I was upset but more just stunned, because I think I subconsciously held Macho and Warrior as immortals. Plus I was excited he had recently done the Mattel and All Stars videos so a live appearance at a show seemed quite possible at that point. Was happy to see the outpouring of love for him afterwards though, all the omission and revision Vince did through the years didn't seem to make a dent on people's memories of the madness.  Anyone who likes Macho and hasn't seen this yet should watch it, even if you hate Warrior, it's a warm loving tribute, the nicest words anyone put out on Savage when he died. |

Only an ascot could improve it but that's a detail.* Consider the jib of your cut appreciated. Slather that jib in appreciation, whatever a jib is, that's not important, it's the thought of the cut of a jib that counts. We are all jibbed and cut up to ribbons down here. *Upon careful reflection, I'm no longer certain that ascot out roshambos bow tie. |

As many as four years eh? Gosh, time goes insanely quickly.
I was at university when the news broke, and like many of you I was shocked immensely. Nobody on my degree was a wrestling fan so it meant nothing to those sitting around me in my lecture so I just sat there quietly, thinking about how young he was and how sad it is that he died with so much baggage still hanging off him.
