"Pro Wrestling Guerilla presents It's Always Sunny In Reseda, from lustrous Reseda, California!"Willie Mack vs Trevor LeeSolid back and fourth action throughout. Lee, who many have dubbed the new "sweetheart" of PWG, held his own with the returning former regular Willie Mack, and eventually rolled Mack up with the small package to get the win in 11:33. Winner: Trevor Lee (11:33)Tommy End vs Tomasso CiampaThe new and improved Tomasso Ciampa met with the British standout Tommy End, and judging by the looks on his face throughout the match, was surprised with just how much End bought to the match. Tommy had a good showing, but he eventually fell victim to Project Ciampa. Winner: Tomasso Ciampa (13:26)Super Smash Brothers vs The RockNES Monsters vs The Monster MafiaTwo teams who returned to Pro Wrestling Guerilla met the newcomer team of Ethan Page and Josh Alexander, in a match the fans ate up. With fast-paced and thrilling action throughout, this match most certainly delivered. Both the Super Smash Brothers and The RockNES Monsters were given chants of "welcome back". After a long, gruelling war, Yuma managed to put Stupefied away with the Sex Factor. Winners: The RockNES Monsters (15:48)Kota Ibushi vs PJ BlackFrom start to finish, Ibushi and Black completely blew the Reseda faithful away with their incredible highflying antics. The action spilled to the outside numerous times, with Black performing a breathtaking 450 Splash to the outside, putting his own body on the line. Ibushi would eventually prevail by way of a running double-foot stomp followed by a Golden Star Splash. Winner: Kota Ibushi (14:52)Drew Gulak vs Johnny GarganoThe traditional style of Drew Gulak mixed with the all-round mat wrestling of Johnny Gargano was a recipe for an incredible wrestling match. Gulak targeted the lower leg of Gargano throughout in an attempt to soften him up for the Gu-Lock, but Gargano didn't give in, and managed to catch Drew in the center of the ring with the Garga-No Escape to get the submission victory. Winner: Johnny Gargano (15:14)The Colony vs Candice LeRae, Joey Ryan, and Chuck TaylorIn a match filled with humour, Fire Ant would be singled out by Taylor and Ryan for a good part of the match, but after a while, Fire Ant fought back and managed to tag in Silver Ant. Silver Ant was met by Candice LeRae. LeRae went for the Ballsplex, but with Silver being an Ant and all, he wasn't affected. Silver eventually tagged in the powerful Worker, who would go on to get them the win after a huge sitout spinebuster to Taylor. Winners: The Colony (18:21)reDRagon vs The WolvesAn dream match of sorts, the student of Edwards and Richards, Kyle O' Reilly, attempted to prove that he had become superior to his trainers in this match, and he and Fish had control for a good chunk of the match, until Edwards tagged in Richards and Davey took the match into his own hands. After going back and forth for a while, O' Reilly locked in a cross-arm breaker after his trademark triple butterfly suplexes for the victory. Winners: reDRagon (17:02)PWG World Championship: Kenny Omega vs Roderick StrongOmega, the international superstar, gave String everything he had. Kenny showed his fearless in-ring style, going to the top rope more than once. Strong wasn't going to go down without a fight, however, and busted Omega open after a Sick Kick. Omega continued to go on the offence after this, and then tried to finish him off, but Roddy eventually put him down with a Death By Roderick/Sick Kick combination. Winner: Roderick Strong (27:23)

PWG the first show was a decent show, you had some real stand out matches on the card like the Main Event, Wolves/reDragon and PJ/Ibushi.
Maybe wrong but I'm sure End is from the Netherlands, could be wrong haven't checked but sure he is.
Hopefully the further you get into the diary the storyline development we'll see but for a first show it was well done. Keep it up your showing potential.

Yeah, I know he's Dutch, I said "British" because of how much he's wrestled over here.

