At first I was thinking they brought Kevin Owens for this open challenge thing to help promote the NXT Takeover special on Wednesday, but after Owens laid Cena out, is he really going to the main roster? I'm still on the boat that this is just to promote the NXT special and then once he loses the title, he'll officially make his way to the main roster.

The only problem with him doing that is he basically stepped on the US flag... Part of me is glad, though, is that they didn't have the match because one day it will be a blockbuster feud. I love Owens but I never, here or in the Indies, listened to where he was from. I assumed he was Canadian? And that segment between Cena and Owens was easily the best promo of 2015. Not even gonna say "maybe" it flat out was the best. |
