am i the only one who thinks that this is ridiculously stupid? I was thinking the same exact thing!
I was hoping for some great new figures and instead... WWE figures with extra clothes! This fulfills every little boy's dream of playing dress up like his sister! What's next? A dream house?! Maybe a Malibu Cena convertible?!?
What a letdown.

I love the BAW idea, but out of the figures that were shown the only one I'm somewhat interested in is The Rock

Looking at the shoulder joints on the new create a superstar series, (if they have the same articulations) I like them more than standard Basic and Elites.

This was pretty disappointing. The Create-A-Figure line is a good idea in THEORY, but they completely butchered it by having all the pieces make the wrestlers look like Super Heroes or some type of character from WWE Immortals. Like, imagine if instead they gave us: -Brock Lesnar that has interchangeable shirted torso and pant leg mold so that you could have a wrestling gear and street gear Brock all in one figure. -Undertaker and Sting that have bare arms and jacket arms and a removable jacket piece so that you could have entrance and ring attire figures all in one figure. Instead, all these Create-A-Figure wrestlers look like poorly designed, low budget, bootleg Super Heroes. I agree, they should be more reality based as opposed to fantasy. But I showed my son and he's excited for them and let's face it that's who that line is really for. If the Create-A-Wrestler packs are geared towards kids - and that means, they'll take the place of things like "Slam City" and Power Strikers (or whatever they're called) - then I believe we've taken a step in the right direction.... I don't really do customizing (don't really like doing "head swaps" and such), I do like moving accessories around though.... so I'm keeping an open mind.... the Hogan/Mr. America thing intrigues me a little.... I guess I'll need to have it for my Hogan collection.... If they mix the fantasy options with realistic custom stuff they'll probably sell a lot of these things.... The question is - are these going to replace Toys Я Us Build-A-Figure sets? Maybe they'll just starting giving us heads in the sets and force us to gather the rest of the pieces on our own?

I wish people weren't so down on the BAF sets. They're not for you. So take a deep breath.

Well... at least we saw the new 2014 WWE title! Looks great even without colour!: What is the playset in the background? Anybody have any full pics of it? Thanks!

My big question is if the CAW can be taken apart as easy as they can be put together. That would be extremely great.

call me crazy, but this Toy Fair was better than last years.
RSC HBK is probably the best looking exclusive since NWO Macho
RSC barricades are way better than the tiny Zoolander, made for ants, barricades that Mattel made
these CAW figures are awesome and is a cool way to give us generic heads. And we can already see the potential of getting old accessories, that we never got in the elite line (ie: the NXT Bray apron/mask). Imagine getting the riot shields that Shield was supposed to debut with.....or getting those bandana masks they wore for like a month.

The b.a.f. are geared towards kids with collector pricing. Lines going to die a quick death. If they had been smart they would have made all the figures like the Hogan. Top stars in rare outfits that would unlikely make retail.
Mankind with Dude Love or Cactus Jack
Diesel Scott Hall and Sting in NWO wolf pack
Hbk in any number of ring gear
Eddie Guerrio LWO

I think the CAW idea is awesome! The price point will definitely determine its fate, but I love the idea. It gives me cool fodder!

Only thing I've seen today is the ASR Cage being sold separately, everything else isn't interesting to me. The RSC HBK is a let down, and the BAF things aren't really something I could see myself getting, although Mr.America looked cool.

The CAW wyatt will be mine to finish off a FCW custom I have had on the back burner for a while.

Lol if you don't like it, here's a novelty...don't buy it. Kids will probably like it, it's a kids line, and they are accessories, not dresses and pants.

I will be honest but I think the CAW is very cool especially the fact it does have some original heads, parts, and accessories we haven't seen in the current line. Also glad to know that the cage will come alone and not together with the ring. I am not disappointed today it's was good not great but good. One more thing is that I'm really excited for those barricades those are something that I have always wanted! I have the Jakks barricades and they work well but I felt they do not felt accurate aged after seeing the ones ringside had they look so much better than the Mattel and Jakks barricades.

Its a double edge sword. However, this will sell amongst the kids with great inagination and customizers.

My bad. Usually people pop back up after being banned as females. I've never been banned from this forum, sorry. ^_^

I am very stoked on the CAW figures for fun & customizing potential. People used to beg Jakks to do this kind of thing by releasing blank bodies and spare parts. Now I guess people would rather see another Orton repaint?
