Elimination Chamber on May 31, 2015 @ Corpus Christi. TX. — LIVE on the WWE Network Following a slick video package of the very intense Elimination Chamber match, dating all the way back to the match's inception in 2002, we cut to ringside where we are joined by John "Bradshaw" Layfield, Booker T, and "The Voice of the WWE" Michael Cole. The three welcome us to the show as they breakdown tonight's main matches, including Kevin Owens making his main roster debut against John Cena and the Elimination Chamber match for the vacant Intercontinental championship, as well as a huge WWE World Heavyweight championship match between Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins. However, we are kicking things off with a bang tonight, as they go over the rules of our opening contest: the first-ever six-team Elimination Chamber match.
WWE Tag Team championships Elimination Chamber | New Day (Big E, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods) defends versus Cesaro and Tyson Kidd versus The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor) versus Los Matadores (Diego and Fernando) versus The Lucha Dragons (Sin Cara and Kalisto) versus The Prime Time Players (Darren Young and Titus O'Neil) - Kicking things off in this very intense and innovative match is the team of Tyson Kidd and Cesaro taking on The Lucha Dragons. Tornado tag rules apply throughout the match, while also borrowing from normal elimination tag team rules, therefore if a partner gets pinned, he is eliminated while the other member of the team continues the match. The New Day, all three crammed into one pod, look on as all four men battle it out in fast-paced action. Using his strength advantage, Cesaro targets the smaller Kalisto outside on the chain link floor and throws the Spanish sensation into the wall, leaving Tyson Kidd and Sin Cara to duke it out in the ring. Tyson looks for a quick cover, but only manages to get a two-count. Cesaro and Kidd, the former WWE Tag Team champions, continue to beat the Lucha Dragons down, using the chain link walls to their advantage. The clock ticks down to zero as Los Matadores, Diego and Fernando, join the fray. They immediately go to work on Cesaro and Kidd, but Cesaro's inhuman strength plays a big toll on the warfare. As Diego goes for a springboard dive inside the ring, Cesaro catches him mid air and chucks him over the top rope, sending the bullfighter crashing to the steel floor. This lets Tyson take advantage of the opportunity as he pins Diego outside of the ring, the pinfall successfully counting as Fernando is left alone in the bout. Diego has been eliminated! Sin Cara and Kalisto return to offense as they form a small alliance with fellow masked man Fernando, taking the fight to Cesaro and Tyson Kidd. The three luchadors amaze the audience with some innovative high-octane offense, as they look to finish Kidd off as Fernando hits a beautiful moonsault, followed by a sweet Senton bomb from Sin Cara, which is then followed by an amazing 450 Splash by Kalisto! The crowd goes wild, as Kalisto goes for the pin only for the Swiss Superman to break it up. The count reaches zero once more as the duo of Konnor and Viktor enter the match. The Ascension, Konnor and Viktor, join the fray. The longest reigning NXT Tag Team champions enter the ring and immediately unleash the wasteland upon The Lucha Dragons and Fernando. Following a short burst of heavy hitting punches, Konnor and Viktor finish Fernando off with the Fall of Man, eliminating the bullfighter. Fernando has been eliminated! The action continues as Konnor and Viktor's momentum is halted by Cesaro and Kidd, the former Tag Team champions, who take the wasteland men down with various suplex variations, as the crowd goes wild once they pose after the successful suplexes. Tyson Kidd and Cesaro then return their focus to the other team that started the match, The Lucha Dragons. A brawl between the four men breaks out, punches and kicks thrown, until Konnor and Viktor return to their feet. Now, all of the men are throwing punches in the middle of the ring, until Kalisto manages to escapes and ascends the side of the Chamber and stands on top of a pod. In a highlight reel moment, Kalisto leaps off the top of the pod and brings everybody down with a huge crossbody! The crowd goes insane as all six men lay on the floor, clutching various parts of their bodies, as the clock strikes zero once more. The Prime Time Players, Titus O'Neil and Darren Young, join the fray. Titus O'Neil and Darren Young pop out of their pod, and enter the ring. However, they don't go for a cover on any of the fallen men, instead they proceed to mock their opponents, like they have done for the past few weeks. As they do this, with their backs turned to their opponents, all three team in the ring return to their feet and they all nod their heads, united as one, before blasting the Prime Time Players from behind with huge clubs and forearms. Konnor and Viktor take Darren out with the Fall of Man at the same time as Kidd and Cesaro hit Titus with their patented dropkick swing combination. Konnor pins Young at the same time as Cesaro pins Titus, both men getting the three count. Darren Young and Titus O'Neil have been eliminated!
Tyson Kidd and Cesaro stand in one corner, The Ascension stand in another, and The Lucha Dragons stand in their own, all three teams looking for an opening. The Lucha Dragons and the former WWE Tag Team champions decide to work together as they bring the fight to The Ascension, Kalisto and Kidd working together to battle Viktor, Cesaro and Cara taking on Konnor. Kalisto and Tyson Kidd connect with multiple rapid fire kicks to a kneeling Viktor, as Sin Cara and Cesaro over power the larger Konnor. Cesaro hits a huge powerbomb on Konnor, who lands on Sin Cara's awaiting knees with a lungblower. Sin Cara quickly shoots the half, and gets the cover on Konnor. Konnor has been eliminated! Sin Cara doesn't have much time to react, as Cesaro deadlifts him in the air and connects with a huge Neutralizer! Cesaro goes for the pinfall, as Tyson Kidd, who just dropped Viktor with an enziguri, holds back Kalisto from breaking the fall. Sin Cara has been eliminated! Kalisto breaks free from the grips of Tyson Kidd, as he throws the Canadian grappler into the chain link wall outside the ring. However, the small luchador is immediately met with a huge running uppercut by Viktor! The Ascension member rolls Kalisto back into the ring, and follows him only to be met by a bigger European uppercut from Cesaro! Viktor falls directly to the mat, as Cesaro follows through with a successful pinfall. Viktor has been eliminated! Kalisto brings himself back to a vertical base in the corner of the ring, using the ropes as leverage, as he finds himself cornered by Tyson Kidd and Cesaro. The clock strikes zero as The New Day, Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods, joins the fray. All three members come out of the pod, all three allowed to compete in the match as a thank you from Kane for their help this past Friday on Smackdown, as Cesaro and Kidd join Kalisto in the corner, shaking his hand as they strike a deal. The New Day enters the ring and are met face to face in the middle by the trio of Kalisto, Kidd, and Cesaro. The six men coming to blows as all hell breaks loose! Cesaro and Big E spill out to the outside, both men crashing hard on the steel floor. Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods try to team up to take out Kalisto and Kidd, but the faster duo ducks a clothesline and rebounds with dual hurricanranas! Kingston and Woods slide out of the ring, as Cesaro throws Big E into the chain link fence outside of the ring. Cesaro joins his partner and Kalisto in the ring, posing to establish dominance in this match. Kalisto and Kidd ascend two different turnbuckles, as they launch themselves outside of the ring onto Kingston and Woods with huge crossbodies! Kalisto and Kidd return to their feet in a frenzy, but inside the ring Cesaro is taken down by a running Big E, who crushes the Swiss Superman with a shoulder tackle. Big E motions for Kalisto and Kidd to enter the ring for a fight, but Woods and Kingston grab both men by the tights and throw them back first right into the chain link wall! Kalisto and Tyson Kidd collapse to the ground as Big E drops Cesaro for the Big Ending, that leads to a successful pinfall. Cesaro has been eliminated! Big E is then joined by his New Day cohorts in the middle of the squared circle, as Kalisto and Tyson Kidd realize they are the only other combatants remaining. Kalisto and Kidd slowly re-enter the ring, breaking away in two different directions as The New Day grin like Cheshire cats as they stand back to back in the middle of the ring. Following a clap, Woods and Kingston go after Kidd as Big E tries to take on Kalisto. However, Kidd ducks a Woods clothesline and tries to pin Kofi with a schoolboy, but on the count of two, Big E picks Kidd up and hoists him into the air and onto his shoulder to hit the Big Ending. Xavier Woods dropkicks Kalisto to the mat, as Big E secures the pinfall. Tyson Kidd has been eliminated! Kalisto uses the ropes once more to bring himself to a vertical base as Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Big E corner the masked marvel. Kalisto, knowing he is all alone, throws a weak kick that hits Xavier in the thigh, but Kingston and Big E retaliate to the act of defiance with multiple forearm smashes to the King of Flight. Big E picks the small luchador up in the air and connects with a running spinebuster, which is followed by a huge Boom Drop from Kofi Kingston as Xavier Woods sneaks up and secures the pinfall, as The New Day successfully defend their championships in the first-ever six team Elimination Chamber match. The New Day retain their WWE Tag Team championships in the Elimination Chamber.
