Federation' looks to lock in the Accolade early on in the match, but Cena rolls out of the ring and out of danger. Rusev follows the former WWE champion out of the ring, as the two start brawling. Cena and Rusev trade lefts and rights before Rusev rolls back into the ring. Cena follows him, but Rusev is on the attack as he stomps on John's back on the entry. Rusev continues to work the back of 'Mr. 3000' with multiple elbows and kicks. The 'Super-Athlete' drops Cena with a Samoan drop, putting emphasis on his attack of the back of the former WWE World Heavyweight champion. Rusev continues the attack, not letting John gain any control in the match. Suddenly, out of spite to Rusev, the WWE universe starts cheering for Jerry 'The King' Lawler in which Rusev takes note. "I'll crush him too!" yells Rusev as he stares directly to Lawler. This distraction led to John Cena returning to his feet, attempting to hit a huge lariat on 'The Proud Recipient of the Gold Star Medal' to no avail as Rusev doesn't budge. The large Bulgarian simply chuckles before jumping into the air and knocking a few of Cena's teeth loose with a huge superkick! Cena falls to the mat, checking his teeth and his jaw, as Rusev stands tall over him. Boos rain down on 'The Hero of the Russian people' as he throws his arms up into the air in a display of arrogance. This haunts him, as Cena grabs hold of his legs, trips him, and locks him in the STF! "Rusev has never tapped or has never been pinned." proclaims John Bradshaw Layfield from commentary. Rusev grabs Cena's hands and pulls them apart, breaking the hold as Cena look says it all, he is shocked. Cena emerges to his feet as Rusev rolls out of the ring and check on his own back, bracing it. However, John Cena goes to unfamiliar territory as he ascends to the top turnbuckle and dives to the outside onto Rusev! Both men come crashing down hard on the outside, as Lana runs over to tell Rusev to get up! At the referee's count of seven, both men return to the ring as Cena is the first one to rise to his feet. Rusev follows suit but is then hoisted up into the air as Cena looks to hit an Attitude Adjustment. Rusev, like a scared cat, hops off the back and pushes Cena into the ropes. As Cena bounces off with his stomach, Rusev runs forward and drives his knee into the spine of 'The CeNation leader'. John drops to the mat with a scream of pain as Rusev grins from his attack. He pulls Cena to the middle of the ring, kicks him in the back for good measure, and locks in the devastating Accolade! "This could be it! Rusev has taken out giants with that move!" exclaims Bradshaw from commentary. With every muscle of his being, Cena tries to crawl to the ropes using only his thighs, and slowly but surely it starts to work. He inches towards the ropes until Rusev hops off his back and hits a senton, leaving Cena down on the mat. Rusev continues his dominance as he waits for Cena to stand up. John indeed pops up, but in a twist, he hoists Rusev onto his shoulders and hits a surprising Attitude Adjustment! He shoots the half only to manage a two count. The fans are now going wild as Cena returns to his feet as Rusev uses the ropes to ascend to his own. Both men come face to face in the middle of the ring once more, trading blows. Rusev with a left, Cena with a right. 'The Hero of the Russian Federation' throws a wild punch that misses, as Cena ducks and connects with a half-nelson that drops into a neckbreaker. Cena pops back up immediately as he looks to connect with the Five-Knuckle Shuffle, but as Cena rebounds off the ropes, Rusev jumps up to his feet and connects with a huge superkick! Cena staggers around with cobwebs for brains as Rusev follows up with a Fallaway slam. Rusev drops to his knees and goes for the cover, as he achieves the closest near fall in the match. The United States champion stands up in shock, surprised that 'Mr. 3000' kicked out. Cena groggily stands up to his feet as he trades blows with Rusev once more, the former WWE World Heavyweight champion is clearly not one hundred percent. However, Cena gets the advantage as he finds his second wind and drops Rusev with a clothesline. This leads Cena to the top rope, where to a huge reaction from the WWE universe in the sold-out FedEx Forum, signals for his patented legdrop from the second rope. Lana takes this time to distract the 'CeNation Leader' which lets Rusev rise to his feet and crotch the challenger on the top rope. Not wasting anytime, Rusev climbs up to join Cena up top as the WWE universe start to buzz. In a amazing display of athleticism, Rusev jumps up high and throws Cena across the ring with a beautiful hurricanrana from the top rope! 'Holy sh~t!' chants emerge from the WWE Universe as Rusev and Cena both remain motionless in the middle of the ring. Rusev crawls over to the broken body of Cena, draping an arm over, only to get another closefall. John Cena is out of it, as shown by his eyes, as Lana hops onto the ring apron and tells Rusev to crush! 'The Super Athlete' rolls Cena over and locks in The Accolade once again, Cena refusing to tapout as his face turns fifty shades of blue in the moments he is locked in the devastating submission. Rusev continues to apply more pressure as Cena's eyes shut as the referee calls for the bell, forcing the match to end.
Winner, and still United States champion, Rusev!
"John Cena did not tap! Cena didn't tap!" yelled Michael Cole from commentary as Rusev stood to his feet with a limp as Lana enters the ring holding the United States championship with glee. "The record books will always show a submission victory for Rusev here at WWE Fast Lane." proclaims Bradshaw somberly from the announce desk. Rusev and Lana hold the United States championship up into the air as the Russian flag drops down from the top of the arena. Medical personnel aid Cena to the back as Rusev continues to celebrate his big win. Who will be the one who finally dethrones Rusev and his rampage on the United States of America?
WWE Divas championship: Nikki Bella defends versus Paige - The bell rings as both ladies stand across from each other on dual sides of the ring. Nikki Bella runs her mouth from her corner, which prompts Paige to charge at full force and bring the champion down with a Thesz Press and following up with multiple punches. Paige is forced off by the referee's count, as she returns to her feet and proclaims that this is her house, a statement the Memphis crowd seems to find truthful. Nikki returned to her feet and kicked 'The Anti-Diva' in the gut before throwing her violently out of the ring. As the two women trade punches on the outside, Nikki finds an opening and whips Paige hard into the ringside barricade, the Englishwomen bouncing off of the protective wall and thumping the ground hard. Taking advantage of the situation, Nikki rolls Paige into the ring and hosits her up to hit an Alabama Slam that leads to a nearfall. Nikki returns to her feet and drags Paige up with her and looks to hit a DDT, but the 'Diva of Tomorrow' reverses the move and latches on a roll-up that gets a quick to count. Both ladies return to their feet, trading blows until Paige gets the upperhand with some devastating headbutts that rock the Divas champion. Paige stops her attack to pander to the crowd, however Nikki takes advantage and throws her shoulder first between the top and middle turnbuckle, Paige hitting the ringpost hard. Nikki uses Paige's position to go for the kill as she rolls Paige up with the school boy for the win.
Winner, and still Divas champion, Nikki Bella!
Nikki rises to her feet and is joined in the ring by her twin sister Brie. Both Bella sisters stand over Paige and blow their fallen foe a kiss. However, as the Bella Twins go to leave the ring, Paige returns to a vertical base as she attacks both sister from behind! Paige launches Nikki to the outside before planting Brie with the Paige Turner as Nikki hightailed it up the ramp with her Divas championship slung over her shoulder.
