Why did Mattel release this figure? I was all set to buy it and then I saw HE HAS NO NECK. These Elite BAF figs run about $22 and are usually okay to pick up for custom fodder, but this Undertaker is a disaster. I had it in my hand and looked at a couple other figures to make sure I was getting a good one, but then I noticed that his chin is almost on his chest and put it down. I could've lived with the cheap rubber coat and hat but this was a deal breaker for me. In the end Undertaker has no neck and a cheap rubber coat so it wasn't worth it for me. For $22 I would expect a leather coat and for him to have a neck, he has a throat tattoo that you can see all the time but this time it's hidden behind his chin and goatee. Ridiculous on Mattel's part.

easy to fix:
put some cotton in the head area, and fixed

It must be the head scan. The battle pack with him and shawn has that same problem

Yes I raised my figure's head up about 1/2" by putting cotton inside the head. The red mark on the back of his neck was where his head sat originally before I raised it.

I'm so sick of people saying "oooh well easy fix blah blah do this blah". The OP (and everyone for that matter) shouldn't have to make any post-purchase modifications to the figure for Mattel's screwup. After paying over 20$, the figure should have a neck. I shouldn't have to dip it in hot water and shove cotton up its ing head hole. Customizing a figure to add a minute detail for perfection purposes is one thing... But having to give a figure a freakin neck? Come on now.

No we shouldn't have to fix it. But that's not the case here, because it was released like that and most didn't notice it until after purchasing the figure and took the hat and coat off. So for it to look right we have to fix it and it is an easy fix.

PJ - How exactly does the cotton fix work? Where in the head do you put it? The only place I can think of is where the peg goes?

I guess it just the excitement of finally having these figures in the us that we are turning a blind eye to the flaws that each figure has

People have spent the last six months b & m'ing about these BAF not being released in the states. Now that they are, much to my surprise, people aren't happy. Guess there's just no pleasing some people.

The neck didnt bother me . I like it . Makes the chest look kinda bigger like he has bigger traps . It's a awesome figure . Just stop being a winer. Go buy a Jakks figure and tell me how much "modding" you have to do to that .

Besides "Mean" Mark not having a neck I think it looks great. His XXX entrance gear and attire looks hella awesome, but maybe I think that cause I was a Wolfpac fan when I was 10.

Mattel used the wrong peg for his head. I swapped it with a longer peg and now it looks great but I had to open up the torso to do this. I messed up and cracked the back of figure but I had another loose Elite Undertaker so I just used that.

It'd be a lot more than $22 if the coat was leather lol