The New Day smile with all of their hearts as the Elimination Chamber structure slowly returns to the air, hanging above the ring. The referee gives the trio their championships, as they celebrate the win as if they just won the SuperBowl. Xavier Woods, Big E, and Kofi Kingston continue to clap to a loud chorus of boos from the crowd.
Cutting backstage, Dean Ambrose is pacing back and forth in a secluded area of the arena basement while shadow boxing in his leather jacket. Ambrose continues his warm-up routine until his attention diverts to Roman Reigns who walks in the dark hallway. Roman reveals to Dean that he'll have his back tonight if The Authority would stick their noses in tonight's WWE World Heavyweight championship match. Ambrose and Reigns bump fists as the 2015 Royal Rumble winner walks off, Dean continuing to shadow box in the dark.
Neville versus Bo Dallas - The Man That Gravity Forgot certainly did not forget Bo Dallas' recent attacks on his leg as the two started the match off circling one another, Neville smartly leaning on his good leg and leaving it out of another potential attack. Bo stops circling and extends his hand while smiling from ear to ear, as the WWE Universe in Corpus Christi loudly tell the Brit not to accept it. Neville kicks the hand out of the way and proceeds to hit a spinning heel kick to Dallas' gut. Neville then kicks Bo in the head with another spinning kick, this time the kneeling Bo falling to the mat in pain. Neville goes for the cover, only for Bo to kick out at two. Neville returns to a vertical base, and deadlifts Dallas right into a beautiful bridging German suplex, once again only getting a two count. Neville and Bo both return to their feet, exchanging blows with Neville getting the upperhand, as the New Sensation looks to bounce off the ropes but it cut off by a charging Dallas to launches his whole body weight to the injured knee of Neville. Neville goes down to the mat and clutches his knee, screaming in pain, as Dallas immediately rolls to the outside to do a victory lap, his thumbs pointing up high in the air for all to see. Bo re-enters the ring and places some kicks to Neville's knee, until the referee has to pull him away. Hobbling on one foot, Neville returns to his feet and yells for Bo to bring it. Obliging, Dallas charges the Englishman but Neville ducks out of the way as Dallas bounces off the turnbuckles after hitting them full force with his chest. Neville turns the Inspirational Superstar around and connects with a beautiful snap suplex, once again getting a two count on the pinfall attempt. Neville hobbles up to a vertical base again, this time looking to the top rope. He ascends the ropes, but before he could connect with the Red Arrow, Bo Dallas pops up and hits the top rope, forcing Neville to fall and crotch himself on the top rope. Bo Dallas, ever the opportunist, ascends the turnbuckle himself and looks to hit a superplex... but it is stopped by Neville who pushes Bo off the top rope and forcing Dallas to crash to the mat. Neville, looking for the win, looks around the booming arena and connects with the Red Arrow to gain the victory. Neville defeats Bo Dallas.
Neville hobbles up to the support of the WWE Universe as Bo Dallas rolls outside the ring and throws a fit, punching the ringside guardrail and kicking the steel steps. Neville continues to celebrate, that is until Bo Dallas sneaks back into the ring with a steel chair and bends the steel over Neville's injured knee! Dallas continues the relentless attack on Neville's knee until WWE officials come running down and force Bo to the back. As he returns up the ramp, Dallas has nothing but a sickish grin plastered on his face, nobody fully knowing if he had finally snapped.
A video package is shown highlighting Kevin Owens' main roster escapade, creating an enemy in the current United States champion, John Cena. Kevin Owens is a dangerous man, dominating NXT since his debut in December, and has now set his sights on everybody that stands in his way to making it to the top of this industry.
Kevin Owens versus John Cena - This is it, the moment Kevin Owens has been waiting for his entire life. Kevin Owens makes his in-ring debut for the WWE main roster right here, right now against none other than the Face of the WWE John Cena. As soon as the bell rings, Kevin Owens bails to the outside as the WWE Universe in Corpus Christi are buzzing with anticipation. John Cena questions Owens' game-plan of heading to the outside, but as the referee counts to four for the potential count-out, Cena slides outside the ring and runs full force right into a clothesline! The NXT champion smirks as he picks the United States champion up to his feet and whips him back first into the steel steps. John Cena's body bouncing off the steel with a thud, keeping his body limp on the floor. Kevin Owens slides in the ring but slides right back out to break the count, as he picks Cena up and launches him in the guardrail. Cena bounces back and connects with a clothesline of his own that drops the NXT champion. Cena grabs Owens and throws him into the ring and follows through, both men coming to blows in the center of the ring. John gets the upperhand at the start, but a quick rake of the eyes lets the momentum sway itself back in KO's favor. Owens kicks Cena in the gut and connects with a huge knee that lands directly on the bridge of Cena's nose, causing a tsunami of blood to flow out of the nasal cavity. Cena buckles backwards and retreats to the corner as he observes the blood flowing out of his nose. However, as Cena took his eye off the game, Kevin Owens runs at full speed and crushes the United States champion with a huge splash in the corner, forcing Cena to sit down. Heading to the other side of the ring, Kevin Owens runs towards Cena once again, this time connecting with a devastating corner cannonball as the WWE Universe gives the NXT champion a mixed reaction. Cena's face is a bloody mess as Owens pulls the US champion out of the corner and attempts a pinfall, only for Cena to kickout at two. Owens complains to the referee, Drake Wuertz, and request he counts the next one properly, Kevin then shooting the half again, this time rubbing his forearm on Cena's face during the pin, once again only getting a two count. Owens gets up and berates the referee before pulling Cena up to his feet by his ears, throwing him into the ropes and looking for the pop-up powerbomb on the rebound, but Cena intelligently grabs the ropes and slides out of the ring. Pissed off, Kevin Owens follows his opponent as the two once again trade blows outside the ring. Like the start of the match, Owens looks to whip Cena into the steel steps, but the Superman of the WWE reverses and sends Owens crashing shoulder first into the steps, which fly out of the way upon impact. John Cena grabs the NXT champion by the back of his shirt, and throws him into the guardrail, the Canadian bouncing off with a thud. Cena returns to the ring and exits just as fast to break the count, blood continuing to spill from his nose. The US champion drives his shoulder in the gut of Owens, forcing the NXT champion's back to once again smack off the guardrail. Cena rolls the champion into the ring, following him and getting a two-count off a sloppy pin. Cena returns to a vertical base and looks around the arena, seemingly trying to figure out what he needs to do to finish off the defiant Owens.
Taking your eyes off Kevin Owens is a bad idea, and Cena learned the hard way as he is spun around and hit with a huge clothesline that left JBL marking like a little girl at ringside. Cena is turned inside out following the impact, as Owens goes for the cover, Cena recovering and kicking out at two. Leaving the NXT champion no choice, Owens ascends to the middle turnbuckle and keeps his back to the Chain Gang Soldier. In one swift motion, Owens jumps up to the top rope and then connects with a beautiful moonsault that left the entire crowd in Corpus Christi buzzing! Owens hooks the outer leg for the cover, only for Cena to kick out at two and seven eights as the crowd goes absolutely ballistic. Owens hops off the cover and remains on his knees, berating referee Drake Wuertz. Owens pulls Cena up to his feet by his armband, as he throws Cena against the ropes, hoisting Cena up on the rebound but Cena goes over Kevin's head to avoid the popup powerbomb. As Cena lands, he clutches Owens' leg and locks in the STF! Owens refuses to tap out to the submission maneuver, itching and clawing his way to the ropes. Owens reaches for the bottom rope, but the veteran Cena hops up and pulls the NXT champion back to the middle of the ring and locks in the move once again. Owens lets out a scream of agony before rolling his body over and landing on top of Cena, as referee Drake Wuertz falls to the mat to count the pinfall attempt. Cena relinquishes the hold to break up the pin, as both men remain grounded on the mat, exhausted and beat up from this grueling bout. Owens and Cena both struggle to get back to their feet, both using the ropes for leverage, as they meet face to face in the middle of the ring once more. Cena's face is still a bloody mess as Owens gives the US champion a smirk before drilling him with a huge right fist that sends Cena to the mat. Knowing his opponent's bell is rung, Owens goes on the attack with more kicks and punches being thrown in every direction. Owens picks Cena up and bounces him off the ropes and hits a ring shaking popup powerbomb! The WWE Universe go nuts, but Owens has other plans. Instead of going for the pin, Kevin pulls Cena back up by the armband once again, and pushes him into the ropes. On the rebound, Owens plants Cena with another popup powerbomb! The fans start to boo the NXT champion now, as Owens once again refuses the pinfall. Instead, he pulls Cena back up one last and pushes him off the robes, connecting with yet another popup powerbomb! Referee Drake Wuertz steps in between the NXT champion and the US champion, trying to back Wrestling's Worst Nightmare away from the helpless Cena. WWE doctors run down to the ring and come inside to check on John Cena's condition. Things look bleak for Cena as the doctors call for a stretcher to be brought from the back. Kevin Owens is not having any of it, and just as he did to Sami Zayn to win the NXT championship, he plows through the doctors and pulls Cena up to connect with another popup powerbomb! Cena remains motionless on the mat as Owens simply stares at the broken body with a sick grin, before summoning referee Drake Wuertz to get down and count the slowest count of his life, officially crowning Kevin Owens the victor in this champion versus champion bout. Kevin Owens defeats John Cena.