Roman Reigns versus Daniel Bryan - The bell rings as the entire FedEx Forum is electric as Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan stare a hole though each other inside of the ring. "This is a big fight feel, guys." said Michael Cole from the commentary booth. Daniel and Roman slowly approach each other in the middle of the ring, mouthing words to each other that the camera doesn't pick up. The FedEx Forum is in a buzz as both men break the stare and look out to the crowd and then to the WrestleMania sign looming in the distance. Dueling chants emerge from the sold-out WWE universe, as the adult males cheer for Daniel Bryan while the youngsters and the females cheer for Roman Reigns. The chants continue as both men continue to stare each other down, waiting for the chants to die down. As they do, Bryan doesn't waste any time as he delivers the first forearm directly into Roman's face. 'The Juggernaut' returns the favor with a huge blow of his own. Both men trade punches until Bryan tackles Roman's feet and brings the big man down. Bryan wrestles around 'The Big Dog' and tries to lock in a surfboard, but the 2015 Royal Rumble winner powers out and delivers a huge forearm that rocks the former WWE World Heavyweight champion. Bryan shakes off the cobwebs as he returns to his feet alongside Roman. Both men circle around each other, looking for the opportunity to strike, as the fans continue with the dueling chants. Roman takes the opportunity to strike as he drops 'The Yes Man' with a clothesline. Bryan returns to his feet and is hit with a spinebuster from Roman. Bryan pops back up immediately only to be put back on the mat with a vicious Samoan drop. Roman gets a one count on the pinfall attempt, as the fans continue to go wild. Roman and Bryan get back up, as Bryan hits a few kicks before 'The Juggernaut' connects with a Saito suplex. Bryan crashes to the mat, but is then brought back up and hit with another Saito suplex. Roman follows through with another Saito suplex that forces Bryan back to the mat. The chants are still split as Roman returns to his feet and cocks his hand looking to finish the mat and hit the Superman Punch. However, as Reigns jumped up in the air to connect with the move, Bryan delivered a solid kick right in the area in which Roman suffered a hernia a few months ago. Reigns immediately clutches the injury, yelping in pain as Bryan heads over into the corner to shake the cobwebs. Reigns leans back in the corner opposite of 'The American Dragon', who runs across the ring and connects with a corner dropkick to Roman's face. Roman is now on his knees and is hit repeatedly by Daniel Bryan's trademark shoot kicks, that forces Reigns to roll out of the ring to gain separation. Roman stood in front of the announce desk, gasping for air only to turn around and see Daniel Bryan bouncing off the ropes and coming full steam ahead to hit a suicide dive. As Bryan flies through the ropes, Roman catches him mid air and guiding him back first into the announce desk! Bryan's back hits the edge at full force as he yells out in pain. Roman and Bryan are both outside of the ring, in pain, as the referee starts his count in the ring. Both men begin to stir as the referee reaches a seven count. "If they're both counted out, what happens then?" questioned John Bradshaw Layfield from commentary. Fortunately for us, both men roll back into the ring at nine, as the fans are rooting for them to reach their feet. Bryan and Reigns both groggily use the ropes to return to a vertical base as they trade blows in the middle of the ring. In a display of strength, Roman picks Bryan up in a bearhug and rams him back first into the turnbuckles. Reigns lifts Daniel onto the top turnbuckle and climbs up with him. Unfortunately for the 2015 Royal Rumble winner, Bryan hits him in his hurt hernia spot, forcing the 'Juggernaut' to crotch himself. In a fit of desperation, Bryan jumps over him and hits a huge sunset flip powerbomb that forces Roman to hit the mat hard! Bryan goes for the quick cover after the huge move, only for Reigns to kick out at two. Bryan grabs Roman's arm that is up in the air for the kickout and twists it into a Yes Lock! Roman is screaming in pain, as he claws and inches his way to the ropes. 'The Big Dog' reaches the bottom rope as the referee forces Bryan to relinquish the hold. Bryan returns to his feet as Reigns uses the ropes to get back up. Bryan bounces off the ropes and looks to hit Reigns with the Knee Plus, but as Bryan is in mid air, Roman drops him with a huge spear! Roman hooks the outside leg for the pinfall, but Bryan somehow manages to kick out at two as the fans in the FedEx Forum are going ballistic! "He kicked out?!" said Jerry 'The King' Lawler from commentary. Roman Reigns can't believe it as he pushes his hair out of his face. Roman returns to the corner, taunting Bryan to get up, as he looks to hit another spear. Bryan returns to a vertical base as Roman starts to sprint, but is caught off guard by Bryan's Knee Plus finishing maneuver! Reigns is out as Bryan goes for the cover, only for 'The Juggernaut' to kick out at 2.9! "Nobody has ever kicked out from Bryan's knee!" shouts Michael Cole from commentary. Daniel Bryan cannot believe his opponent kicked out as the a loud 'This is awesome!' chant breaks out as both Bryan and Reigns remain on the ring mat. Both men begin to stir in the middle of the ring, trying to return to a vertical base. As they both return, both men trade lefts and rights, Bryan with a huge forearm smash that drives Roman backwards as he bounces off the ropes and connects with another spear! Roman shoots the half for the pinfall, as the referee drops down to the mat for the count. One, two, three. Roman Reigns has just beaten Daniel Bryan to keep his shot at the WWE World Heavyweight championship at WrestleMania!
Winner of the match, Roman Reigns!
Roman rolls off the broken body of Daniel Bryan to a loud reaction from the Memphis fans. 'That was awesome' resonates throughout the FedEx Forum as Roman Reigns returns to his feet as he stares directly at the WrestleMania sign looming in the distance above the screaming WWE universe. Roman Reigns holds her abdominal area, the same area where he had his hernia, as he ascends the top turnbuckle and throws his arms into the air to celebrate his huge win here tonight. Roman stares directly at Paul Heyman who applauds him from the Kickoff show panel. Suddenly, Roman is pulled down from the top rope by Daniel Bryan as the two engage in a stare down once again before sharing a hug as fireworks explode from the lighting rig over the ring. "You better kick his ass!" exclaims Bryan to Reigns as he points to the WrestleMania sign. Roman Reigns returns to the turnbuckle, climbs up and points to the WrestleMania sign as WWE Fast Lane comes to a close.

