This could be trouble for the WWE and I would be shocked if they don't get him to drop it.
If this goes to court, you could see all sorts of summons for testimony and documents from the WWE that I would bet they REALLY would not want to happen. Also if this suit backfires it could open up a pandoras box for counter suits, and for wrestlers suing the WWE based on evidence that is revealed during this case.
Nothing good for the WWE could come out of this being a thing. Only bad.

And Punk would win again lol, all over them being bitter to the point of blind rage. If they don't see what could go wrong here, than I'm not sure they deserve their own money. It's honest to God amazing that Vince has made it this far without bankrupting the WWE. Luckiest business owner in history lol. |

The more I think about it, maybe Punk purposely egged on Amann with hopes that he would sue, which is turn would force WWE to release more medical info. Punk wants a wrestlers union and this could get that ball rolling.