Kevin Owens stands tall in the middle of the ring as he is handed his NXT championship, holding it high up in the air over the broken carcass of John Cena. The NXT champion heads out of the ring to grab a microphone and returns to stand over his fallen foe. Owens asserts that everybody who didn't know who he was two weeks ago must know who he is now. The NXT champion leaves the ring with a evil grin on his face as John Cena is stretchered to the back by the WWE doctors.
Cutting backstage, Kevin Owens walks back out of gorilla position as he is greeted by Triple H. Hunter congratulates Owens on the victory, before bringing him to a room in the hallway, telling him he wanted to talk in private.
We return ringside to the WWE Network's Kickoff panel consisting of Byron Saxton, Booker T, and Corey Graves as well as the panel's host, the always beautiful Renee Young. The panel discuss Kevin Owens' beatdown of John Cena, questioning Kevin Owens' future in the WWE and questioning John Cena's well-being after being popup powerbombed four times. The panel then switch over to discussing tonight's Elimination Chamber match for the Intercontinental championship. They announce that Rusev had gotten injured at the past Smackdown and will be replaced by a mystery competitor.
WWE Divas championship | Nikki Bella defends versus Paige versus Naomi - Prior to the bout beginning, it is revealed that The Authority has banned anybody from being ringside for this match. All three women circled around the ring looking for an opening as the match got underway. After a few paces, Nikki and Paige agreed to a deal as they started to double team Naomi, with forearms and kicks being thrown. Paige and Nikki eventually throw Naomi out of the ring and then circle around one another looking for the advantage, Nikki eventually overpowering Paige and dropping the Diva of Tomorrow with a huge kick to the stomach, which is then followed up with a DDT. Nikki goes for a cover, only for Paige to kick out easily at one. Coming back into the ring, Naomi picks Nikki up by the back of her top and throws her out of the ring. Noami and Paige now come to blows in the middle of the ring, Naomi gaining the advantage with a huge back kick and then an Irish whip into the corner. Naomi follows up with a clothesline that accidentally catches Paige in the throat as the former NXT Women's champion falls to the mat and clutches her throat while rolling out of the ring. WWE doctors check up on her, as Naomi poses in the ring, flaunting her stuff to the booing Corpus Christi crowd. Nikki Bella re-enters the ring and blasts Naomi from behind with a huge forearm to the back, forcing the former Funkadactyl to the ground. Nikki locks in a headlock, grinding Naomi down. Paige returns to the ring to break the hold, unleashing a bunch of punches to the faces of both Nikki and Naomi. All three women return to their feet, as Paige continues her onslaught on Naomi. However, Nikki sneaks up behind Paige and looks to win with a schoolgirl, but Paige reversed the pin for a pin of her own. As she reaches the two count, Naomi breaks the pin and pulls Paige up and throws her off the ropes to connect with, what she calls, the Rear View! Paige goes down but Nikki Bella is right behind her and hits Naomi with the Rack Attack! Nikki pins Noami as Paige lays on the mat, clutching her throat,as the referee counts to three. Nikki Bella retains her WWE Divas championship.
Nikki Bella returns to her feet as she is handed the Divas championship from ringside. Her twin sister Brie runs down to the ring to celebrate with her sister as Paige is helped to the back by a WWE doctor, still grabbing her throat.
A video package is shown highlighting the history of the Intercontinental championship throughout the years of the WWE. From its inception in a tournament held in Brazil won by Pat Patterson, to being held by legends like Triple H and The Rock, the Intercontinental championship has been regarded as one of the premier championships of the WWE. Tonight, six men will compete to etch their name into the history books as only one man can walk out Intercontinental champion.
WWE Intercontinental championship Elimination Chamber match | King Barrett versus Ryback versus Sheamus versus Dolph Ziggler versus R-Truth versus Luke Harper - With Rusev getting injured this past Thursday on Smackdown, the mystery competitor of the match turned out to be none other than the deranged Luke Harper. Speaking of which, Luke Harper started the contest off against his foe from late 2014, Dolph Ziggler. Both men started the match with hard shots given back and forth, Ziggler and Harper not giving the other any advantage. The much quicker Ziggler ducks a huge right hand and bounces off the opposite ropes only to fall victim to a huge big boot from Harper. Harper goes for a quick cover, only for Ziggler to kick out at one. Both men return to their feet, this time with Harper on the offensive side of things as he drags Dolph to a corner and connects with multiple body shots, targeting the rib area of the Show Off. Harper pushes Ziggler on top of the rope, and proceeds to deliver a huge right hand to Ziggler's jaw that forces Ziggler to fall from the turnbuckle and crash directly onto the steel floor outside of the ring. Harper follows Ziggler outside the ring, picking the blond superstar up to his feet by his locks and then throws The Showoff right into the chain link. Ziggler's body bounces off the steel, as Harper continues to lay in the boots to the former World Heavyweight champion. The clock strikes zero as R-Truth joins the fray! Truth escapes his pod and immediately goes after the deranged Luke Harper. Truth tries to hit some punches, but Harper swats his hands and hits him with a knee to the gut, keeling the rapper over. Using his killer instincts, Harper launches Truth into the gut of Ziggler, both men crashing into the chain link fence. Harper yells out an inaudible scream, one of craziness, as Truth and Ziggler grimace in pain. Harper take no time off as he picks Truth up and throws him back into the ring. Harper follows him inside the confines of the squared circle and plants him with a side slam. Instead of going for a cover, Harper picks Truth up and throws him over the top rope into another side of the Chamber, Truth's body crashing hard on the steel. Harper spends his time stalking the hurt Truth and takes his time to rub R's face against the steel chain link fence, Truth yelping out in pain. Harper grinds Truth's face for a few grueling seconds before turning around to find Dolph Ziggler stand on top of the top turnbuckle, who then jumps off and takes Harper down with a crossbody. Ziggler rolls Luke into the ring and looks for a pinfall attempt, but only gets a two count. The clock strikes zero as King Barrett joins the fray! The current King of the Ring comes out of his pod in a blaze of glory as he enters the ring and takes Ziggler down with a clothesline. He follows that with a clothesline to Luke Harper, sending the deranged man down to the mat. R-Truth, scared due to the height, stands on top of the turnbuckle but his body will not let him jump. Truth's fear lets Barrett jump up in the air and hit Truth in the head with the Bullhammer Elbow, the rapping star falling to the mat in a heap as the King takes advantage and pins Truth. R-Truth has been eliminated! Truth rolls out of the Chamber as Barrett raises his arm in the air with the trademark smug grin on his face. However, that grin quickly changes to one of pain as Ziggler gets back up to his feet and connects his boot to Barrett's face with a huge superkick! Barrett falls backwards almost immediately as Ziggler goes for the cover, only getting a two count. Luke Harper has returned to his feet and he pummels Ziggler with a boot to the face. Ziggler falls and rolls out of the ring to avoid any more potential damage, but the crazy Harper follows him to the outside. The stronger Luke picks Ziggler up once again, this time throwing the Showoff right through an empty glass pod, the glass shattering into pieces as Ziggler's body lays motionless on the cold steel.