Alright, here comes Fastlane! Presented to you by Skittles! BAH GAWD, FRUITY FRUITY THEY'RE... SKITTLES! Sorry, I just felt like doing that to somebody lately. Back in to the seriousness, starting with the Fastlane kickoff show without something that serious as The Ascension beat Adam Rose and Fandango, thankfully, and it seems we're going to have Rose and Fandango have a feud after him walking out with Rosa. Rosa-bud? Alas, I hope that just stays as a buffer television feud, as nobody will care for it in the end, really. Moving forward to the actual show, a decent way to start things off with Dolph Ziggler and Ryback rightfully beating Kane and Big Show. Glad that Dolph was the one getting the pin, as well, as he is the hotter superstar at this point. What the hell? Sheamus joining The Authority!? Well, damn. Randy Orton coming to get involved was fine, but I feel like this was pretty dull for both returns. Neither seemed to be as big of a deal as they should have and Sheamus just walking in to be stuffed by Orton kind of hurts him. Really hurts him, in my eyes, actually. But, we'll see what comes of it. Maybe Orton versus Sheamus if Rollins really is gone for good? Next up, Dean Ambrose defeats Bad News Barrett and earns himself an Intercontinental Championship match at WrestleMania. I'm fine with them meeting there, but, it feels kind of weak with Ambrose having to beat Barrett in a non-title match to get a title match that he will likely win. With that being said, I hope you can change it up and possibly throw other guys in to the mix. We'll see. The Brian Kendrick returns, oddly enough. Maybe he can get in on the Intercontinental Championship stuff, too? Here is Bray Wyatt, emerging from the casket and challenging The Undertaker to a match at WrestleMania. It's a challenge, I wonder if Taker will arrive before Mania. Looking forward to Hulk Hogan's announcement on Raw, I think. Maybe it is just to announce the second annual Andre the Memorial Giant Royal Battle Brother. Next up, the WWE Tag Team Championships are on the line and we have Tyson Kidd and Cesaro win them just as they did in reality. Fine to stick with that, in my eyes. Moving forward, a good promo between Triple H and Sting that was close to the same as reality, but what I want to see is The Authority --- if not just Triple H --- beat down Sting before Mania and have Sting actually speak. Hopefully it all pays off. Next up, Rusev gets the win over John Cena and Cena doesn't tap. Of course, this will give us the inevitable rematch at WrestleMania. Nikki Bella retaining the Diva's Championship was for the best, but I hope at WrestleMania we get a new champion in the likes of Paige or maybe even AJ Lee. Finally, the main event. I'm really glad to see you keep Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania against Brock Lesnar, I just hope you build it up strong and, yes, make Roman look strong. I'm still wondering if the Rollins thing is a work and maybe you end WrestleMania with him coming back to spoil Reigns' party? That'd be grand. Somewhat hopefully I hope I didn't just spoil your party with a spoiler right there. Anyway, this was pretty close to the actual show and that was fine, the stuff you changed I found a bit questionable but ultimately I am interested to see where you take this going in to the final stretch to WrestleMania.

Well written Pre-Show. I guess I have to do that for my upcoming Pay-Per-Views. Anyway, I still find the team of Fandango and Adam Rose odd, but then I thought about it and they kind of fit. I think seeing Fandango and Rosa dancing with the Rosebuds would be funny. Forget it, Rose looking like Mr. Steal Your Girl. Ascension win was right move, and I wonder what your plans are for them at WrestleMania. Fine choice for an opener as teh six man opener in real life was solid. This screams Smackdown main event but with your starting point, there wasn't much else you could do with Dolph Ziggler and Ryback. Good to see them win and for Dolph to get the pin. Heel Sheamus returning is excellent and I like the possibility of him joining the Authority. I'm not sure on the idea of Randy Orton returning right after. I think it takes away from the Sheamus return. Plus, I feel that Orton should mainly target Seth Rollins in his comeback. Oh wait. I forgot he's gone. Solid second match as Dean Ambrose finally picks up a Pay-Per-View singles match win. I'm not 100% sure on giving us a rematch at WrestleMania though. Maybe add a stipulation or someone else to it. The Brian Kendrick? Back to the main roster? I can dig it. Well written Bray Wyatt promo. I hope to see the Undertaker come back before WrestleMania and answer. Loving that you put the Tag Team Titles on Tyson Kidd and Cesaro. Going in, I felt that the Usos should have retained but I love that team. I smell a multi-team tag team title match at Mania. Triple H/Sting segment was fine. I like that you changed it slightly. Fifty shades of blue. You funny man. Rusev winning was for the best. I hope he stays undefeated until maybe losing to Roman Reigns sometime later in the year. John Cena not giving up was obvious. Nikki Bella retaining was fine for now. I hope we see AJ return and get a four way at WrestleMania. Brie has been stupidly by her sister's side but leaving her to eat the Paige Turner may lead her to turn slightly. Roman Reigns beating Daniel Bryan is an interesting move. I know a lot of people may have gone with the Triple Threat, which I understand. Do a better job than the WWE at making Roman look strong though. He shouldn't struggle to beat Big Show on the Road to WrestleMania. The Seth Rollins thing is still lingering in the background. I could see him returning at Mania and cashing in, but I would think that WrestleMania needs his name value. Anyway, really solid show and I can see we're starting to move towards your own booking over the WWE's stuff. You have me intrigued for what's to come, so you have a reader.

First thing I'll say for Fast Lane is that the logo on the graphic is very crisp. Maybe a bit more drop shadow on something like that next time, though. It's not a huge deal, however, since the background isn't beaming with light to clash with the logo. I would say that this was an expected victory for The Ascension on the Kickoff Show. Adam Rose and Fandango make for quite an odd team, but their similarities are there. Onto the actual show, a decent Tag Team match to open things up. Not that much different from reality, only without Seth Rollins and Erick Rowan. I think that too much happened in the aftermath. Either Randy Orton's return or Sheamus' heel turn should have waited until Raw the following night. Orton/Sheamus seems like it could be in the cards for WrestleMania. I wouldn't be opposed to it, although it's somewhat weird with both guys just returning simultaneously. Love the idea of a heel Sheamus, though. Dean Ambrose and Bad News Barrett's match being for an Intercontinental Championship match at WrestleMania rather than the title itself is interesting. Giving the IC Title an extended program like this can only help it, which makes me glad that Ambrose was able to win. Let's just hope that you keep this storyline strictly between Ambrose and Barrett, and not throw in an influx of talent like WWE had in reality. I take it that The Brian Kendrick will be returning on the main roster as opposed to NXT? Nice. Lovely start to the build for Bray Wyatt and The Undertaker's match at WrestleMania. Just like in real life, I'm' very curious to see how you go about this match. On the subject of things to look forward to, Hulk Hogan's announcement tomorrow night is something else. Happy that Tyson Kidd and Cesaro captured the WWE Tag Team Championships. They're definitely two of my favorite acts going today. Hopefully, they can have a meaningful and lengthy reign. The write up for Triple H and Sting's confrontation probably could have been split into two paragraphs at least. Just my two cents since walls of text are hard on my eyes. The segment seemed to follow the same blueprint as in real life, which isn't a terrible thing since I enjoyed it. The point is that Sting/Hunter is official for WrestleMania. Great write up for John Cena and Rusev's match, and the latter retaining the United States Championship was definitely the right call. The fact that Cena didn't submit will surely lead to a rematch at WrestleMania. I'm sure that's where he'll get his win back, but I wouldn't be opposed to Rusev shocking the world. This was a minor detail in the match write up, but I loved the line of, "...as his face turns fifty shade of blue." I'm a sucker for pop culture reference relevant to the time frame. Poor Divas. Getting the cool down treatment in the match ordering. Nikki Bella retaining the Divas Championship was fairly predictable, but I did enjoy Paige's attack on The Bella Twins afterwards. I'll say from experience that building the Divas division is difficult. It's not just a matter of actually giving the women momentum, but trying whatever you can to make the readers care. I'm not saying that you need to have them kill each other and become bloodthirsty animals like I have, but keep slowly giving them some proper television time and stories to work with. Lastly, a painful, but expected, victory for Roman Reigns to retain his WrestleMania title opportunity. I'll be honest and say that I'm not looking forward to Reigns/Lesnar here any more than I am in real life, but nonetheless, I do look forward to seeing how you handle the build to the match. Maybe, just maybe, you can do what WWE has failed to, which is make Roman look like a believable (no pun intended) challenger. Overall, not much different from the Fast Lane event in real life, but it did what it needed to in order to build WrestleMania and provided for a very solid show. Good work, and I'm excited for the rest of the Road to WrestleMania.

