Bill mentions that the WM31 Seth Rollins is a Toys R Us Big Book Give Away and you have to buy a certain amount of WWE merchandise, does anybody know how much you have to spend?

I know the costs are a bit more, but I'd prefer the elite BAFs as I can normally at least use the parts for customs. Basics beyond Divas are normally just useful for heads and maybe arms. i liked the elite BAF line. we got elite Jim Ross, Michael Cole, Ricardo, Paul Heyman & Big Johnny. Del Rio in red, the best current elite Christian figure, HBK as a referee, the only elite Curtis Axel, CM Punks awesome Summerslam 2011 and WM 29 attires, Daniel Bryans WM 29 Team Hell No attire, HHH's awesome WM 28 entrance gear and even a current Bret Hart. Pretty sure the first time we got the white strap IC belt and the dented MITB cases were in the elite TRU BAF waves. yeh, we got rereleased Cena's and a Brock. A Miz and Orton nobody wanted. but there was more good than bad Totally agree. Without this line, we almost certainly never see JR or Johnny or an Elite Axel. And while we did get a ton of Cena's out of it, he certainly isn't the one warming the pegs at my TRU's.

I'm pondering whether or not Jericho will be a DM next year. I say no. Bill mentioned that Elite Jericho's don't sell. I suspect that's true, BUT there is a good reason. The elites of Jericho featured his heel runs. Elite 4 and Elite 20 were both heel Jericho despite his eventual babyface turn in the second attire. His basics have tended to reflect his babyface runs. I'm guessing little kids (who I assume buy the majority of the toys) when given the choice would have passed on him. And if they did want a Jericho to go with a good guy, mom would probably buy an elite babyface and a basic bad guy to save some dough. Mattel never said that....it was RSC But does Trevor only have that info because he requested to do an RSC Jericho, and was told directly from Mattel that "elite Jerichos don't sell" Or did he just make it up based on his websites sales numbers

There has never been a Flashback Jericho in Elite form, and therefore they cannot assume that sales of one are equal to sales of another. I've been rallying for a Flashback Jericho since I joined this forum. But guess what... I don't own the modern Elite Jericho! Have no desire for it. But Flashback Jericho is one of my most wanted figures. You make a good point about his current figures though and I suspect with the popularity of Flashbacks, Jericho would not only sell but would be one of the best sellers. And impossible to find at retail because of it. k I'm with you. I'd love an elite flashback Jericho. Preferably both a WCW and early WWF run.

The nearest Toys-R-Us to me is 3 hours away. I have to go from time to time for Dr. appointments for my wife or daughter so I have to plan my Toys-R-Us trips around their appointments lol, hopefully they'll be having a sale on one of those trips while Seth is available since that's a great idea.

So this was my first SDCC since I've started collecting so I didn't know what to expect but these boards have been great in keeping me upto date. I think the most exciting thing for me was seeing the NXT figures and that they are making 2 NXT elites - it shows that these guys have market worth which is great from a marketing perspective. I'm also very excited about the WM Seth Rollins - that looks a great figure and will try and get hold of one of those as soon as possible. It'll be good to hear the Mattel Q&A to see when some of these figures will be out and any further developments.