The clock strikes zero as Ryback joins the fray! Ryback bolted from his pod like a wild animal as he enters the ring and immediately drops King Barrett with a Double A like spinebuster. Harper re-enters the ring but suffers the same fate as Ryback stands right back up and hits himself in the head to a huge pop from the WWE Universe in Corpus Christi. Ryback picks Harper up and hits him with a backpack stunner, and then follows through to hit King Barrett with a clothesline that sends the King over the top rope and onto the steel floor. Ryback continues to look unstoppable as he leaves the ring and chucks Barrett into the chain link fencing. He then follows with another throw of Barrett into the steel. And then another one, as the King yells out in pain. Dolph Ziggler remains motionless inside the broken pod, as Luke Harper now tries to take down Ryback outside the ring, but the Big Guy takes Harper by the hair and launches him into the steel chains, not once, not twice, but three times! Barrett, Harper, and Ziggler all remain on the floor as Ryback stands tall over everybody. The clock strikes zero as Sheamus joins the fray! ... or he's supposed to. Sheamus' pod won't open, as the referee John Cone outside the ring can't seem to get the damn thing to budge. Sheamus looks a bit concerned with his pod not opening, that is until his concern turns into a smile as he points to his Irish cross that's been inserted in a nook inside the pod which jams the door. Ryback has now traveled across the pod and stands in front of Sheamus' jammed pod, not impressed by the Celtic Warrior's craftsmanship. From inside his pod, Sheamus instigates Ryback, asking him if he's entertained. Ryback responds by calling Sheamus stupid, and then proceeds to punch the glass of the pod, breaking it with his fist. Sheamus looks concerned as Ryback finishes the rest of the Plexiglas with a kick. Ryback enters the pod and spears Sheamus through the other side! Ryback returns to his feet and, to a loud pop from the fans, poses. However, out of the corner of his eye, Ryback is met with a huge discus clothesline from Luke Harper! Da Big Guy falls through the ropes back into the ring as King Barrett crawls back in and steals the cover. Ryback has been eliminated! Luke Harper looks towards Barrett with a crazed and confused look on his face, seemingly questioning if Barrett just stole his pin. Harper enters the ring, but he is then met with a huge Superkick out of nowhere from a revitalized Dolph Ziggler! Harper, stunned from the kick, groggily turns around and is hit by King Barrett's Bullhammer Elbow! The deranged man falls to the mat, the King getting yet another elimination. Luke Harper has been eliminated! We are then down to three, as all three men stand in the ring, all of them showing the brutality of the Chamber on their bodies. Sheamus and King Barrett agree to team together at the moment as they double team the Showoff Dolph Ziggler. Sheamus and Barrett take turns brutalizing Ziggler with punches and kicks. Ziggler remains out of it in the ring, as Sheamus and Barrett begin to argue. Sheamus demands Barrett pick Ziggler up and feed him into the Brogue Kick, but the King has other plans as he knocks Sheamus out with the Bullhammer Elbow, leading to yet another elimination! Sheamus has been eliminated! Ziggler is seated in the corner, looking up at the other final competitor in this hellacious Elimination Chamber match. Ziggler pops up to his feet and tries to hit Barrett with a superkick, but the King ducks and hits Ziggler with a huge Bullhammer Elbow, effectively regaining the Intercontinental championship. King Barrett wins the Intercontinental championship in the Elimination Chamber.
The structure begins to ascend to the top of the arena as Corpus Christi rains the new Intercontinental champion with boos. King Barrett clutches the Intercontinental championship to his chest as he stands tall in the middle of the ring.
Cutting backstage, Triple H is shown coming out of the room alongside the current NXT champion Kevin Owens. They exchange some words that could not be heard before Owens leaves with a smug look on his face. Seth Rollins walks down the hallway and asks Triple H what his meeting with Owens was about, in which Hunter tells the WWE World Heavyweight champion not to worry. Hunter pats Rollins on the back and wishes him luck tonight against Dean Ambrose.
A video package is shown promoting the Money in the Bank pay-per-view that will be shown in two weeks, exclusively on the WWE Network.
A video package is shown of the extended Dean Ambrose versus Seth Rollins feud, heading back to their days as brothers in The Shield. Since Seth turned on his Shield brethren, Ambrose has had one mission in mind for the past year: to make Rollins' life a living hell. Now, with the WWE World Heavyweight championship on the line, will Dean Ambrose finally achieve his ultimate revenge?
WWE World Heavyweight Championship | Seth Rollins defends versus Dean Ambrose - A big match feel here tonight as Seth Rollins had J&J Security and Kane in his corner here tonight, while Dean Ambrose knew Roman Reigns was watching the match backstage and was ready to jump in to stop any interference if it was needed. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins stood on opposite sides of the ring as the bell rings, both men jawing at one another to begin the contest. They eventually come face to face in the middle of the ring, continuing to talk smack, eventually leading Rollins to slap Ambrose. Ambrose smiles after the slap, begging Rollins to do it again, in which the champion obliges. However, right after that one, Dean gives Seth a slap of his own, this one catching Rollins off guard who stumbles backwards. Ambrose follows up the attack while wailing on Seth with wild rights and lefts, not giving the champion any breathing room. Ambrose teases the Dirty Deeds early, but Rollins escapes and kicks Ambrose in the gut. Rollins follows up with a punch of his own and then an attempt of a roll-up, only for Ambrose to violently kick out at one. The Lunatic Fringe immediately pops up and questions if that's all he's got. Rollins, infuriated, kicks Ambrose in the head as a form of retaliation which only makes Dean happier. The Street Dog continues to talk smack to the WWE World Heavyweight champion after each punch and kick from the champion. Rollins has enough as he kneed Ambrose in the head. With the Lunatic Fringe down, Rollins attempts a quick pinfall that only garners a two-count. Rollins gets back up to his feet and he picks apart the arm of Ambrose with multiple kicks to the downed fan favorite. Seth, using his technical prowess, latches on a Cross Armbreaker to weaken the arm. Rollins continues to wrench on the arm, but Ambrose wiggles his frame towards the ropes to successfully place his foot on the bottom rope, breaking up the submission. Rollins returns to his feet with a smug grin on his face, celebrating his craftsmanship instead of going on the attack as Dean Ambrose returns to his feet and stands behind the champion. As Rollins turns around, he is met with a huge right jab that knocks him silly, Ambrose capitalizing and tackling Rollins to the ground to connect with huge rights and lefts in a ground and pound technique. However, Ambrose's foot is latched onto and he is pulled out of the ring by, the Big Red Corporate Machine, Kane. Ambrose catches himself on the floor and delivers a jaw-cracking punch to Kane before returning to the ring. Rollins, ever the opportunist, catches Ambrose off guard with a backslide, only getting a two count. Ambrose returns to his feet quickly and rolls Rollins up for a two count of his own. Both men quickly return to their feet, but Rollins connects with a superkick and then goes for the pin, once again getting a two count. Rollins complains to referee Charles Robinson about the count before heading outside the ring for a quick breather. Ambrose follows him, but Rollins hides behind J&J Security. Jamie Noble does the smack talking for the two, Joey Mercury not getting a word in, and causes the distraction which leads Rollins to knee Ambrose in the gut. The WWE World Heavyweight champion hoists Ambrose in the air and successfully hits the running powerbomb right into a guardrail!