WWE Fastlane: Sunday 22nd February 2015…You better reply to me good for this. There was so much detail to discussion on the Fastlane Kickoff show and it didn’t really matter that much. I really don’t see the point why people try to focus so much on detail for a Kickoff show when it’s intended to be posted at the same/immediate time as the main show itself. Too much detail that could be condensed into a paragraph or even a few sentences. The Ascension beating Fandango and Adam Rose was okay, although it didn’t mean anything to either Konnor or Viktor because this wasn’t built up whatsoever and meant nothing basically. Another thing about Kickoff shows that I hate is when they are given an individual post from the main show. I just don’t understand that. Onto the main show, it was probably the best way to kick off with the tag team match just for the sake of getting it out of the way. It would have been a plodding match just like real life, but Dolph Ziggler probably made things acceptable. Ziggler and Ryback I’m interested in seeing what you have in store for at WrestleMania 31. Good win for those two against Kane and the Big Show of the Authority – I assume some kind of angle will take place between those two which hopefully doesn’t conclude in the two plodding forty year olds having their own match at WrestleMania. Sheamus returning for the save against the Authority was weird to me – and I hate that he returned as a babyface too. He was stale the last two times he returned from injury: I don’t see why I should care about him when he’s so stale and due for a heel turn. Randy Orton returning here made more sense than Sheamus, intended to continue the feud with Seth Rollins in particular. Sheamus turning on Orton…too much for one segment. Especially segment one of this show. Three key highlights of this show already happened in segment one, so why should I care so much about the rest of this show? It can only go down from here, really. If this was your plan all along, it should have taken place later on in the card. Or at least spaced out a bit – since you hit step one, and skipped step two and three of what should be a several week long angle, skipping to the conclusion and setting up Sheamus against an anti-Authority member in less than one night. Space your angles out – you have five weeks until WrestleMania. Dean Ambrose was obviously going to beat Bad News Barrett here. Barrett has been terribly booked as Intercontinental Champion, and this was a predictable result. You need to do damage control for Barrett at this point if you want him to stand a chance against Ambrose winning at WrestleMania. I do think that you could extend Ambrose’s journey to the Intercontinental Championship past WrestleMania too, though. The Brian Kendrick returns to WWE television? I’m not sure this was appropriate on a show like Fastlane – and I’m not sure if he’d even fit on WWE television full-time in 2015. The dude wasn’t that big a star. Additionally, it’s WrestleMania season, if you planned something like this you should have held it off until after WrestleMania was out of the way in order to keep him from being stuck in the fold – unless you actually have a match for him come next month. Bray Wyatt’s promo being left as it was is a good thing, since it was a strong promo – however I disagree with Wyatt’s match with the Undertaker being made official when Undertaker wasn’t even there to accept it. That doesn’t make anything official. I’m surprised this segment happened so early into the show, too. I’m assuming that Hulk Hogan will be announcing the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal tomorrow night. Tyson Kidd and Cesaro win the WWE Tag Team Championships, as in real life against the Usos. Alright, so hopefully you have some good matches lined up for them. Keep them as strong as you can. Triple H’s promo should have taken place later in the show, too. That was one big wall of text I had to read – break it up a little bit with paragraphs. Sting remaining silent was the best possible way to do this, although this angle sucked in real life. I’m intrigued to see how you actually book Triple H and Sting’s rivalry which has pretty much been non-existent up to the time of writing this. Rusev beating John Cena in the way that he did in real life was wise – although a super-hurricanrana from Rusev? Get real. If he was to even do that, surely he’d wait until WrestleMania to debut such a thing. I’m glad you took out the low blow spot, though. I’m sure this sets up for John Cena winning the United States Championship – in 2015 – at WrestleMania. Your build will hopefully be unique for this angle and oppose real life more clearly. It’s been well done but, I want to see what you can do yourself. Nikki Bella beating Paige to retain the Divas Championship was fine. It should have taken place earlier in the show with one of the promos taking place between the United States title and the main event, though. I don’t think you should get into the habit of having filler Divas matches in the death slot on big events. Lastly, Roman Reigns beats Daniel Bryan as in real life to retain his shot at WrestleMania’s main event. I’m hoping you build Reigns and Brock Lesnar’s rivalry up to be better than reality – which should be an easy feat, since their interaction has been invisible since the night after the Royal Rumble. Overall, this show reflected real life all the same, and cements my claims from before that it was pointless to start two weeks before Fastlane. It should have started at this show. And that’s true, because now I’m hoping you book for yourself and are less reliant on what actually happened. I wasn’t keen of the opening segment and some of the match ordering, though.

WWE RAW - February 23rd, 2015 - Nashville, Tennessee
A video is shown focusing on still images from last night's WWE Fast Lane pay-per-view event. Roman Reigns defended his WWE World Heavyweight championship shot against Daniel Bryan, Rusev retained his United States championship by forcing John Cena to pass out, and Sheamus made his return to the WWE by aligning with The Authority, only to be stopped by another returning superstar in Randy Orton. We then transition to the usual opening video and then are treated to a huge pyrotechnic display as the broadcast team of Michael Cole, Booker T, and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome us to another edition of Monday Night RAW. Tonight we will hear from John Cena following his tough loss against Rusev last night at WWE Fast Lane. Also tonight, Hulk Hogan has a huge announcement that will change the road to WrestleMania. "We are also 34 days until WrestleMania!" excitedly announced Michael Cole.
The theme song of Randy Orton hit as 'The Viper' walked out from backstage and to the ring to a huge pop from the WWE universe here in Nashville, Tennessee. He slithered his way to the ring with a microphone in hand as Michael Cole reminded the viewers that the last time we saw Orton was when The Authority had taken him out four months ago. "Now, Nashville, I'm not the guy to come out here and talk your ears off with some long-winded 20 minute promo, speech or monologue. But there's something I've gotta get off my chest! I don't know if anyone of you noticed, but I've been out of action for the last four freakin' months. Anyone notice? And you wanna know why? Because of the Authority. Now in case of any of you been living under a rock for the last four months, if you need a reminder, please, take a look at what happened four months ago." started Orton before feeding to a replay. As we returned live, Orton turned his attention to the newest member of The Authority, Sheamus. "Last night I almost got my hands on The Authority, until that little human jar of mayonnaise ran away with his tail tucked firmly between his legs. You know what? I'm done talking. Authority, Sheamus get your freakin' asses out here!" shouted Orton to a loud pop from the fans here in music city. He waits a bit in the ring, each passing second without the appearance of The Authority making him mad until...
