I went to target the other day hoping to the HOF figures. While looking through the clearance section I was surprised to find this!
When I went to scan it to check the price, it said item could not be found. I went to ask someone that worked in that department about the figure and they told me that they had no idea how they got the figure since it's not in there system. They said the figure was in the back storage for a bit and was the only one they had. I mentioned that I found it in the 30% clearance section and they said that I could ask the person at the register to take 30% off! So I was happy when I got this figure for $10.