Ambrose's body bounces off the rail and crashes to the floor. Rollins doesn't celebrate the hellacious move instead he rolls Ambrose in the ring and goes for the pinfall, only getting another close two count. Rollins looks up at the referee in shock, before picking Ambrose up by the shirt. Rollins hits Dean in the face with a huge forearm that knocks Ambrose backwards, but fear not, Ambrose rebounds off the ropes and hits a beautiful clothesline that sends Seth crashing to the mat. Ambrose follows up with kicks to Rollins' abdomen, and then climbs up to the top rope looking to connect with a elbow drop, only for Joey Mercury to cause another distraction by hopping on the apron. This lets Seth Rollins rise to his feet and climb up to the top turnbuckle and joins The Lunatic Fringe up top. Rollins is then caught off guard by a huge forearm from Ambrose, as The Lunatic Fringe then hits a sunset flip powerbomb from the top rope that forces Rollins to hit the mat hard, in the middle of the ring. Ambrose slowly goes to make the cover, getting an arm drapped over Seth's body, only to get a two count. Ambrose sits up with a look of disbelief as he covers Rollins once again, once again getting a two count. As Ambrose uses the ropes to get back to his feet, Kane and J&J Security stand up on the ring apron. The referee tells them to bugger off, but with The Authority fully backing them, the three men continue to cause the distraction. Ambrose challenges the three Authority members to join him in the ring, and as they do, the booming theme song of Roman Reigns hits the speakers as the Juggernaut comes down through the crowd to a huge pop from the crowd. Roman joins Ambrose in the ring, facing The Authority as he says he's got this. Roman leaps forward and drops Kane with a huge Superman Punch, and then he finishes J&J Security off with a huge spear that takes them both down! Roman leaves the ring and throws Kane over the guardrail, sending The Authority cohorts packing as he remains at ringside to support his brother Ambrose. Dean and Seth both return to their feet, exchanging punches in the middle of the ring, the fans fully behind Dean and jeering Rollins. Ambrose and Rollins proceed to headbutt each other in an act of desperation, both men collapsing to the mat. Roman Reigns remains on the outside as he bangs on the mat, trying to wake his buddy up. However, this moment takes a turn for the worse as the now familiar music of the NXT champion Kevin Owens blares over the speakers. The man who forced John Cena to leave Corpus Christi on a stretcher makes his presence known as he stands at the top of the ramp, the NXT championship firmly over his shoulder. Roman Reigns circles around the ring, questioning Kevin Owens' presence, but this leads to Seth Rollins capitalizing on the opportunity to try and hit Ambrose with a Pedigree. However, at the last second, The Lunatic Fringe escapes the hold and plants Rollins with the Dirty Deeds! The referee goes down for the count, but right before his hand could count three, Kane pulls him out of the ring! Reigns, taking notice, runs around the ring and hits Kane with another Superman Punch! Kane tumbles to the ground as Kevin Owens comes down to the ring and plants Ambrose with a popup powerbomb! Roman slides into the ring only to get hit with a popup powerbomb of his own, leaving Owens the only man standing in the ring. The NXT champion drags Rollins' downed carcass over Dean's as the referee slowly comes back into the ring, counting the one, two, three. Seth Rollins retains his WWE World Heavyweight championship.
Seth Rollins rolls off of Dean Ambrose as Kevin Owens remains the only man standing in the ring, with his NXT championship in his hands. The Popup Powerbomb Perfectionist raising his championship high up in the air, as the chaos around the ring and in the ring remains motionless. Owens forms a smug grin on his face as Elimination Chamber fades to black.

Alright, you've titled this WWEOwensWWE... we'll see. Starting off with the tag team title Elimination Chamber was for the best, starting things off hot as done in real life. Obviously, New Day was the right call to go over. Having them beat Lucha Dragons last makes me think that will be their next feud, which I'm all for. Even if it is a bit early for Lu-cha Lu-cha to get in to the title picture, I'm excited for it if that is the route you go down. Next up, we have Neville get the obvious victory over Bo Dallas. Weird, plug-in feud they came up with eh? Having Bo with a vicious post-match attack was good for him and hopefully gives him more life to his bore of a character. The fabulous contest of Cena and Owens, glad you kept the result and - with the title of the diary - it comes as no surprise to see you keep him with the win. Build him up strong. He's the future. HHH's vote of confidence in him was a nice touch... next, we get Nikki Bella retaining the Diva's Championship. Fair enough, I suppose. Poor Naokmi hasn't thrived in her heel role and it seems that it hurt her in-ring work. Maybe you can work something out for her... I hope you call up Charlotte soon, by the way. Next, we have King Barrett... win the Intercontinental Championship. While I like Wade/Bad News/King Barrett, I don't think this was the right call. I really believe it should have gone to Sheamus or Ryback, with one being the recently cemented fresh heel that hasn't been IC Champion and the other being the really over BIG GUY. We'll see what you can do with it, though, I suppose. By the way, the addition of Luke Harper was alright in my book but it came off weird with his recent re-alliance with Erick Rowan... plus, this match screams Mania 31 ladder match with Barrett, Ziggler, Truth and Harper now. I dunno. Finally, we get Dean Ambrose vs Seth Rollins and... Owens costs Ambrose the match. Wow. Surprising twist of a finish, as you always seem to have an interesting twist, I feel I should have seen this coming. Even with the title of the show... while I'm cool with Owens not only having the potential feud with Ambrose and working with the Authority, I'm not too sure on him getting this high up of a push so quick as much as I love him. We'll see what you come up with after this, you've got the legs under the table now.

This has to be the best title of any diary ever. I like some of the changes you made here. Keeping the belts on New Day was good, and the solo eliminations were excellent. Neville over Bo was obvious and the right move. I like the post match beatdown. Kevin Owens over John Cena was obvious considering the diary title. Best to leave that match alone. Nikki retaining was again, a wise thing to keep. Not sure how I feel about Barrett with another IC Title. He never does anything with them, but I have faith you'll book it much better than they did in real life. Intriguing finish to the show. It was an Attitude Era like overbooked main event, in a good way. Kevin Owens looks like the biggest star in the company coming out of this and I'm curious about what's next.

WWE RAW | June 1st, 2015 | San Antonio, TX RAW starts with a video package recapping last night's huge event that was exclusively on the WWE Network. The New Day successfully defended their Tag Team championships inside the confines of the Elimination Chamber, King Barrett found himself wearing Intercontinental gold as he outlasted six other competitors inside the Elimination Chamber, John Cena was forced out of the arena on a stretcher, and Kevin Owens made the biggest impact in, what some say, WWE history as he hospitalized John Cena and he took over the main event, which led to Seth Rollins retaining the belt over Dean Ambrose. Follow that, the usual opening video package followed by a huge display of pyro and ballyhoo as Michael Cole, John Bradshaw Layfield, and Booker T welcome us to the fallout from Elimination Chamber. A graphic is shown hyping an announcement from John Cena, via satellite, regarding his loss to Kevin Owens last night at Elimination Chamber.
The theme music of Dean Ambrose hits the speakers as the WWE Universe in San Antonio erupts with excitement! The Lunatic Fringe comes down to the ring clutching his ribs, showing the effects of last night's main event. He grabs a microphone and begins to pace back and forth in the ring, seemingly pissed off about something. "Seth... get your ass out here, right now!" yells Ambrose to a huge pop, the crowd hanging on to his every word. After a few more paces, Ambrose continues to get even madder as Seth Rollins does not show his face. "Seth... get your ass out here, or I'll go back there and find you, and trust me, it won't be pretty." added Ambrose who waited another few seconds until somebody makes their way onto the stage, it isn't the current WWE World Heavyweight champion, but it is the Director of Operations, Kane! Kane walks out on the ramp in his suit with a microphone in hand. "Dean, Dean, Dean. Calm down, Dean. I've come out here to inform you that you lost your opportunity for the WWE World Heavyweight championship last night at Elimination Chamber." reveals Kane to a loud chorus of boos. Ambrose continues to pace in the ring, scratching his head. "If I remember last night correctly, I was screwed by The Authority's newest lapdog, Kevin Owens. I had Seth Rollins beat, and I should be the World Heavyweight champion. I don't care who I have to beat up, but I will get my hands on the World Heavyweight championship!" yells Ambrose to a huge pop. "Dean, you will not get another shot at the World championship without earning it. If you want a shot at the WWE World Heavyweight championship in the future, you're going to have to win that." reveals Kane as he points up to the Money In The Bank briefcase hanging high above the ring. "... but you'll have to qualify." adds Kane to loud boos. Ambrose shrugs his shoulders, taunting the Big Red Corporate Monster, who in turn schedules Ambrose's qualifying match to be next, against the Director of Operations!
MONEY IN THE BANK QUALIFYING MATCH: DEAN AMBROSE VS. KANE; These two men have fought a lot in the past, as Ambrose's issues with The Authority have been ongoing since Seth Rollins' betrayal of The Shield one year ago. However, the stakes were higher tonight as both men knew a win tonight would mean a direct slot in the Money in the Bank match in two weeks. Kane surprisingly had no Authority members ringside which left this a fair fight for the Lunatic Fringe. After escaping a Chokeslam attempt, Ambrose connected with the Dirty Deeds for the victory and to get one step closer to his dream of becoming the WWE World Heavyweight champion. Dean Ambrose defeated Kane in 11:02 to qualify for the Money In The Bank ladder match!
