Savage's induction is so grand that it makes up for the lackluster names going in along with him. They could induct Kizarny for all I care, as long as Macho Man is going in. Dig it?

Macho Man is massive and so overdue, but he's not going to be there, obviously. To top it off, Hogan is  ing inducting him, which is criminal. If Macho were still alive and going in then he would be enough, but if I'm going to see the HOF live I can see where there is an issue. We haven't really gotten the announcements though. Rikishi isn't a HOFer but they are going to add more names. Arnold is awesome as far as celebrities go and Macho was the most deserving of anyone out there imo. Kevin Nash is going to go in, presumably, and then a major tag team like E&C, and I think the class will be just fine. Again though, you're kind of jumping the gun before you know the full class. |

Outside of my mega favs, I don't really need to see the HOF live. Savage would have qualified, but alas, his not being there for it lessens my need to see it (live) quite a bit. |

If I had tickets, I'd sell mine. Macho Man going in is great, but it doesn't draw me into a nosebleed seat because it's not like he's gonna be there. They're gonna induct some random people I don't care about, then Hogan's gonna come out, talk about body slamming Andre The Giant, then say Macho Man is in the Hall of Fame and that's it. You couldn't pay me to care right now. Especially if the rumors of The Bushwackers going in... Jay and Mark Briscoe's dad's are going in guys! Whoopty f'n do!

LOL The class overall isn't great. I would still go as Macho, Nash, and Arnold should be interesting. It's a fun event regardless who goes in. But you can't stack HOF classes. You just can't. If they put in the best people every year, in 5 years the HOF would look so awful. They pretty much have a forumla they follow. 1 headliner, 1 female, 1 golden age era wrestler, and a couple of mid carders sprinkled in. It works. |
