RSC always makes a big deal about the exclusive and would have tagged the IG pic a million times with "RSC EXCLUSIVE".
they didn't tag it with anything....and the RSC fig is always next to the other RSC figs. He's not in the section w/ Hogan and HBK?

I get having Prototype Cena coming with those belts. Because there is absolutely NOTHING else he could have come with. So at least you get 2 belts.
