I'm sorry that posted this on the WF Lounge when I meant to put this thread in the wrestling section.
Anyway, once WrestleMania 31 is in the books means that the WWE will possibly be releasing several lesser-used talent. As for who I think will be released, I like:
MAIN ROSTER
Alex Riley: Has lost his spot on the RAW pre-show to David Otunga
The Ascension: Their time on the main roster has been a total bust and WWE Officials have pretty much given up on them IMO
Big E: One of several talented but underutilized talents
Brad Maddox: Hasn't been seen much on TV considering that the WWE isn't too fond of GMs nowadays with The Authority around
Curtis Axel: Has fall down the ladder after teaming with Paul Heyman
Fandango: Another one of WWE's lesser-used talents
Heath Slater: He is rarely seen on TV as of late
Layla: At 37 years old, is mother time catching up with her?
Scott Stanford: Little- used announcer
Stardust: My surprise choice to be released, the Stardust gimmick has a short shelf time but WWE Officials aren't very high on Cody Rhodes. With Goldust expected to retire soon, look for Stardust to get the ax
Tony Phillips: Another little-used announcer
Zack Ryder: Another underutilized talent
NXT ROSTER
Sami Zayn: Despite being one of NXT's popular wrestlers, he is too-injury prone IMO
Angelo Dawkins: A little-used jobber
Sylvester Lefort: Has rarely appeared on NXT in recent weeks
Dash Wilder: Another little-used jobber
Sawyer Fulton: Yet another rarely-used jobber
Jojo: Former Total Divas cast member-turned little used NXT Diva
Who do you think will be "future endeavored" in the coming weeks? BTW, I predict that "Black Thursday" will take place on Thursday, May 14th, 2015.

Sami Zayn is more likely to be called up. JoJo, while I think should be gone, was just on the road with NXT doing ring announcing. Dash Wilder is somewhat new and is very good, he is safe.

I'm sorry but a lot of these just don't make any sense.
Alex Riley: Maybe you have not been watching Nxt but he's be commentating and recently just got back in the ring for a feud with the NXT champion.
The Ascension: Yes, their time so far has been a bust but these guys killed it in NXT and were just recently called up. I don't see WWE giving up on them this easily, if anything maybe a demotion back to NXT in the future.
Big E: WWE seems to love Big E and are still trying to push New Day as a formidable team. As much as I hate to say it, they could easily win the tag title ala Freebird rule.
Brad Maddox: This one wouldn't surprise anyone.
Curtis Axel: Axelmania has been hot, yes it has to be a short lived gimmick and yes he's still jobbing but I don't see a release for him but could come up on the short list next time around.
Fandango: This one could have happen. His return and "re-working" of his character was a major disappointment. Here's hoping for another revamp to get rid of the dancing crap.
Heath Slater: Eh, maybe.
Layla: Isn't there speculation that she's retiring anyways?
Scott Stanford: No idea.
Stardust: I REALLY do not think Stardust/Cody Rhodes will be fired, especially with the relationship between WWE and the Rhodes family. Not to mention, he's still plenty young, the stardust gimmick has been one of the hottest in recent years, and just because Goldust is expected to retire why does that affect Cody Rhodes position? Rhodes may have been under used in the low-mid cards for his career but he's had A LOT of success without his brother in all of his gimmicks/roles (Legacy, Dashing Cody Rhodes, Masked, Mustached, ect...)
Tony Phillips: See Scott Stanford.
Zack Ryder: Wouldn't surprise me but then again, he's on this list just about every year.
NXT ROSTER
Sami Zayn: There's no way this would happen. Sami Zayn is praised in NXT, is over with all audiences and hasn't even been called up yet in WWE. I imagine he'll be called up by Royal Rumble next year and take WWE by storm (ok that's a little wishful but still).
Angelo Dawkins: Possibility
Sylvester Lefort: Possibility
Dash Wilder: Possibility
Sawyer Fulton: Possibility
Jojo: Maybe you aren't aware but she is the NXT ring announcer, has been for some time and IMO very successful in her transition to ring announcing.

First off, this shows how not everyone should start threads. Second, there hasn't really been a post Wrestlemania release period in a while. The last time we had a major release list was June of last year, but before that they would let people's contracts expire instead of released. Seriously, not everyone was meant to start threads because they sound so, well there isn't really a word I can think of right now to describe this.