'King of Kings' hits as Randy Orton's face lights up as Stephanie McMahon walks out from backstage alongside Joey Mercury, and Jamie Noble who are all dressed to the nines in expensive suits. They stop on the ramp as Orton remains in the ring all alone, with Stephanie McMahon leading the conversation. "Now Randy, there's no need for you to come out here and insult The Authority. After all, we were the ones who made you the face of the WWE. The Authority, we gave you every opportunity possible and somehow you always screwed it up. We let you become the WWE World Heavyweight champion, and then you lost the belt. We gave you the opportunity to stop Roman Reigns at SummerSlam, and you still screwed it up. We gave you a shot to become the number one contender for Brock Lesnar's WWE World Heavyweight championship and can you guess what happened? You screwed it up. Do you know what The Authority does with screw ups? We -" said Stephanie before being interrupted by 'The Viper'. "I've waited four months to say this... shut up, you little bitch!" said Orton to a huge pop from the WWE universe. "Since you got rid of your other golden boy, allow me to destroy your new golden boy. I want that Irish sell-out. I want Sheamus!" proclaimed Orton to another good pop from the WWE universe. "Well Orton, there's some good news and there is some bad news. Why don't we start with the good news. Sheamus will be in action later tonight." revealed Stephanie, "But since you have a history of Intermittent Explosive Disorder, you will be banned from the arena for tonight's RAW." revealed McMahon to a loud chorus of boos. From behind The Authority walked out a dozen security guards who all surround the ring. As they enter the ring, Orton can be seen yelling at Stephanie, but the cameras don't pick up on what's being said as the security force handcuff Orton. To loud boos, Orton is escorted by the security backstage and then outside of the arena, where the door is shut behind him and locked. Is this the last we see of Randy Orton here tonight?
Returning from break, an update is given on Randy Orton. During the commercial break, Stephanie McMahon ordered all security in the arena to pay attention to the doors leading to the outside. The Authority wants to guarantee no interference from Orton here tonight.
Dean Ambrose def. Adam Rose - Both Dean Ambrose and Adam Rose had pretty good nights yesterday at WWE Fast Lane, but for two different reasons. Dean Ambrose became the number one contender to Bad News Barrett's Intercontinental championship while Adam Rose found a new special friend. Said special friend was ringside, as Adam Rose tried to impress his Rosa-bud, but Dean Ambrose swept in riding the huge wave of momentum from last night as he plants Rose with Dirty Deeds for the victory.
Dean Ambrose springs right up onto his feet while celebrating his victory here tonight on Monday Night RAW. His celebration with the WWE universe here in Nashville is cut short as the theme music of the current Intercontinental champion hits as he walks out on stage with a grin. "Now you may have beaten me last night, but I'm afraid I've got some bad news! I talked to The Authority earlier today and they seem to agree with me that you still do not deserve to be the number one contender for my Intercontinental championship." started Barrett to boos. "So we thought of an excellent plan that will force you to show your worthy. Every Thursday night on Smackdown, you will defend your number one contendership against an opponent of my choosing. I'll see you on Thursday, Dean. But just remember, what happened last night at WWE Fast Lane was a fluke and you will never be the Intercontinental champion!" finished Barrett as Ambrose yelled for him to join him in the ring and fight. Ambrose then grabbed a microphone from Lillian Garcia, looking to make his intentions clear. "I don't care who you put in front of me, Wade. I will kick their ass and then I will go and kick your ass at WrestleMania. That championship needs a real man to hold it." yelled Ambrose to a huge pop from the WWE universe as Ambrose is ready for the Thursday night throwdowns.
A video is shown featuring famed rapper LL Cool J reminding us of past WrestleMania moments and their place among history in the WWE. He promises that come WrestleMania, we will witness new WrestleMania moments that will be engraved in WWE history.
Luke Harper def. Jack Swagger - With the WrestleMania sign looming in the air tonight, both Jack Swagger and Luke Harper took it upon themselves to try and prove that they deserve to compete on the Grandest Stage of them All. Both men gained some momentum during the match, however Luke Harper was the one who secured the victory following a huge discus lariat that finished The Real American.
Luke Harper rose to his feet with the wild eyed look on his face as he stared directly at the WrestleMania sign hanging above the excited WWE Universe here in Nashville, Tennessee. "Luke Harper looks like he wants to go to WrestleMania, Michael." quipped John Bradshaw Layfield from the commentary booth.
The iconic theme song of Hulk Hogan blared over the speakers as the WWE Hall of Famer walked down to the ring to a huge pop from the faithful WWE fans in Nashville. The Hulkster, donning his famous red and yellow, entered the ring to a huge 'Hogan' chant. "Well let me tell you something, brother!" started Hogan to loud cheers. "I came all the way to Nashville, Tennessee because I have some huge news regarding WrestleMania, brother! Last year, I had the privilege to be the official host of WrestleMania 30 in the SUPERdome and I had a blast. But that's not all, brothers. I also announced the first ever André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. And because it was such a huge success last year, the WWE contacted me to inform you guys that... the second André the Giant Memorial battle royal will be contested at WrestleMania, dude." announced Hulk before being interrupted by the theme music of Curtis Axel as the crowd goes mild! However, their interest is piqued as the Perfect Son walks out on stage donning a red and yellow shirt, as well as a red and yellow bandana, that read 'Axelmania'. "No! Let me tell you something, brother!" started Axel to a surprising decently sized pop from the crowd, "I should be the one headlining WrestleMania against Brock Lesnar, seeing as I was never eliminated from the Royal Rumble!" exclaims Curtis as he points to the titantron where the video of Erick Rowan attacking him before he could enter the Rumble match is shown. "I was screwed out of my shot, but I've taken the time backstage just now to make my decision of announcing myself the first member of the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, brother! Hulkamania is dead, Hulk. Axelmania will live forever!" finished Axel as he was then interrupted by The Miz, who walked out alongside his personal assistant Damien Mizdow. "Excuse me, but can somebody please explain to me why Curtis Axel is now relevant? As a matter of fact, can somebody please explain to me why Hulk Hogan is still relevant? We all know I am a bigger star and a better actor than this old has-been. I am now throwing my name into the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal and I will walk into WrestleMania and leave with possession of the trophy." explained Miz. "I am now throwing my name into the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal and I will walk into WrestleMania and leave with possession of the trophy." mimicked Mizdow as the fans exploded while Miz's eyes popped out of his head. "I think Mizdow will do better than you, Miz." added Hogan that sent fuel flying into the fire that is Miz's rage. "I don't authorize you to enter the battle royal, Damien! If you want to get in, you'll have to beat me!" yelled Miz to another loud pop from the WWE universe. Mizdow shook his head, as it seems we will have a match underway following this commercial break.
Damien Mizdow def. The Miz - To call this a wrestling match would be a lie. The Miz spent most of the time berating his personal assistant, telling him that he's not better than him, and "he should just lie down if he knows what's best for him". Mizdow, however, was undecided on what to do as the WWE universe cheered for him not to heed Miz's demands. Curtis Axel remained at ringside, before taking a microphone to address Miz's actions. "Come on brother, let him take a shot." This distraction from Axel let Mizdow roll The Miz up in a small package for the quick victory!
