Hey guys. I was thinking recently about certain characters and personas that did not make the Classic line that were easy to incorporate. I am not talking about guys like D-Lo or Gangrel, but guys that were still under contract like the APA or Mark Henry. How could they miss out on the Acolytes on Sexual Chocolate?! Even the guys from the Nation of Domination or Right to Censor (Farooq, Henry, Godfather, Godfather, Val Venis, etc). What do you guys think about this and what other personas were missed?

if the license never left, majority of those guys was supposed to be made. if not mistaken APA was schedule for an upcoming CS line before everything went to the dump.

None of the never done really doesnt bother me as I could take um or leave um but Steamboat , Lord Alfred and the Adorable One to name a few but to not have the Killer Bees would bees very devastating and Ralphs final touches too .  |

Not seeing D-Lo Brown was pretty bad. I've always wanted an RA D-Lo. Sexual Chocolate Mark henry would have been cool too. However, never having that Sandman prototype is horrible. I would of loved that figure.

The normal Sandman was one of my favourite figures released in the line, I was gutted that We didn't get Sean O Haire and that D'Lo got cancelled

If I recall the WWE probably wanted Jakks to focus on the WWE WWF main properties at the time That explains the Brody, Abby, Tank Abbot, Nikita Koloff, Andy Kauffman, and Sheik figures they released. |

Hahaha. Mattel is definitely the company that focuses on WWE/WWF. JAkks was great at making a large swath of guys not necessarily in WWE/WWF. |

They could have easily done a Venis/ Goodfather 2-pack. Right and a stevie richards for that matter. Fake diesel, Danny Davis wrestling gear, black and blue anvil to match bret, farouq debut, acolyts, apa, Justin Hawk Bradshaw, the new black jacks, The sultan, half of the head shrinkers (both if you do the later duo of fatu and sioni (barbarian), bald warlord, Big Bubba ROgers, Avitar, Leaf Casidy, Classic Road warior animal (to matcht he balck tights hawk), bob backlund in singlet and in grey suit and bowtie, British buldog alied powers version with long hair not in braids, WCW Marcus alexander bagwel, Terry funk in brief trunks, Sherie in wrestling gear, El Egante, Mike Rotundo, jerry brisco in suit, no reason we couldn't have a pat patterson, High enrgy Koko, new foundation anvil, Who, snuka in boots, Kimchi, million dollar man white trunks, mr fuji bald yoko manager, Kama Mustaffa, Kama the supreme fighting machine, Rick Rude short hair and suit, Crusher Krustev/Darso, Tug Boat, Tazmaniac, Fabulous Rougoes, Quabeckers, Thats what i can think of from memory and looking at cs guys that thye had signed. They had some current roster guys that coould have been made into cs version too but I just dont have time to go back and look at the roster to come up with all the posibilities. That line could still be going today, no doubt. Another good topic is wasted spots in the line that could have had more desirable figrues. I think of uselsess things like tank abot, and those gawd aweful not in scale with LJN throw backs (most of witch were not even guys that were in the LJN era). I hated those things. They would have been nice if they sized up to the lJN figres and were figures that added to that collection. Unfortunatly i have no use for mankind taker, trish stratusand RVD in my LJN collection. |

Good call. I really like some of these. The Mr. Fuji with Yoko stood out to me. That definitely should have been made. |

The Headbangers. Would've been so easy with the molded t-shirts and the Highlander's Kilts. It's a shame that the Legends of the Ring TNA line never got any solid traction so we could have had a continuation of the Classic Superstars line. |
