It reminds me of Batista/Cena I at SummerSlam 2008 where they had 2-3 weeks worth of build. I was on a break from the WWE product at the time, but I'm assuming that Cena and Batista at least interacted every week leading up to SummerSlam? They beat DiBiase and Rhodes for the tag titles, then drop them back to DiBiase and Rhodes the next week on the go-home show for SummerSlam. |