The WWE Universe comes unglued as the Lunatic Fringe returns to a vertical base, celebrating his win. The crazy Ambrose then sets his sights at the Money In The Bank briefcase hanging high above the ring. A sick sadistic grin follows as Ambrose immediately leaves the ring and pulls a ladder from underneath the ring. Ambrose slides himself and the ladder to the middle of the ring, picking it up and threatening to bash the ladder over Kane. Kane tries to talk Dean out of it, but with the WWE Universe fully behind him, Ambrose smashes the ladder with full force over the leg of the Big Red Monster! Kane screams on in pain, clutching his knee, as Dean Ambrose stands tall over the fallen Authority member. "Hey Hunter! I want my title shot, and I'm going to get that shot whether you like it or not!" yells Ambrose into the camera as he leaves the ring, leaving Kane to be helped to the back by WWE officials.
Returning, Kane is in the trainer's room being attended to by the doctors, as Stephanie McMahon walks into the room with a disgraced look on her face. "What the hell were you thinking, Kane? Now that Lunatic is in our Money in the Bank match. You need to start doing what's best for business!" yelled an irate Stephanie as she slaps Kane directly across the face. Kane grimaced in pain as the doctor continue to work on his knee. "Where is Hunter, by the way?" retorted Kane. Stephanie had no answer as she quickly left the room. "Where could Triple H be?" questioned Michael Cole.
THE LUCHA DRAGONS VS. THE ASCENSION; A rivalry renewed from both teams time in NXT, as all four men competed in last night's historic Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Tag Team championships. Kalisto, still a bit banged up from the beating he took last night, started things off against the larger Viktor. Following a flash of fast paced offense, Sin Cara and Kalisto finished Konnor off with a Senton Bomb followed by a 450 Splash. The Lucha Dragons defeated The Ascension in 7:25!
Sin Cara and Kalisto hop up to their feet, pumping their arms to the sound of the WWE Universe screaming "Lucha! Lucha!". That is until The New Day walks out on stage, sarcastically clapping The Lucha Dragons for their win here tonight.
Returning, an advertisement is shown promoting the Money in the Bank pay-per-view that can be seen Sunday, June 14th on the WWE Network!
NEVILLE VS. BO DALLAS; A rematch from last night's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, where Neville got the win but the Inspirational One got the last laugh. The WWE Universe had one question in mind: has Bo Dallas snapped? It didn't seem that way throughout the course of the match, both men getting the advantage throughout. However, after missing a huge Bodog, Bo Dallas fell victim to a huge Red Arrow that secured the win for Neville. Neville defeated Bo Dallas in 4:45!
Neville hobbled to his feet, favoring his injured leg, as the WWE Universe celebrated the win. That is until Bo Dallas returned to his feet with fire in his eyes. The Boliever drove his shoulder into the back of an unsuspecting Neville's knee. Dallas continues to stomp on the injured body part, as Neville tries to get away from the attack. However, Bo continues to target The Man That Gravity Forgot's knee, keeping Neville grounded. WWE officials spill out from the back, holding Dallas back as a referee helps Neville to the back.
Backstage, Stephanie McMahon stands in the parking lot as a limousine pulls in. Stephanie waits anxiously for the door to open, but when it does, she doesn't seem as pleased. From the back of the limousine, Seth Rollins and J&J Security all step out. the WWE World Heavyweight championship hung proudly over Rollins' shoulder. "Seth, Seth! Have you seen Hunter?" questions Stephanie, concerned for her husband's whereabouts. Rollins reveals that he hasn't, but he's off to the ring to celebrate his big victory over Dean Ambrose last night at Elimination Chamber!
The theme of Seth Rollins resonates throughout the AT&T Center to huge boos from the WWE Universe. However, as he walks out from the back, he is flanked by a dozen security guards. J&J Security lead the champion down to the ring, the three of them entering the ring to boos as the rest of the guards circle the ring. "I told you so. I told you that I would defeat Dean Ambrose and retain MY WWE World Heavyweight championship at Elimination Chamber. I proved every single one of you wrong, because I am the greatest WWE World Heavyweight champion in the history of this business. Dean Ambrose can't stop me, Randy Orton can't stop me, Roman Reigns can't stop me... even Brock Lesnar can't stop me. Last year, I won that very Money in the Bank briefcase and I devised my master plan. I waited until the time was right and I made the biggest impact ever in WWE history. I won the World Heavyweight championship in the main event of WrestleMania, something Dean Ambrose or Roman Reigns will never accomplish. I am the undisputed future of the WWE. I am the ver-" revealed Rollins, holding the WWE World Heavyweight championship until he is cut off by the familiar theme music of Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler walks out on stage without Lana by his side, with a smirk. "Seth, could you please do us all a favor and shut up? I'm speaking for everybody here, we don't want to listen to you spew your Justin Bieber crap. Let me remind you of something." Ziggler points to the TitanTron where a video of last year's Survivor Series main event, where Dolph Ziggler pinned Seth Rollins in the middle of the ring. ”I beat you that night at Survivor Series. I thought I had gotten rid of The Authority. But then they came back and The Authority, including you Seth, fired me from the job that I love. I've been biting my time Seth to take away what you love the most... that WWE World Heavyweight championship! You tried to take away what mattered most to me, now it's my time to take what matters most to you." continued Ziggler as Rollins grinned from the ring. "You want a match with me for my World championship? Why don't you come down into this ring and prove to me that you'd be a worthy challenger? Show me you're best for business." announced Rollins as Ziggler pauses for a moment at the top of the ramp, contemplating squaring off against the dozen or so security guards that surround the ring. After a brief moment, the theme music of Dean Ambrose hits once again as The Lunatic Fringe walks out from backstage holding a ladder as he tells Dolph to come join him as he heads to the ring. The security guards all gather in a flock, blocking the entrance to the ring. However, the crazy Ambrose launches the ladder at them, forcing all of them to the ground. With the security team knocked out, Ambrose and Ziggler enter the ring and immediately are met with J&J Security as Seth Rollins flees from the ring to boos. Dolph takes out Jamie Noble with a Superkick as Ambrose clotheslines Joey Mercury out of the ring. Dolph and Dean look at one another as Seth has high-tailed it to the backstage area. "You can have Seth for now Dolph. But just remember, I will be holding that briefcase. And I will become World champion." revealed Ambrose as he stared Ziggler down before leaving through the crowd. Ziggler remains in the ring, celebrating with the crowd as the Director of Operations, Kane hobbles out on stage. "I was told earlier tonight that I need to do what's best for business, and I'm out here to do just that. At Money In The Bank, Seth Rollins will defend his WWE World Heavyweight championship against Dolph Ziggler." announces an irate Kane.
Backstage, Roman Reigns is walking backstage until he is stopped by a limping Kane. "Roman. I've been directed to do what's best for business. And what's best for business is to put you in a match, tonight. You'll go one on one against Stardust... in a Money in the Bank Qualifying match." revealed Kane to a good pop from the crowd. Roman nodded his head with a smile, as he started to tape his wrists. Kane limped off into the distance. "I think Kane will be in some hot water over this with The Authority. First Dean Ambrose earning his spot in the Money In The Bank, Dolph Ziggler getting a shot at the WWE World Heavyweight championship and now Roman Reigns getting a qualifying match? Guys, Kane has defied The Authority's game plan all night, Stephanie McMahon left the arena to try and find Triple H, and now Kane flipped the script on his Authority cohorts." questioned Michael Cole on commentary.
NIKKI BELLA VS. SUMMER RAE; After defending her WWE Divas championship against both Paige and Noami, Nikki Bella, with her twin sister Brie, looked to take on the eccentric Summer Rae in singles action. Summer gave it her all, getting some offense in throughout the match, but it was the Divas champion who eventually gained momentum and made sure Summer knew who she was fighting by doing push-ups and sit-ups while Summer was down. Summer tried to get one last bit of offense in to no avail as Nikki finished her off with the Rack Attack for the win. Nikki Bella defeated Summer Rae in 3:16!
