I'm on Chapter 8. I just found the grave with the cross swords on it. I really like Nathan being pulled back into this world for family, but really just looking for the right excuse. And Sully seemingly stayed away to keep him away but jumps right back into the swing of it with him.
The sliding elements on the rock are kind of an interesting action. I almost got to a point where I thought it was a little over done to climb and then slide prior to reaching the grave but at least they mixed in some gun play along the way.
I just want to say, I absolutely LOVED the toy gun in the attic bit haha. Mundane life has never looked so good on him. That portion of the story and being in the house really felt very Last of Us in nature.
I'm trying to mostly take my time. I'm sure I'll finish it by Saturday or so but I'm trying to enjoy the ride as much as possible without feeling like I need to power through it.

Gotta love too, how when you use it, the dramatic music plays, like he's in a fire fight with enemies. And yeah, the story of him getting back into it, where Sam really didn't have to twist his arm much. Sam's return, was basically just a perfect excuse, to let him get back into the life, which you clearly see he misses.

Finished the game on Saturday. I started playing in the morning and it turned into like 6 hours of play. But what a great story. The game could have ended after the main story ending and I would have been happy, but what a cool epilogue to throw in as well. I liked the approach. I thought they could have done some really cliche stuff with the end and they went the right way. I thought the mansion and getting their mom's journal was also incredibly fun.
I do have to say, I would have been totally lying if I wasn't secretly hoping that Cassie went to find Nate and Elana and a clicker popped out as her parents came running in. What a crazy crossover that would have been.
Anyway, phenomenal game. Everything I wanted. I'll definitely be replaying. 4 is right up there with 2 for me. Such a great series.

I definitely say, overall, this was the best story of the series. They really did an amazing job, touching on the different relationships, with Nate and Elena, and Nate and Sam. In both relationships, a side in each one, does stuff, that really should cause the end of the relationship, but the other side doesn't just give up on them, because they are family, and they really put that part of the story out there, very well.

I've got a couple of certificates to GameStop that I have to use. I'm about to run through 2, but I know I'll like it so I may just jump on this.

as many have said before a brilliant game and as I was platting it a few weeks ago, I didn't feel like it was a drag or mundane going through it getting all the collectables even though I played chapter 11 four times , I really cant split any of the four as one being superior , just appreciate the series as a whole

Well we finally have something, with the single player DLC for the game
Love that we're getting to play as Chloe. Loved her in 2 and 3, and was disappointed she wasn't in 4. Hopefully with this being her story, we'll get Cutter in the game too. Interesting to see in this, that Nadine is now an ally, instead of an adversary. I wouldn't have minded a story of a grown up Cassie, taking over in her dad's adventures, but I'm glad that Chloe the one we get.

More Uncharted is fine with me. It better have some Cutter in it! I really missed him in 4 The fact that it's based around Chloe, if they don't have Cutter in it, it would be a crime. I always found it amazing how Cutter, one of Drake's good friends, and go to guys, and Lazarevic, one of his best enemies, are voiced by the same man.