First off, I like the look here. It's simple and, as an indy sim, it should be. No need for extra flash. Now, I haven't followed PWG as much as I'd like so I may not know some names. I've heard good things about Trevor Lee and Tomasso is pretty good so I'm cool with those results. The RockNES Monsters is a fantastic team name. Ahh. IBUSHI VS. PJ BLACK? SICK! Definitely the right call as Ibushi is a major deal right now and I couldn't see him going over here to lose to PJ. Johnny Gargano <3. I figure this match would be full of comedy. reDRagon vs. the Wolves is a match I think would be sweet. Kyle O'Reilly is a damn beast. Roddy retaining works, but I think you should have some indicator that he's champion. Just a (c). I know it says it on the first post but still. Overall, a good start here and I want to see this stick around.

New diaries are hard to reply to, but a new PWG diary can be even harder at times. The difficulty with PWG is that it's greatness lies, in my opinion, with the content of the matches itself. One of the reasons this board has seen WWE diaries go for years is that the WWE's product is storyline heavy. I think PWG has a story to tell, but not through angles like the WWE does. With that being said, I will try to read all the shows you post as I am a PWG enthusiast who wanted to do a diary before I decided on LU. With that being said, I hope you enjoy creating this diary. You're working with one of the most entertaining promotions out there.
I like the look of it. Very stripped down and basic. Only way to really describe it is "Indy." Not a huge fan of Willie Mack, but Trevor Lee is a great, great young talent right now. He's only like 21 or 22 and has already pulled off some insane moves in some high quality matches. I'd love to see how you handle pushing him, as it looks like you're starting to with a win over a vet. I'm torn at the End/Ciampa match. Both are good workers in my eyes. Both of them are not young like Lee, but not too old that you can't build their careers. Once again, it's the first show so I'll have to see where it goes for further reaction. Pretty PWG match with a triple threat tag match used to facilitate some action. I'm assuming RockNES are now #1 Contenders? Ibushi versus... PJ BLACK? Ooooooh boy. This roster is amazing. You can't go wrong pushing either. WCTT + Chuck Taylor just sounds like a damn good time, but versus The Colony? I'd pay big big money to see that. I think from my first post in the thread that I'm a big WCTT fan so I was disappointed to see them lose. Really hoping they survive the RockNES monsters. The Wolves on the roster, as well? The talent is unreal. reDRagon winning is fine, though. Kind of scared that they're a threat to WCTT. Rodrick Strong is a good champion to have. The question is who can knock him off? I'm interested in seeing someone else's take on how PWG should be. Good luck with future shows.

