I was at TRU on Saturday and got Ray and Winston. $12.99 each at TRU and I had a $5 coupon. These are pretty cool, and I like the price.
When do Egon and Peter come out?

My new Ghostbuster pick-ups. Happy to finally add these: Also, to stay on topic, series 2 is up for preorder from a big toy store that isn't nice. Looks like it will be Peter, Egon and Dana.

I probably would've bought the Ghostbusters if they were a smaller scale. I know that sounds like I'm complaining about getting too much figure at a great price.

The $12.99 price tag did make getting Winston even more tempting, but I'm glad with Louis and look forward to Dana, Zuul, Janine, and Peck.

I picked up Ray today. in' TRU raised the price to $14.99. I lucked out though because the tag on the shelf still said the price was $12.99, so that's what I paid. Sure, it's only 2 bucks, but it's the principle of the thing. Merry Christmas TRU!

So this bad boy came in today. Did anyone else spend a ridiculous amount of money on the Kickstarter Ghostbuster board game besides me? Came out pretty sweet. Will be diving into it this weekend with my brothers.

I know this is a Diamond Select thread but its the only Ghostbusters one so figured I'd share this bit of news I came across: Sony has revealed several new products and lines that we can expect over the next year, both for the new film as well showing love to the original. “We’re going after collectors with blind bag figures at a very reasonable price point. In each figure pack there’s a piece of a particular character, so if a consumer buys all four, they can assemble a separate ghost.” said Mark Caplan, Sony Pictures’ new senior vice president of global consumer products. “Mattel is also doing a board game and six-inch figures of both the classic Ghostbusters and the brand new movie. The firm is developing a new Eco-1 and the collectable characters can fit into the car. Mattel is also creating the Proton Pack. What kid would not want to throw that on?” “Alongside Mattel, we have LEGO on board, Funko doing Pop! Vinyl and Rubie’s is making costumes. It’s expansive. We have something for everyone, whether you’re a collector or an everyday toy buyer.” Be sure to check back soon as more info becomes available! Source: Toy Newz Sorry, if this is too old to quote. Haven't visited this thread in some time but I really hope if Matty is doing 6" figs, that they are actually worth a shit. I started feeling pretty damned ripped off towards the end of the Matty line because of the size and price and overall level of quality of the figures. Not that the quality was bad but for the cost, they were getting too cartoonish. The original 4 horsemen Ray head sculpt is immaculate. Everything else was too stylized in my opinion. Especially that piece of crappinched Ray head. Also, the quality was pretty poor when I purchased the TRU 4-pack. I took it back, got a new one, took it back and the third time was the set I could live with but the skintones were trash.

If/when Mattel makes new figures all I want is The Real Ghostbusters. I feel we got all we can from the movies from them and the Diamond Select figures look way better.

Hi all, question from someone based in the UK...I'm not sure if the new figures are going to hit shelves over here and if they do I don't think they'll be a great price like they are the other side of the pond! Would anyone be willing to purchase the figures from TRU and send them over to me please, obviously all costs will be covered!

So these were revealed today: As a Ghostbuster fan I will probably pick these up just because I pretty much buy everything. They are made by Mattel in 6' scale.
