Doesn't sound like a Mattel thing, maybe a wicked cool toys product, would be cool for those who have the ring in the setup or for play What are you taking about?! Barbie gets back drops!

I think the inserts that are packed with elites should look like crowd images.

If they use a real picture of a real crowd, wouldn't they have to get likeness rights for every single person? It would probably have to be a crowd full of generic cartoon ppl. Good idea, but I'm not sure if it's legally possible. They could do it, just read the back of your ticket stub and the WWE disclaimer. That is why you can see fan reactions on their DVD's, taped broadcast's, and promotional commercials and event posters. Part of buying a ticket.

Not covered on the ticket stub. If i am not mistaken, if you're in a crowd, you give up your "right to privacy." If their is a disclaimer, the company can use the crowd likeness' as it sees fit. It is a WWE product licensed to whoever, then they can use that photo for promotional items. I remember this stuff from a class I had to take on it for the school district I work for it about using photos of children and staff. Another company was wanting to use photos of the kids on it's product packaging. It was ok because they went through the proper loop holes, meaning language about the event/disclaimer, to get it done. That is why photographers can take pics and sell them of the crowd. They are 3rd party players but can still sell them if given permission from the parent company through the agreement. I am willing to bet WWE has one of the better legal disclaimers since they rely so much on the fans. We should ask them if it's possible. All this being said, It would not take much to change the way the crowd looks.

Actually someone already does this, their name spam. Just google them and follow their IG. They just posted a new product that folds out.

This is what I did for mine. The image is not the best quality, but it is a photo that I am in, so I don't mind to much. But I think my next one will be in a couple pieces that way I can give it some depth.

Mattel could replace the generic backdrop cardboard on the inside of elite packaging with different segments of a wrap around crowd shot for a series or two. It seems like a simple solution.

I think they could easily do it without much effort. They could potentially use those display background pieces that come in Elite figures. An Elite set has 6 figures. Each figure could come with a different part of the crowd background. Then you could piece (or snap, somehow) them together and have a decent crowd background. Great idea. I love this. Not only could you use the figure and the accessories, but even the packaging becomes something useful.

Could be the same as the post above, but google extreme sets .com
They do crowd arena backgrounds and they are among the best i've seen but are expensive.
I'd love a couple of them but can't justify the cost with shipping to the UK

Seems like the kind of thing a customizer/custom site could make some cash on.
