Well today was a nice surprise. Love what I saw and can't wait to add these elites to my collection. I'm really lovin' where this HOF line is headed. Yeah it's basically the "new Legends line" that was rumored (and denied) last year. |

I will get the LOD 2 pack to swap heads with Animal's E34 for paint accuracy. Thabk you mattel for that white background in the facepaint.
Looks like everything shown in Elite/HOF/Flashbacks is a buy from me.
Also, The Basic NXT Figures, Lana, Steph, and T Shirt Hogan. Mattel has killed 2015, and its only February! I can't imagine what SDCC will hold.

A lot of good stuff shown today. I'll probably pick up some of them.
A few things I noticed or thought while looking at the pics ....
1. As excited as I am about the new HOF figures shown (especially Eddie and Hogan), I'm also disgusted by them. Don't get me wrong, the figures are great, They just remind me of how hard it's been for everyone to find Series 1 Hall of Fame figures and I'm not looking forward to trying to find these.
2. Kofi seems to be the shorts mold painted as pants. I hope thats fixed before it hits stores.
3. I wonder how many people will be buying Lana to use as a Debra custom?
4. The Sting figure looks great, but I prefer the singlet top look. I'm on the fence about buying Defining Moments or waiting to see if they make the other version.

Good god there is some amazing stuff coming out!!!!
A few specific notes:
I am definitely getting the Ringside Hogan, but I hate the face...again. It looks like "hello little boy, would you like a sucker? I have one in my oversized underwear."
Loving the whole new HOF set. That Hogan is going to be IMPOSSIBLE to find. Again, definitely buying. Yoko is awesome too, love the tights, but I think a head swap is in order, as I don't think he wore those with the beard. Regardless, buying!
4 Horsemen??!!?!??1!111?!!!1111? WOOOOOOOOO! Buying!
Steph looks pretty good, but not as good as I was hoping. Looks more like Blossom. I'm still definitely getting it.
They really need to include the headband or a bandanna with those Hogans with the headband holes. They look super awkward.

NAILED Stardust. I almost want to take the paint off of the face to get a decent Cody face for a change.
They got the head right on the pink Ambrose (I know, it won't be pink when its released.

Hornswoggle and Torito look great, but I have no use for either.
All in all, amazing showing.

Super Toy Con day 1 was a blast! Here's my little video of all the Mattel stuff!
Supposedly Barry Windham will get a vest in the Hall of Fame pack, but no one else is getting props. It'll also be priced at $50, which seems like a STEAL!

One little thing I would like Mattel to consider going forward.
Alicia Fox - Red, Summer Rae- Red, Nikki - Red, Lana - Red.
Also, the last Bella two pack - Red and Tamina Snuka - Red.
Should the rumored Charlotte Flair be real...No Red.
