Seeing that we'll probably never get The Steiner Brothers from Mattel, this is the best RA version of old school Scott Steiner that we'll get ... unfortunately.
I'm sure that it'll be years before, or even if, another one of these comes up for sale.
Congrats to the winner, but that's one terrible figure ... both in terms of likeness and attire selection :/
What did the auction end at ?

The fact that figure wasn't released annoyed the sh*t outta me.

Its incredible to me that the Hasbro versions of The Steiner's are the best action figure versions of them out there......

I've never been lucky enough to own an unreleased figure or headscan, but if I did I would definetely lend it to an experienced customizer to cast the head to share with the community.
That said though, to be honest there isn't many unreleased headscans I want that badly. In some cases it's simply that I didn't like the headscan, e.g. I was a big Juvi fan, but I hated the smirking headscan Jakks was planning. And in other cases, like Linda McMahon, Jim Cornette, etc, I was never a fan of the performers so don't care there either.
The Realscan Gangrel headscan (shown only at a toyfair) is really the only one that comes to mind that I would love to have.

I believe that someone here has that Gangrel scan and has made copies of it ? I believe I remember seeing it in either the Customs section, or it was in hasbromaniacs huge post with all of his unreleased / orange series heads.

I'd love to have the head from that unreleased Cornette.

Thanks but yeh I saw that and it was actually a non-realscan TTL Gangrel head that the guy got hold of. Still an unreleased version, and initially there was some confusion in identifying it, but in the end it was clear it was not the realscan version, sadly.
