There's so much awesome!

Let's start Hall of Fame set. The second series topped the first one by a huge margin We're getting two new guys, and four new head sculpts! Part of me is disappointed that we got bearded pony tail Windham (with no glove) but then the rest of me tells that part to shut up because he will finally be mine!!!! I may have to give him a glove or fist tape, but that's ok. Plus Arn and Tully are in the red and white gear I wanted from the start. I'm perfectly ok with them being repaints and having two of them as well. I just wish there was a better pic of Barry. I was just talking a few days ago about wanting Tito in that exact attire, o that's pretty great. Eddie looks perfect, Yoko's sculpt is great, and I'm loving that Hogan (with another new head scan). I hope I don't have the problems finding them that i've had with series one.


In other news, Sting looks great and comes with a soft coat. I'm really digging that. Neville and Breeze almost make me want to collect basic figures. RSC Hogan is awesome. I need that Lana figure, and the Colter. Steph and AJ are also tempting. I really like Ambrose's scan. Th pink shirt makes me smile, but I know that's just because it's early. I hope the elite Bo comes with a cloth shirt, but I'm not counting on it. I also wish we knew who else was coming in the elite set with him and Ambrose. I'm really hoping for a new Rollins.



I didn't even know this thing was happening, so this was an awesome surprise. Now to walk away from the computer for a few minutes to come down from this high.

FINALLY we are getting a Tito Santana figure and its from his early days just like I was hoping for.  However, I am disappointed that they are not including an IC belt with it.  They should have painted on the t-shirt and included the belt as the accessory but it is what it is, now I just need to contact Mattel about the availability of the HOF set in Canada.  I hope this will not be a Target exclusive again, if it is then Mattel needs to make this set a TRU exclusive outside the US, this way those of us in Canada, Europe & Australia will be able to purchase these figures.  It makes no sense IMO to isolate the fan base, why are those of us in other countries where there is no stupid Target getting shafted?!

The Santana figure also sets a precedent, a new, first time in the line figure as opposed to just repaints which is what the other figures are (as well as the figures in Series 1).  If this line continues next year, I think we will see other first timers included such as my other 80s want- Greg 'The Hammer' Valentine!


I thought for sure Snuka would be part of the HOF set, its too bad Mattel screwed up the first time around and did not release barefoot Snuka as the figure in the Legends line.  If they had, there would be no need for a second figure- hopefully its released at some point in the future.

Not overly impressed with the HOF set (aside from Tito), not sure why they need another Yokozuna as well as Hogan.  They are pumping out Hogan's this year, I think its a bit too much and I think there will be a lot of Hogan figures clogging the shelves.  I would have preferred a Macho Man w/robe instead of Yoko due to his upcoming HOF induction- perhaps Macho will be the mysterious 4th DM figure that has yet to be revealed?!

Interesting choice for the Hogan shirt, isn't the Hulkamania shirt more popular, that would have been my choice?!  They should make a variant of this figure, one batch with the Hulk Rules shirt and another with the Hulkamania shirt.

That AJ is indeed awesome.  I'm not even a fan of AJ, but I'm picking that up.  None of her scans up to now have looked like her.

Man they knocked the divas out of the park! Stephanie, Nikki, and AJ are definite must-haves for me.

I'm beyond happy with everything shown. I'm an elite collector and some of these basics are must haves. Congrats on some great figures mattel. I have only on complaint. They can't due it due to copywrites... but the gloves on sting need white letters. Other than that. WOW.
