It's been long enough that it shouldn't still bother me, but I miss run ins that don't include the music. It should definitely still bother you, that means you still have a brain. It only works well in certain situations, like a big return a la Warrior at WM8. Or when Taker first showed up with the ABA gimmick. It works at times when it's a big return or a bunch of guys are around and it stops the action. As just an every day thing it's awful. I don't think I'll ever get used to it. I know it's a click of a button now, but it still makes it sound too preplanned. I hate to go on "get off my lawn" rants, as I do love a lot of what's done now, especially in the ring, but so much from the old says should have been kept. Mix the old and new instead of trying to replace things. Here comes Axel |
