If you had to classify yourself whether it be a Jock, Band Nerd, Mathlete, Emo/scene, "Druggies" etc. what would you say you were in High School or what would you say you are, if you're in High School right now?
If I had to be classified, people would say I'm a hipster because of some of the clothes I wore and music I listened to.
I wasn't really actually anything because I mixed clothes styles between being preppy and hipster-ish, I was a comedy guy, I was friendly with everyone and had my group of friends though that'd I hangout with.
But if I had to be classified into a group, that's where I would have been
Also, were you a book worm, party animal, a gamer, etc. ?

I wouldn't really classify myself as any of those stereotypes.
I was, and still am, a skinnyfat guy who likes rock music and sports. I was good in class but I wasn't a crazy mathlete/whiz kid. I didn't go to band. I played soccer and rugby. I don't really like the term "emo", but I like to wear black jeans and listen to metal.

I was all over the place. I played football, was in band, was in R.O.T.C. and theater. I had friends in pretty much every social group, a handful of whom I still am friends with over 20 years later. Sometimes it made hanging out with groups of friends difficult, but there weren't too many issues.

I was an introvert. I could be social enough to get by while actually in school, but as soon as the last bell rang, it was straight home and up to my room. I have a nice life now with a wife, kids, cats, friends, cars, house, job, etc, but I still require a lot of "alone time".

I was Parker Lewis freshman year, and I couldn't lose.
By the time I was a senior, I was Eddie Vedder.
I guess I was the class clown. I was voted "best hair", "funniest", and "most unique" during our senior awards.
For whatever reason I don't remember much from high school. I blame grunge music for this.

Sort of all-around. I was respected by everyone. Populars, jocks, stoners, etc... I even ate lunch with the special needs kids. If I was picked on or harassed by someone, a jock would take it upon himself to make sure it didn't happen twice. I didn't cause trouble, but the rare times I should've been punished for something, I wasn't. I was given a lot of leeway (unsolicited) because my folks were on the school board.

"extremely overweight kid whose football 'friends' bullied the crap out of who then finally realized the play and band kids were his real and only friends"
"also really smart but got screwed over in 9th grade when they gave him a study hall instead of a home ec class so he had less credit than all the other major grade players and only was 8th in the class instead of 3rd or 2nd, also a lot of people said he was only smart because he was friends with the valedictorian and copied off of him but who then went on to college with a total gpa of 3.98"
yeah, that type.

I didn't come under one definitive label. I was and looked like a maths and science nerd but a lot of my friends were and still are more of the jock/cool kid type as I played a lot of soccer with them too, I was more athletic and sporty than I look so I was I kind of an inbetweener.

Friends in every group for the most part. I wasn't popular or "cool" but I was cool with my friends and they were cool for me. I'd have jocks, gangsters, popular kids, nerds, special ed kids, everyone would've told you I was cool. I bullied bullies. This kid Tom always used to pick on this other kid Dan in gym. He'd lightly smack him in the face and say "Dude knock it off, stop making me hit you." I warned Tom to stop. The next day he was doing it again and I ing BELTED him, not a punch, I used one of his favorite moves, the face slap. I said "Don't let me ing catch you pulling this again, you understand?" Tom, Dan, and myself all became friends after that. So weird.

In terms of getting on with people I was pretty cool with basically everybody for the most part. Obviously there are going to be bungholes who pick on people for no reason, but I didn't encounter many of those. I wasn't ridiculously popular, but I had a good amount of friends.

A loser until 12th grade when the god-like sense of humor came out. unfortunately by that point it was too late to salvage the experience. Wasted years that I wish I could get back. people say no regrets, But that's not the case for me. High school is one of my biggest.
