So basically I was thinking about wwe figures. I was thinking that the character selection is pretty limited. And then I remembered what it was like as a kid for me. First we would get toys in a store, Heman is a prime example, and then the show would air.
So it made me think, couldnt Mattel do the same with wrestlers? Create some gimmicky character into figure form, then have some wrestler bring that figure to life on screen. I think it would be great from a merchandise point of view.
The only question is this. As a fan of pro wrestling, would you be opposed to that concept?

Maybe. It depends if they had the talent and mic skills to back it up.

I'm sure if they would it be a mix up of John cena , brodus clay , Alberto del rio , and Sheamus all in one because those are mattel favorites to make , plus Rey mysterio too

For example the SvR'11 CAW into Figure Contest Winner? xD
I don't know if anyone remembers that but that would be a weird character/gimmick/wrestler xD

The thought of this doesn't appeal to me. Far more could go wrong than right.

I think this picture speaks heavily for what you are saying..... So to answer your questions.... no. That would be horrible if Mattel made a WWE character and then the WWE went out and made that character real. It didn't work for TNA, it's not gonna work for the WWE.

Never understood the logic with that idea. Was it supposed to be like some lunatic who loved the TNA game so much he felt he'd live it?

Was this what happened to Suicide? Only he went from video game > casting I came here to post this. To the OP, yes. It there's anything WWE needs to do, it's rip off TNA. Maybe they can swipe that sweet sweet Destination America deal out from under Dixie's nose.

It's an interesting idea, but I don't think it would work.
Maybe in 1995, but not in 2015.

The idea sounds like it could work but it is best the way things usually work I guess.
