Honestly the only divas worthy of a spot in the divas division on the main roster as far as being ready in terms of wrestling ability, charisma, etc. the only NXT divas that I can think of that are realistically ready for the jump over to the main roster are Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair and Bayley out of the 3 of them they are the only ones ready as far as being on the main roster
Charlotte she is destined I mean 2nd generation diva the daughter of perhaps the greatest wrestler of all time 2 time WWE Hall of Famer Nature Boy Ric Flair, but despite her family name Charlotte has thrived in NXT but also she could thrive on the main roster when you think about it considering Flair and the COO Triple H go way back to the days of Evolution, so Charlotte has that link and not to mention Charlotte and Stephanie have a link because of Flair's relationship with Stephanie's father Vince but also Charlotte she has not only the look of a true diva she has the wrestling ability and the charisma to back it all up, the business is in her blood and despite her father's shadow she has thrived in the sense of creating her own identity
Sasha Banks she is also ready in the sense of having the best in ring performances out of any diva in NXT, charisma is bar none and not to mention she can wrestle she can actually wrestle, is good on the mic and not to mention Sasha not a lot of people know this about her but she is related to Grammy Award winning artist Snoop Dogg not a lot of people know that but Sasha I know she would be perfect on the main roster in terms of being either babyface or a heel I think she thrives better as a heel diva
Bayley another great NXT talent who would thrive as a babyface diva and currently we don't have a lot of them going around so Bayley would bring that balance but also she can go in the ring as well and her charisma is through the roof
