If Rome did make that, I salute him for managing to pull one hell of a hustle on this buyer. I personally wouldn't pay more than $10 shipped for it.
Personally, unless Rome states otherwise, my guess is that the poster made this himself, or bought it elsewhere for dirt cheap. Now it's being advertised as a "Rome original" and is suddenly for sale. The horribly inflated $70 original price tag will then make any offer you make below that amount a "great deal".
Hopefully I'm wrong, since that would be a terrible attempt to scam. Considering he registered this month, but bought it a year ago, just raises some suspicion.
Of course he could have been banned at some point from then to now and re-registered, so who knows?
In any case, outside of being oversized body wise, it's an "ok" custom. If you really did pay $70 and suddenly want to sell, don't expect to gain back that same amount of money. If you slap a few accessories with it, and overcharge for shipping, you may be able to ditch it on Ebay for $15-20.
Good luck with whatever you try to do with this figure.

Honestly, I have a hard time believing that Rome made that. Rome usually does a good deal of sculpting and his skintones are immaculate. You can usually tell from the style that it's a Rome custom. On this, the skintone looks kinda dull and lifeless. It's just not Rome-quality. And for 70 bucks man, I think you got ripped. I wouldn't have paid more than 20, 30 tops for it. Did you buy it directly from Rome or from someone that said it was from Rome?
