I'm on to you Why would you be? I found an article that is relevant to this forum, shared the article, and didn't have much to say. It as simple as that. If you were in my position, you would have done the same. At least I have a much better forum name than the person who you "think" I am on here. I am only under one handle, and one handle only. I'm joking, man.

Most of these places are way too cold unless they have a roof. It still snows during April here in Ohio. The new Vikings Stadium does have a roof. 60% of the roof is transparent to allow for natural light. www.newminnesotastadium.com/faq/

If they do then the first thing that comes to mind is Brock Lesnar. Awesome stadium too.

Every year cities submit bids for Mania. I doubt they would hold it in Minneapolis. Mania has become a lot of wrestling fans vacations and a lot of people are not going to want to spend 5 days in a freezing cold small city. They've stated in the past they want to make it a destination event. Minneapolis isn't a destination city.

I'm really hoping Philly gets it. I need to get to a WM to scratch it off my bucket list. I've been to a SB so WM is all that is left.

Close enough for me to make the drive from WI. I'll be there if this happens. Without a doubt. I'd go too since its basically a straight shot from Wausau

They've stated in the past they want to make it a destination event. Minneapolis isn't a destination city. Tell that to the NFL. Minneapolis was chosen to host Super Bowl LII because it is a new market for them to host the Super Bowl, it is a new stadium that meets the NFL's standards to host said game, and to further their decision to host the Super Bowl in cold weather cities. The WWE is going to look at this and it can severely influence their decision to host WrestleMania XXXIII their. With 'Mania XXXIII taking place in 2017 and Super Bowl LII taking place in 2018, think about it. It is the same reason why MetLife Stadium was chosen to host 'Mania XXIX and Levi's Stadium hosting 'Mania XXXI. I'm really hoping Philly gets it. I need to get to a WM to scratch it off my bucket list. I've been to a SB so WM is all that is left. I don't see a WrestleMania taking place in Philadelphia till 'Mania XXXIV at the earliest.

The main difference is the NFL can sell out an 80k person stadium wherever it holds the Super Bowl. It's a bit more challenging to convince wrestling fans to drop a grand or two if the destination sucks.

Each city makes sure they have the hotels, convention center(s), and arena(s). The city with the strongest bid would likely get chosen first.

Put it in Detroit, Indianapolis, or Chicago just for my own selfish gain. Yes Indy would be outstanding Lucas Oil would be a fantastic venue for Wrestlemania.

Put it in Detroit, Indianapolis, or Chicago just for my own selfish gain. This. I would drive to any of these locations for Mania. Im in Youngstown/Cleveland Ohio. I went to 23 in Detroit. Chicago or Detroit would be great choices!