Nikki Bella rose to her feet as Brie Bella entered the ring and handed her twin sister her Divas championship. Nikki Bella held the title high into the air with an egotistical grin as she demanded a microphone. "Is this really all the competition that I can get? I've held MY Divas championship for the past 190 days, defeating everybody put in front of me. I demand some new competition. Here, I'll put my Divas championship up at Money In The Bank against the next Diva to step out from the back." boasted Nikki, laying down the challenge. The mood in the crowd suddenly changed from boos to Nikki to suspenseful cheers, as the theme of former NXT Women's champion Charlotte hit, a decent sized pop emerging from the crowd. The daughter of two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair came down to the ring 'Wooing' alongside the crowd and immediately got in the face of the current Divas champion. "I accept your challenge, Nikki. At Money in the Bank, I'll show you that if you're going to do something, you should do it with Flair." added Charlotte with a grin, getting right up in Nikki's face. Brie and Nikki scoff and leave the ring, leaving Charlotte in the ring being rained on by loud "NXT" chants.
A graphic is shown reminding us that we will get an update from John Cena, via satellite, regarding last night's match against NXT champion Kevin Owens in half an hour!
The signature Bray Wyatt cut interrupts the broadcast as he Eater of Worlds stands in the middle of a smoke filled room, an evil grin plastered on his bearded face. "Time... it's the greatest tool isn't it? Time can stand still, time can move forward. Time can change our destinies... One time she told me to give it time... to wait patiently... and I did. I've been waiting for this for years!... And it's finally happening... Time will bring US back together... just wait..." creepily said Wyatt before blowing out his lantern, the screen fading to black before another Wyatt sounder hits.
TYSON KIDD and CESARO VS. LUKE HARPER and ERICK ROWAN; Coming out of the historic tag team Elimination Chamber, Tyson Kidd and Cesaro had something to prove here tonight to claim a stake at another shot for the WWE Tag Team championships. However, standing before them was the tough challenge in the form of a newly reunited Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. Luke Harper, the deranged man who was Rusev's substitute in last night's Intercontinental championship Elimination Chamber match, exchanged power moves with Cesaro before bailing from the ring and snatching a chair to beat over the back of the Swiss Superman, forcing the referee to call the match. Cesaro and Tyson Kidd defeated Luke Harper and Erick Rowan via disqualification in 7:01!
Luke Harper and Erick Rowan continued the attack on Cesaro and Tyson Kidd, beating the former WWE Tag Team champions to the mat. Harper put Cesaro down with a huge discus lariat, leaving Tyson Kidd in the ring alone with both Harper and Rowan. The Calgary kid showed tenacity as he engaged in combat with the two behemoths, throwing kicks to their long legs. However, Erick Rowan and Luke Harper took the quick advantage, pummeling the small Kidd to the ground and picking him up and connecting with a huge lariat to the front by Harper and a big boot to the back of the head by Rowan! Tyson Kidd and Cesaro remain motionless on the mat as the two deranged individuals slowly leave the area.
Returning, Michael Cole stands in the middle of the ring with a microphone in hand. "Ladies and gentleman, last night at Elimination Chamber, we witnessed history as the United States champion John Cena took on the NXT champion Kevin Owens in a champion versus champion match. Both men gave it our all, but in the end Kevin Owens got the last laugh as this happened..." said Cole feeding into still shots of Kevin Owens planting John Cena with four pop-up powerbombs before pinning the United States champion for victory. "Now, ladies and gentleman, John Cena will join us for his thoughts on last night's match, live via satellite." informs Michael Cole as John Cena appears on the TitanTron. "John, thanks for joining us. First off, what kind of condition are you in following last night's match?" questions Cole. Cena sits back in his chair, holding his United States championship on his lap. "Well, Michael, I wanted to be right there in San Antonio, Texas defending my United States championship in a John Cena US Open Challenge, but doctor Amann refused to let me come close to appearing, let alone competing, at the arena on RAW. I've been diagnosed with concussion like symptoms and it's been said that the best thing for my health is to take a few weeks off to recuperate. Now I'm not giving up, I never give up, I simply am looking out for my future. I am making sure that went little Johnny comes to a WWE event, he will see John Cena at one hundred percent." replied Cena. Michael Cole continued with the questions, this time asking John Cena about last night's match with Kevin Owens. "Kevin Owens is certainly a force to be reckoned with right now. He showed no remorse in our match last night and it has forced me to sit here at home. But mark my words, Kevin Owens has placed a huge target on his back, jack. Once I get cleared to compete, I will be back and I will be coming for you Kevin. You barked up the wrong tree, son. You hit me with four pop-up powerbombs, but I am still able to walk. Kevin, I will teach you a lesson in hustle, loyalty, and respect. It's only a matter of time before we get John Cena versus Kevin Owens II." added Cena. Michael Cole thanked the leader of the CeNation as John Cena once again noted that it'll be just a few weeks before he can come back.
A graphic is shown reminding us that Roman Reigns versus Stardust in a Money in the Bank qualifying match is still to come tonight.
In the parking lot, Stephanie McMahon is seen returning to the arena on the phone, presumably trying to contact her husband Triple H. The always beautiful Renee Young steps into the shot, microphone in hand, and asks the one question one everybody's mind: "Where is Triple H?" Stephanie gets off the phone, annoyed by Young's question, simply stating the she has no clue. "Where is Da Game?" questioned Booker T on commentary.
A graphic is shown promoting Sheamus taking on R-Truth in a Money in the Bank qualifying match this Thursday night on Smackdown!
KING BARETT VS. MACHO MANDOW; With Axelmania by his side, Macho Mandow looked to earn a potential shot at the Intercontinental champion as he squared off against the new champion and the 2015 King of the Ring, Wade Barrett. Mandow tried his best to best the King, but the wrestling royalty got the upper hand one more than one occasion. After connecting with a ring shaking Winds of Change, King Barrett finished Mandow with the Bullhammer Elbow for the victory. King Barrett defeated Macho Mandow in 2:58!
Returning, the theme music of Heath Slater played through the arena speakers as the One Man Band ran down to the ring playing the heart out of his air guitar. "With John Cena out of competition, I feel like it's time for the One Man Rock Band to shine, baybay! I don't have a title to put on the line, but it's time for Heath Slater's Rocking Open Challenge right here in San Antoine. Come on, bring it on, baybay!" eagerly announced Slater as he waited a few moments for an opponent to answer the challenge. Slater's mood quickly changed as Mark Henry made his return to the WWE, to a huge pop from his homestate crowd.
HEATH SLATER VS. MARK HENRY; As you could imagine, this one didn't last very long as Heath Slater jumped from the ring right from the get go. The big Texan hit him with a clothesline and threw him back into the ring, connecting with a World's Strongest Slam for the quick return victory. Mark Henry defeated Heath Slater in 0:42!
A graphic is shown reminding us that Roman Reigns versus Stardust in a Money in the Bank qualifying match is up next!
Once again in the parking lot, another limousine pulls up in the arena as Stephanie McMahon eagerly awaits the door to open. Once it does, out steps Triple H in his trademark suit with a grin on his face. "Where have you been? I've been out looking for you and Kane has ruined our show." questioned Stephanie. "Don't worry about it, I was looking into our insurance policy. Let's go fix Kane's stupid decisions." retorted The Game. "By the way, you look stunning tonight." added Triple H, getting those needed bonus points from his wife. As Triple H and Stephanie McMahon leave the scene, the limousine door reopens, only this time it's Kevin Owens stepping out with the NXT championship hung over his shoulder. He doesn't say a word, instead he follows the power couple of the WWE, to the shock of the WWE Universe.
MONEY IN THE BANK QUALIFYING MATCH: ROMAN REIGNS VS. STARDUST; Roman Reigns has been on a roll as of late and is looking to enter this year's Money in the Bank ladder match, the match being given to him by the rogue Director of Operations, Kane. However, Stardust is no slouch and had gold in his eyes as he brought an aggressive side to this bout. Stardust got in a surprising amount of offense throughout the match, but Roman would come out on top following a huge Spear in the air as Stardust attempted a Beautiful Disaster kick. Roman Reigns defeated Stardust to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match in 8:35!