The Miz rose to his feet, just as shocked as Damien Mizdow. Both men return to their feet as the WWE Universe is still buzzing. "What the hell are you doing!" yelled Miz to his personal assistant. The Miz is still livid as Curtis Axel laughs on the outside as Mizdow doesn't know what to say to his boss. "We'll talk about this in the back, you imbecile!" concluded Miz as he ordered Mizdow to the back, an order in which he obliged much to the chagrin of the Nashville audience. One thing is certain though: Damien Mizdow joins Curtis Axel and The Miz in the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Cutting backstage, Nikki Bella is shown walking down a hallway with the WWE Divas championship slung over her shoulder. Her sister Brie is at her side as the Divas champion is in action, next!
Cutting backstage, Renee Young stands alongside former WWE Divas champion Paige. Renee asks The Diva of Tomorrow about her loss last night at WWE Fast Lane, where she failed to capture the WWE Divas championship for the third time. Paige informs us that last night was a simple bump in the road and that she will be the one to dethrone Nikki and her toxic reign as champion.
Nikki Bella def. Emma in a non-title match - After successfully retaining her Divas championship last night at WWE Fast Lane, Nikki Bella continued her momentum as she steamrolled through the bubbly Emma here on RAW. Emma got a few moments of offense in before falling victim to the devastating Rack Attack that secures the victory.
Nikki Bella returns to her feet as she is handed her Divas championship by her twin sister Brie. Both sisters celebrate Nikki's win, as we are left to wonder who will be the diva who finally puts an end to Nikki Bella's reign as Divas champion?
Returning backstage, this time in the office of The Authority, Big Show and Kane stand alongside Sheamus, Stephanie McMahon and J&J Security. Triple H noticeably missing. Stephanie informs both Kane and Big Show that even though they lost last night at WWE Fast Lane, she wants to guarantee The Authority walks out of WrestleMania stronger than ever. That is why she is inserting both Kane and Big Show in the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal! Both Show and Kane seem to agree with the idea, as both men nod their head as we cut to another commercial break.
A video of still shots of last night's WWE Tag Team championship match is shown, as the team of Tyson Kidd and Cesaro defeated The Usos to walk out as new WWE Tag Team champions.
The Usos def. Gold & Stardust - Following an intervention by their father Dusty Rhodes last week on RAW, Gold & Stardust looked to come out and show that they are once again on the same page. Even though they started off strong, the cracks started to show between the painted partners. Following a miscommunication between Goldust and Stardust, The Usos capitalized to hit their patented splash for the hard fought victory.
Jimmy and Jey Uso rise to their feet in unison as they hold their arms high into the air as Stardust stares at his fallen brother. Goldust slowly tries to stir to his feet, but is helped up by his brother. The two hug and then leave the ring together, but how long will these two be able to co-exist seeing as the cracks are already showing?
The theme of Roman Reigns booms through the speakers of the arena as the Number One Contender for Brock Lesnar's WWE World Heavyweight championship walks out amongst the legions of fans atop the arena. The crowd is electric as Reigns makes his way down the stairs and down to the ring, slapping the hands of his fans as he passes them. The Juggernaut enters the ring and is given a microphone as a loud dueling chant overcomes the WWE universe, half of them for Roman and the other half hoping for Roman not to make it to WrestleMania. "I ain't gonna lie, it's been one hell of a month. And it all started with the Royal Rumble. I went through 29 Superstars, won the Royal Rumble match, but apparently that wasn't good enough. So last night at Fastlane I had a #1 contender match against Daniel Bryan. And I did exactly what I said I'd do. I was gonna walk out and be the winner. And now I can stand here right now and say, that I am going to WrestleMania! And I can hear you all month. Yep, I can hear you all month. I know a lot of you were rooting for the other guy. But to all my doubters—" said Reigns before being interrupted by the theme music of Daniel Bryan. The G.O.A.T. makes his way down to the ring 'Yesing' along with his loud contingent of fellow 'Yes'ers. As Bryan enters the ring, a staredown between the two opponents at last night's WWE Fast Lane commences, however Bryan starts off by saying that he doesn't want to fight. "Now, I didn't mean to interrupt. Well, I mean, actually, yes, I did. And it's because you mentioned the doubters. People who doubt Roman Reigns. Now, I saw you win the Royal Rumble match. And I knew that you deserved that opportunity to main event WrestleMania. But somehow I felt like all of these people. And inside I just booed. And I booed. And I booed. Because though I know a lot of people see a lot of promise and potential in Roman Reigns, if you wanna talk about doubters, the biggest Roman Reigns doubter is right here in Daniel Bryan. Because when they talk about promise and they talk about potential, what they're really talking about is size. And strength. And athletic ability. And do you know how many guys I've seen walk down that ramp with all that, that don't have half the heart that I do? That's what the Authority doesn't see. And that's what all of these people here tonight see. That's why they like Daniel Bryan and that's why they don't like you!" started Bryan as the WWE fans continue to 'Yes!'. "And that is why I didn't like you. Last night I had an opportunity, if I beat you, I go on to main event WrestleMania and win back the WWE World Heavyweight Championship that I never lost. And I gave it every single thing that I had and I gave it things that I didn't know I had. And I had all of my heart and all of my guts and I dug down as deep as I could. And I still didn't do it. And I can honestly say that I don't regret a thing. Because I gave it every single thing that I had. And it wasn't me. You proved to me last night that you had more heart than I ever thought that you did. And I don't care how many people are booing you here tonight. You and I know that last night, we fought! You and I fought! And I fought you with everything that I had and guess what? Sir, you beat me. I put it all on the table and all I have left to say is this: Congratulations." concluded Bryan as he extends his hand to the leader of the Roman Empire. After some internal debating, Reigns accepts the peace offering as the two fan favorites shake hands to loud cheers. "Now do me one last favour and go beat the crap out of Brock Lesnar in the main event of WrestleMania." quipped Bryan as he let go of the shake and proceeded to leave the ring, leaving Roman Reigns to stay in the ring. "I'm being told that per orders of Stephanie McMahon, Roman Reigns will be in action... next." added Michael Cole from commentary as a ringside assistant seemingly went to the ring to tell Roman the same news.
Roman Reigns def. Kane - Roman Reigns has been a roll ever since he won the 2015 Royal Rumble match and continued his momentum as he faced off against, The Authority's Director of Operations, Kane. Both men engaged in hard-hitting action, but Roman fended off Kane's huge chokeslam only to rebound and hit a bone-crushing spear for the victory.
Roman bounces up to his feet, putting his fists in the air as he looks out to his fans as Kane slowly rolls out of the ring, clutching his ribs. Suddenly, the attention turns to the stage as Paul Heyman walks out with a grin as he claps for his client's WrestleMania opponent. Heyman continues to clap as Roman stares at him from the ring. "Roman knows Heyman is not good." incoherently announced Booker T from commentary as Heyman left the stage, leaving Roman Reigns alone in the ring to ponder on Heyman's actions.
A video featuring still images of last night's United States championship match was shown. Rusev and John Cena both fought tooth and nail for their respective countries, but in the end it was Rusev who prevailed to retain his United States championship by forcing the Cenation leader to pass out while in The Accolade.