"Pro Wrestling Guerilla presents Show No Love To JoMo Thugs, from fecund Reseda, California!"Biff Busick vs Brian CageThe enormous Cage met the deceptively quick Busick in a very solid opener. Cage showed great agility by not only performing an 818, but following it up with a Lionsault. Busick almost put Cage away with a Sleeper Suplex, but "The ing Machine" was just too much, as he was able to get the win with a huge running powerbomb. Winner: Brian Cage (12:15)Johnny Gargano vs Kyle O' ReillyTwo top contenders for Roderick Strong's Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Championship went one on one in the second match on the card. O'Reilly kept Gargano grounded, wearing him down with numerous submission holds, but the tenacious Gargano fought back and rocked him with the Lawn Dart. Gargano trapped O'Reilly in the middle of the ring with GargaNO Escape, but Kyle managed to counter it into a Cross-Arm Breaker, getting himself the win and pushing himself further into title contention. Winner: Kyle O'Reilly (14:23)Willie Mack vs Chris Hero vs Drew GulakGulak and Hero struggled to keep up with the wildcard in the match, Willie Mack, and when the action spilled over to the outside, Mack came flying into both men with a suicide dive. Gulak and Hero were left in the ring for a while, and Gulak trapped him in the Gu-Lock, but Mack came in to save the day before Hero tapped out. Willie planted Drew in the middle of the ring with the Chocolate Thunder Bomb, but this time, it was Hero who broke up the pinfall. Eventually, Drew had Mack in the middle of the ring, and forced him to tap out to the Gu-Lock, getting himself a huge win. Winner: Drew Gulak (15:32)The Beaver Boys (John Silver and Alex Reynolds) vs The Colony (Fire Ant and Silver Ant)The Beaver Boys had some fun in the beginning of the match, with John Silver pinning Silver Ant to the mat and Reynolds pretending to masturbate and ejaculate on the mask of Silver Ant, to the disgust of both Colony members. The action got serious after a while, with Silver Ant lending the assist and throwing Fire Ant over the top rope, and both Ants dropping Alex right on his face with a double flapjack. Just as it looked like The Colony were about to seal the deal, Reynolds rolled up Silver and stole a win for his team. Winners: The Beaver Boys (12:46)The Monster Mafia (Josh Alexander and Ethan Page) vs The Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards)With the huge experience edge, Richards and Edwards looked to get a simple win over the Alexander and Page, but as they would go on to find out, Josh and Ethan are no pushovers. Alexander can mat wrestle with the best of them, and some might say Davey Richards was outwrestled by Josh at some points. As the match progressed, the action heated up. Richards went for a diving double foot stomp, but Ethan Page rolled out of the way. Eddie went for the Die-Hard Driver on Josh Alexander, but Ethan broke it up. The Mafia went for the Loch-Ness Lowdown, but at this point, Davey had recovered, and pulled Josh Alexander out of the ring, allowing Eddie to capitalise and successfully hit Ethan with the Die-Hard Driver for the pinfall victory. Winners: The Wolves (16:11)ACH vs Kenny OmegaOmega, coming off of an unsuccessful challenge against Roderick Strong for the PWG World Championship at It's Always Sunny In Reseda, Kenny Omega returned and met ACH once again, but this time, both men were more seasoned, and Omega had adopted a new attitude. "Stone Cold" ACH hit Kenny with a Stone Cold Stunner mid-way through the match, and Kenny also hit the Aoi Shoudou, but both men were unsuccessful in their pinfall attempts. After an attempt at the Katayoku No Tenshi, ACH fought his way out of it, and managed to get the win with ACH's Big Bang Attack!. Winner: ACH (15:56)Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Tag Team Championships - The RockNES Monsters (Johnny Goodtime and Johnny Yuma) vs The World's Cutest Tag Team (Joey Ryan and Candice LeRae) (c)As the match began with Joey Ryan and Johnny Goodtime, the crowd could be heard chanting "We want Candice!" to the tune of "I want candy". Joey Ryan made the tag to LeRae, and she got into the ring and her and Goodtime began to lock up, the crowd now chanted "This is awkward", referencing LeRae and Goodtime's previous relationship. Further into the match, Goodtime and Yuma began to toy with LeRae, after Yuma rocked her with the Sex Factor, however, they took too long, as Candice was able to throw both men over her head with a double Ballsplex. Joey Ryan got back into the ring, grabbed Yuma and signalled for the Pedigree, but Goodtime used his partner's back, and dropkicked Joey right in the face. As Yuma and Ryan rolled into the outside, Goodtime lifted LeRae up into his shoulders, but that would prove costly, as Candice spiked him right on his head with a reverse Hurricanrana for the victory. Winners: The World's Cutest Tag Team (18:49)Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Championship - Johnny Mundo vs Roderick Strong (c)Mundo went tit for tat with Strong in the early goings, as both men would light each other's chests up with knife edge chops. As Roddy retreated to the outside, Mundo didn't give him a second, as he ran into the middle rope next to the turnbuckle, and came flying off of it and to the outside with a moonsault to the outside. Later in the match, Mundo seemed to have it won when he went for Starship Pain, but Strong moved out of the way, and as soon as Mundo got up, Roddy picked him up and dropped him with the Death By Roderick. Roddy went for the pin, but Mundo kicked out, and as soon as both men made it to their feet, Mundo came flying into Strong with a huge kick to the face, but Roderick got right up and rocked the challenger with the Sick Kick. Roddy wasted no time in getting him up for the Gibson Driver and planting him into the mat to retain his title. Winner: Roderick Strong (24:09)Roderick grabbed a mic, and began to talk after his match. "See, I said it before, and I'll say it again. Whoever the board of directors puts in front of me, I will beat them, and I will continue to be the PWG World Champion." Roderick drops the mic and turns around, but he turns right into ACH, who sends the champion to the outside with a Stunner! "Roderick, you say you've beaten everyone? I don't ever remember you beating me. So what do you say, the next time we're here in Reseda, we do Roderick Strong vs ACH for the PWG World Championship?" Roderick nodded his head and smiled as both men shared a stare down.
