I just turned 18, my hair is already somewhat thinning. My dad is pretty much bald now I think. I haven't seen him in a year...

Yep, I'll have the Arn Anderson in about 4 years and Im turning 30 in October.
However, when that day comes .. I'll work an indy show just to throw a nasty spinebuster and a ddt, then go home and shave it.
Who cares if you go bald, it happens.

My hair is thick and my hairline is currently still in great shape, knock on wood. Probably one of my biggest fears is when it goes. It's easy to say I'd just shave it when I'm not actually in that position. I'm pretty sure my head is lumpy and I can't grow any facial hair so I'd look like skinny Butterbean or something. Not good.

Going bald is my biggest fear in life. My hair is pretty thick right now, so I dont think I'll be going bald for a while.

My hair is pretty thick and grows pretty fast. Plus my dad, uncles and my grandpa still have a full head of hair. It's not nature guys, it's really all genetics.

Early 20s. Thick AF. Hairline is quite decent. Natural widow's peak. No real recession. I feel bad for some dudes I know who are legit 21 and in near George Costanza mode. I can't let this thread go to waste without some Rick Viktor and Finn Balor hairline pictures Tagging the thickness and hairline crew KeBen Owens RybackV1 dylanThis post made me happy. My hair is super thick and curly if grown out. Exactly like my dad's. He's thinning now.

I'm twenty-three and I've noticed my hairline receding since I was twenty-one. It's still thick and there's no grey, but definitely receding. What bugs me most is that it's worse on one side... Just slightly, but still.
Also, for those curious about where your possible baldness is coming from, more often than not it's from your grandfather on your mother's side.

I had long hair with a zero undercut for seven years, thick but somewhat flowing hair...
Shaved it off for charity in '06, raised over $5000 for children's cancer...
Decided to see what short hair would be like and shaved my head every week for six years...
Grew it back in mid '13, but this time no undercut; eerily echoing Daniel Bryan (having short hair then growing it again)

I still have my hair. I might have had some thinning but I've always attributed that to my always wearing a hat.

You know what sucks? Losing the hair on your head, but getting hair on your back & in your ears. And if you have a mole, it'll eventually look like a daddy long leg. Welcome to middle age! Don't forget to get your prostate checked!

Hair loss is because of the steroid in our body called DHT. What you need to take is DHT blockers. Saw Palmetto for one. I just found out about this and have been doing it a few weeks. Google DHT and hair loss.

Hair loss is because of the steroid in our body called DHT. What you need to take is DHT blockers. Saw Palmetto for one. I just found out about this and have been doing it a few weeks. Google DHT and hair loss. Yeah, and after you do that, google the side effects of DHT blockers. The conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone is a necessary one for the body. DHT serves a multitude of purposes. Sadly, most hair follices (for reasons still not completely known) develop sensitivity to DHT and lose their vascular supply and thus fall out. However, hair on the back and sides of the head are DHT-resistant for life. This is why hair transplants are possible. They take the DHT resistant follicular unit from the back of the head and transplant it in the front. Of course, eventually you run into a real estate problem. There's only so much to donate. And once the follicles in the front start falling, it's a death march for the rest. Sure DHT blockers help. But the side effects are nearly unbearable for most people. Although it varies from person to person, there is a baseline set of effects that most prefer not to deal with. For instance, if you like having sex drive, say goodbye to that. In addition, a lot of the effects from DHT blockers can remain up to 6 months after stopping use of them. TLDR: ![](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/wfcensored.gif)

Light balding. But I can grow a good beard so I don't care either way.

My dad went bald early, though luckily for me it looks like that was passed down to my two brothers and not me ![:D](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/grin.gif) though I might be stuck with a Dr.Phil like hairstyle at some point. I might try to fight it, but ill likely get lazy lol

I used HairMax, got off the booze & drugs and massaged my scalp with natural conditioner.

My hair is pretty thick and grows pretty fast. Plus my dad, uncles and my grandpa still have a full head of hair. It's not nature guys, it's really all genetics. Genetics tells us a lot about how out bodies are. I for one, have thick hair. When I used to have a lot of hair on my scalp, I had to wash it twice to get rid of the dirt. Now since I keep my hair short, it isn't much of an issue these days. I still have my hair. I might have had some thinning but I've always attributed that to my always wearing a hat. Hair needs oxygen to grow. Once you deprive hair oxygen, it slows growth and can lead it to thinning in the end. I've noticed this with many people I know who wear baseball hats on a consistent basis.