The theme music of John Cena starts to play as Music City responds with a mixed reaction as the fifteen time world champion runs down to the ring and grabs a microphone from Lilian Garcia. Before talking, Cena lets the dueling chants play out as the rowdy adult males start with their 'Cena Sucks' while the women and children reply with 'Let's go Cena'. As the chants died down, an ominous mood was set in the arena as John Cena looked to address last night's loss to Rusev. "Last night, I loss against Rusev." started Cena. "Last night, I failed to regain the United States championship for America. But I didn't tap out. I never submitted. Because that is how America rolls. We will fight for to protect our freedom until our very last breath. Rusev, you did not finish the job last night. I am still standing, and I want one more shot and I want it there." exclaims Cena as he points to the WrestleMania sign hanging high in the air as the WWE universe all collectively cheer Cena's challenge. "WrestleMania. John Cena vs Rusev. One more time." adds the former Doctor of Thuganomics. Following the request, the theme music of Rusev hits as the United States champion walks out on stage with his championship slung over his shoulder and Lana by his side. Lana goes on to mention that Cena gave up last night and is a stupid quitter like all the Americans, especially the ones in Nashville. "Rematch at WrestleMania? What makes you think you deserve a rematch at WrestleMania? What makes you think you deserve, because you are the great John Cena? Well, you were the great John Cena. Now, you're just 'The Quitter' John Cena. As far as a rematch goes: You don't deserve it, my answer is no!" adds Rusev to loud boos from the WWE universe. Rusev and Lana hold the United States championship high up in the air with grins painted on their faces before returning backstage. John Cena looks dejected in the ring as he turns his head to look at the WrestleMania sign. What is next for John Cena as WrestleMania is just thirty-four days away?
A replay is shown of earlier tonight where Randy Orton made his return to Monday Night RAW, only to be thrown out of the arena by WWE security, per orders of The Authority. Michael Cole informs us that Randy Orton has gone home following the incident.
Sheamus def. Dolph Ziggler - Sheamus made his return to active competition following a lengthy absence against the popular Showoff. With WrestleMania just around the corner, a win could mean everything as the difference between a win and a loss could be the difference between competing on the show or watching from the sidelines. Both men knew that as they both put on a good back and forth match that showcased both men. Eventually, Dolph missed a superkick and turned around right into a devastating Brogue Kick that secured the victory.
Sheamus rose to his feet as The Authority - now including Triple H - joins him in the middle of the ring. Stephanie McMahon, under the influence of being power hungry, orders her stable members to destroy Dolph Ziggler, as he is going to get his punishment from winning last night. Big Show and Kane go to pick up Dolph to give him a double chokeslam, but the attack is thwarted off by Ryback who runs down to the ring and saves his friend. He gives it his all with punches and kicks, but a Brogue Kick takes his down as Sheamus stands alongside Big Show and Kane with a devilish grin. Show demands they pick up Ryback, and once they do so, Show plants The Big Guy to the mat with a huge knockout punch! Ryback and Dolph Ziggler both remain motionless on the ring mat as The Authority stand tall... suddenly the lights in the arena shut off as the attention is put to the titantron...
The WWE universe are hyped in anticipation as The Authority looks on terrified, Triple H ordering Big Show and Kane up the ramp to secure the aisle just in case Sting showed his face. Kane and Show make their way to the top of the stage, but the blackout distraction has brought an uninvited guest in Randy Orton who slithers his through the crowd, hops the guardrail and quickly enters the ring to give Sheamus an RKO! Sheamus is now down on the mat as Randy Orton returns to his feet as he stares directly at both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, who are in disbelief that The Viper has returned in the arena. Kane and Big Show both run down to the ring, but the slick Orton slides out and returns to safety amongst the crowd as RAW fades to a chaotic close.

Good to see this and you back. He "slithered" his way to the ring. That made me laugh. Opening with Randy Orton after his return was wise. The Stephanie McMahon part was realistically written, so kudos there. Dean Ambrose over Adam Rose was fine, but I do really like the idea of Ambrose having to defend the number one contendership. It keeps heat on Bad News Barrett and continues the Authority not liking Ambrose. LL Cool J is a nice, realistic touch. A win for Luke Harper is welcome, I wonder what your plans for him are heading into WrestleMania. A darkhorse in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal? Maybe a multi-person IC Title match? WELL LET TELL YOU SOMETHING BROTHER! That was solid build for the battle royal. I appreciate that. Having Mizdow vs. Miz now was a mistake in my mind until I saw that it ended in a quick rollup. Wise move as Mizdow's big turn can still come. The Brian Kendrick returning is still cool, I wonder if it will be in the Battle Royal too. Nikki Bella beating Emma did its job. Interesting that the Stardust/Goldust split hasn't happened. I wonder what's next for Tyson Kidd and Cesaro too. Similar Roman Reigns/Daniel Bryan segment where he puts him over. I didn't really like it in real life but I understand. Glad to see Reigns beat Kane clean instead of winning by countout or something. Again, the John Cena/Rusev segment mirrored real life for the most part but that's okay. I would love to see Rusev go over if they have the WrestleMana rematch. Sheamus over Dolph Ziggler is a solid main event, especially to put over Sheamus' new heel persona. The post match Sting and Randy Orton stuff was interesting as well. A solid return here an dI look forward to the Road to WrestleMania.

- Didn't read your Fast Lane so very intrigued by your choices of having Reigns be your World Champion by Fast Lane, Rusev beating Cena, and Sheamus returning with The Authority only to be stopped by returning superstar in Randy Orton. It seems like you're setting up your WrestleMania very well.
- Orton opening up Raw is a good choice and a good way to warm up your episode of Raw. Orton feuding with Sheamus and The Authority for WrestleMania is smart and I like the fact of Randy Orton against all odds facing the people who took him out. Very realistic outcome to your opening segment by forcing Orton to be banned from the arena.
- Ambrose coming into Raw after his number one contendership win at Fast Lane is looking very strong. Glad you kept his momentum riding with this win over Adam Rose. Barrett and The Authority flipping the script and forcing Ambrose to earn his contendership back on SmackDown has me anxious to see who you decide to pick as his opponent.
- Luke Harper picking up a quick win over Swagger to try to earn his way into WrestleMania makes me think you have something in store for the big man at the Grandest Stage of them All.
- Hogan coming out is always fun to see on real WWE. Glad you're including him in your diary and I am very excited to see who you have come out as the winner of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. I like you setting up the break up of Miz and Damien with a match to see if he gets into the battle royal.
- Damien Mizdow picking up the win makes me happy because I would much rather have Damien being pushed rather than The Miz anymore. This seemed realistic to me and I could honestly see it being shown on real WWE programming.
- The Brian Kendrick returning is badass. One of my favorite wrestlers and personalities and I'm glad you've decided to have him return. Hopefully you have some good plans for him.
- Nikki Bella beating Emma is good and keeps giving her momentum, I wonder who you plan to finally have take the title from Nikki.
- Kane and Big Show going into the battle royal as a part of the Authority is good and gives the Authority some leverage in the match.
- Tyson Kidd and Cesaro ftw. Usos beting Gold and Star Dust give some hope that you break them up and give them a match at WrestleMania that has been wanted for such a long time now. Keep the titles on Cesaro and Tyson Kidd for a long time if you can.
- Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan having a time to cut a nice little segment is very nice. I'm glad you're keeping Bryan out of the midcard picture and up there with Roman Reigns still. I'm not very fond of Roman Reigns so I'm looking forward to him dropping the title.
- Good win over Kane and puts Reigns on even more a roll then he already was. Heyman scouting Reigns after the match is a realistic choice and I'm enjoying how real you make this seem.
- Cena trying to get the rematch against Rusev is good and I think Rusev declining it right there is a good idea. I think Cena gets the match at the end of the day and I'm curious to see who you decide to put over.
- Sheamus winning in his return to action is a good pick. The Authority and Ryback being involved at the end of the match is something I could see happening. When the ring is cleared and The Authority stand tall, Sting informs Triple H he is watching. When all is confused, Orton slides in and hits Sheamus with the RKO to end Raw. Good show to read and I'm looking forward to following this diary.

Alright, Raw time. A good way to start things off with Randy Orton coming out and I'm glad you're not dragging out this Orton 'infiltrating' The Authority stuff. Him getting escorted out of the arena by security is hardcore but I expect him to be back later. Kind of a weird opener, but a fine victory for Dean Ambrose over Adam Rose. Interesting stipulation with Barrett getting to choose an opponent for Ambrose every week on Smackdown having to defend his contendership. I'll bite. Not in a sexual way. But, I'll bite and see what happens. Luke Harper beating Jack Swagger is fine, just curious as to what he does from here if you're really just going BNB vs Ambrose at Mania. HULKAMANIA IS IN THE HOUSE, BROTHER! AND HE ANNOUNCES THE ANDRE THE MEMORIAL GIANT ROYAL BATTLE BROTHER #2! I wish WWE had done that, at least added something like Hogan making a big deal out of it again. I like the entrants in it so far and whoa, Mizdow vs Miz on free TV!? I know it isn't a big deal match but I don't like how it was used here. Nonetheless, fine win for Mizdow to get in the Andre the Memorial Giant Royal Battle Brother #2, even with Axe's shenanigans. Still curious as to what The Brian Kendrick will do when he does return. Nikki Bella beats Emma, fine. Paige still thinking she is going to win it, I saw, but we'll see. Kane and Big Show in the Andre the Memorial Giant Royal Battle Brother #2 too? Fine. Better than them being put in a match to take up time for others that need it. The Usos beat Gold and Stardust and the latter hug each other, aw how sweet. Maybe they'll get their match at WrestleMania. Fair to use this promo between Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan, similar to the real one. Reigns, kick his ass at Mania! YEAHHH! Roman Reigns beats Kane here tonight and Paul Heyman, of course, is watching and he seems to be playing a little bit of mindgames, eh? Rusev declining a rematch. Again, something similar to reality but it is fine. They'll face at Mania and it'll be confirmed eventually. Finally, Sheamus gets the win over Dolph Ziggler and that is for the best with Sheamus just freshly returning and being heel with The Authority. Speaking of which, The Authority wants to do damage and STING IS WATCHING! BAH GAWD HE'S WATCHING AND... Randy Orton comes in to the ring to drop Sheamus with an RKO! Without Seth Rollins, I see Orton possibly facing Sheamus at Mania or being involved in some sort of tag against The Authority. We'll see. A solid show here, still looking for further developments of your own to go down.

WWE Monday Night RAW: Monday 23rd February 2015…You have a lot of work to do on the way to WrestleMania coming out of an abysmal Fast Lane. Randy Orton kicking off the show made sense given his return last night was one of the few highlights that went down. Fair interaction with Triple H and the Authority – although Orton wanting a piece of Sheamus throws a wrench into the mechanics of Orton’s business with Seth Rollins. I hope that Orton faces Rollins at WrestleMania, and Sheamus finds something else to do. But jeez, I do wish the Authority as a faction would just disappear. They’re dreadful to watch besides Rollins. With Orton banned, logic says he’ll appear outside of the arena throughout the show – let’s hope that’s the case. Dean Ambrose beating Adam Rose…weak opening contest, to be honest. You should have definitely had a stronger match open the card. Bad News Barrett turning down Ambrose’s challenge for the Intercontinental Championship once again was fun, although Ambrose having to defend his contention every week on…SmackDown? Are you trying to up the prestige of SmackDown here? Because at the same time while it makes being number one contender mean something, it hurts the prestige of the Intercontinental Championship feud by not appearing on RAW. It also makes Ambrose’s path to WrestleMania 31 look very predictable, unless you decide to add more contenders to Wade Barrett’s title ala real life. Luke Harper beating Jack Swagger was fine, but another filler match here. It would have been a pretty stiff bout though, regardless. Hulk Hogan appeared to announce the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal again for this year, which was expected anyway. Curtis Axel’s interruption was fun, and then with the Miz and Damien Sandow, this made for an oddball dynamic. The closing of this segment didn’t work for me though – where did Axel go? Where did Hogan go? I don’t like you throwing Damien Mizdow and the Miz away on RAW just for entry to the battle royal either – their program has allowed them to only blow this off on a bigger level. Just disagreed with this, and it seems predictable for Mizdow to win, too. Time to end this long story arc. Axel was at ringside all along? A bit random, really. It’s nice to see Emma on RAW for a change, but Nikki Bella was always winning this against Emma being the Divas Champion. What’s next for the Bella Twins then? The Usos beating Goldust and Stardust is something we’ve seen a lot, so this wasn’t very relevant. I guess you’re starting to build for their inevitable split, but will this lead to a singles match or the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal? I do think Miz and Damien Sandow need a singles match at WrestleMania more than Goldust and Stardust, though. Roman Reigns’ promo was what it was – a start to this next chapter of his path to WrestleMania. Daniel Bryan’s interruption was expected, what does Bryan do now? Ambrose faces Curtis Axel on SmackDown this week? Even more predictable, then. Reigns beating Kane was always going to be the outcome – should have had something else in mind. Anybody can beat Kane these days, after all. John Cena’s promo was fine, setting up for Rusev and Lana’s denial of a rematch for the United States Championship, rightfully following the build-up of real life. This is one of the only matches from WrestleMania 31 with good build, honestly. Sheamus defeating Dolph Ziggler was disappointing but he needed it given his new heel turn. An interview or a promo would help him out a lot with his new found attitude, though. Ryback and Ziggler’s alliance still going on confuses me, and hopefully they distance off from here on out. Wait, this main evented? Very weak main event with little reason why – interviews would have especially helped here. Sting’s interaction and Orton’s inevitable return to the building made this closing segment worth it, really. Overall, this was a show missing jigsaw pieces all over the place. A lot of awkward transitions and continuations of feuds, and it lacked the new WWE Tag Team Champions Tyson Kidd and Cesaro – something that would have been useful here. Some very awkward booking decisions, and I feel like you should have had interviews build up important matches and also feel you should’ve played on how Orton physically got back into the building after being escorted out by security earlier in the show. This also lacked some much needed stronger match-ups. Not your best.