Roman rose to his feet as the crowd continues to cheer for the finish of the match. However, Reigns' celebration is cut short by the theme music of The Authority, as Stephanie McMahon and Triple H walk out to the ring. "Congratulations, Roman. You have successfully qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match in two weeks on the WWE Network. You successfully threw a wrench into our plans alongside your buddy Dean because of a rogue Big Red Loser. Speaking of which, Kane, you're fired." revealed Triple H to loud boos, as footage is shown of WWE security throwing Kane out of the building. "But here's the catch, you won't win the Money In The Bank briefcase. As a matter of fact, your little buddy Dean Ambrose won't win that Money In The Bank briefcase. Neither of you will walk out of Money In The Bank successful. Why? Because I said so, dammit!" added Hunter, Roman cockily smiling across from him. Suddenly, the theme music of Dean Ambrose hit as the San Antonio crowd goes wild once again, as The Lunatic Fringe makes his way through the crowd with a microphone in hand. "Are you a betting man, Hunter? I got the over under for the ladder match in two weeks, and it's saying that The Lunatic Fringe will walk out carrying that briefcase, and guaranteeing himself a shot at your goldenboy Seth Rollins. Sorry Roman." quipped Dean to a loud pop. "I am a betting man, Dean, and I bet that this man will walk out of Money In The Bank with that briefcase..." rebutted Hunter as Kevin Owens made his way down to the ring slowly with the NXT championship over his shoulder and a sick smile on his face. "Hello Dean, hello Roman. Remember me? I'm the guy who took out John Cena and both of you in one night. I'm the guy who became wrestling's worst nightmare last night. My name is Kevin Owens, and for those of you who didn't know who I was a few weeks ago when I walked out here, you now know who I am. And after talking with Triple H, I will be the one to climb up the ladder and take home that briefcase. Because that briefcase will bring a better life for my family, and nobody steps in between me and doing what's best for my family." announced Owens as he immediately threw down his championship and kicked Dean Ambrose in the gut. After ducking a Superman Punch from Roman, Owens clotheslines the Samoan over the top rope, but this led to a distraction as Ambrose was ready to hit Dirty Deeds, but the NXT champion pushes The Lunatic Fringe off and hits him with a huge pop-up powerbomb! Kevin Owens holds the NXT championship high up in the air, staring at the Money In The Bank briefcase as RAW comes to a close.

6/02/15 Edition
- We've received plenty of e-mails last night regarding John Cena's condition following the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. We can claim that John Cena is not injured and is only being taken off TV to sell the effects of the match against Kevin Owens. John Cena should be back following the Money In The Bank pay-per-view.
- Last night on RAW, NXT diva Charlotte made her official main roster debut accepting a challenge laid out by Nikki Bella. Charlotte versus Nikki Bella has been announced for the Money In The Bank pay-per-view and the Divas championship will be on the line. As shown earlier in the year on Total Divas, both Brie Bella and Nikki Bella may be leaving the WWE soon.
- There has been some rumors circulating online regarding the WWE potentially buying out Evolve Wrestling, the company owned by Gabe Sapolsky. However, at this time news hasn't come out to the public, we should expect an announcement to be made soon if the deal does go through. It should be noted that recent WWE signee Uhaa Nation made his name on the indies by competing for Evolve and it's WWN affiliates.
- Mark Henry's return to the WWE last night in front of his homestate crowd was also the World's Strongest Man's return to the company under a new contract. The man from Silsbee, Texas has signed a new five-year deal with the company. However, it should be noted that the contract does state that Henry can relocate to Florida and work as a trainer should he choose to retire from active competition.

Alright, here we go with the Raw after Elimination Chamber. Dean Ambrose starting things off was fine and he has to go through Kane to qualify for Money in the Bank? Okay, but who does Rollins face at Money in the Bank!? I would think it would be Ambrose, but, obviously it won't be as he gets the victory over Kane to qualify. Took him a while to put Kane away but he was the obvious choice. Next up, The Lucha Dragons beat The Ascension. Good for them. I'd like to see them beat The New Day for the tag titles... just not right now. Neville beating Bo Dallas in a rematch was fine, would like to see Neville get in to Money in the Bank but it seems like you might extend the feud with Bo. Next up, we get Seth Rollins to celebrate his victory over Dean Ambrose last night and of all people... Dolph Ziggler interrupts him. What about his program with Rusev!? I know Rusev is hurt, but, y'know. I guess he is a solid placeholder to get a shot at Rollins before Brock comes back and all that, but I'm not one hundred percent on him getting a title shot here. Roman Reigns gets a Money in the Bank qualifier as well, huh? Damn it, Kane, you're making the moves that aren't best for business in the eyes of The Authority you big red doof! Nikki Bella beating Summer Rae was nothing noteworthy, but Charlotte debuting sure was! I like it. I hope she doesn't get the title right off and gets a bit of a chase, but having her be the one to take the belt from Nikki will certainly be for the best. Bray Wyatt's promo screams the re-uniting of The Wyatt Family, which I'm down for. I hope Bray gets something relevant soon, but I'm sure you'll get something for them... Harper and Rowan getting disqualified was fitting for their characters. Doctor Amann gave John Cena a Z-Pak, just saying. Fine stuff to have him selling the match with Owens, I hope you hold off on their second match until Battleground and go for a third at Summerslam, or just hold off all the way to Summerslam. Sheamus vs Truth on Smackdown in a qualifier, eh? Sheamus better win. King Barrett beating Macho Mandow... nothing noteworthy. Would like to see Barrett in MITB too. Heath Slater gets squashed by a returning Mark Henry, alright. We'll see what you do with Henry from here. Stardust getting main event time seems really strange, but obviously Roman beating him in the qualifier was coming. Odd way to have Kane be fired by Triple H without anything special... would have had a segment for that next week or something, seemed really not important. Good ending to the show with Kevin Owens getting the big shine as the new guy in The Authority, which made for an exciting ending to the show... a solid starter Raw show with a lot of stuff to build off of going forward.

The presentation for this is faultless. I liked opening the show with Ambrose calling Seth out, only for Kane to appear instead and lead into a MITB qualifier. Obviously, Dean going over was the right move. Post-match stuff was cool and emphasised how much Ambrose wants the WWE World Heavyweight title and how he'll stop at nothing to get there. I get The Lucha Dragons going over here but it sucks that it was at the expense of The Ascension. I hope that down the line you make Konnor and Viktor a legit threat again, like how they were down in NXT. Cool to see you pushing Bo. I wonder where Triple H is. Kane booking Rollins/Ziggler for the title makes sense given his earlier segment with Stephanie but it just all seems a bit odd that Dolph would wait 7 months to bring up getting his title shot. Loving Kane doing "what's best for business" is hilarious haha! Great way to introduce Charlotte to the main roster. This was definitely needed as the division needs some fresh blood and Charlotte is definitely ready. Good call. Reformation of The Wyatt Family? Harper and Rowan leaving Cesaro and Kidd beat-up made them look like beasts. Glad to see you pushing them as an unstoppable team. Owens looks legit by sidelining Cena for a few weeks. I hope you're able to elevate Sandow up the card soon. He is over enough to go solo and drop the whole impersonation gimmick. I wonder if the Heath Slater Open Challenge will lead anywhere. Ohh, Kevin Owens aligned with The Authority? Cool. Reigns/Stardust is a weak main event. Match-wise, this episode of Raw has been pretty weak in general and lacking star power. I can totally understand why you booked Stardust against Reigns as it fits in with Kane's whole "best for business" thing but it just fell flat as a main event. Obviously Reigns was goign to advance here. The stuff to close the show was great. Kane being fired is interesting and the inclusion of Owens into the MITB briefcase match is great as it gives him something to do before his eventual rematch with Cena. Overall, you're building towards some good stuff. The foundations are definitely there and already the participants in your MITB match are looking better than that of the participants in the real MITB match tonight. The way you're booking Ambrose so far leads me to believe that he'll win the briefcase, however, already the match is looking stacked so I'm unsure. Either way, consider me a fan of this!

Monday Night Raw was a very solid show, very good layout as well. I thought many of the Money in the Bank qualifiers however were very obvious in who was going to win. Not really a bad thing, just a mental note I made while reading. I love the way you're handling Kevin Owens in this also. From the looks of it, this really seems like Kevin Owens is the closest we will get to the new "Brock Lesnar Push" that the Beast got when he debuted. Kevin dominated Cena in his debut, even sidelining him and now come Money in the Bank the NXT Champion has a chance to walk out of Ohio with the MITB Briefcase. Charlotte's debut on the main roster was nice, i've always been a fan so it should be interesting to see how you handle that Divas Championship Match come Money in the Bank. I thought the Heath Slater open challenge was either a genius way to reintroduce Henry, or just a great comedy angle to give you a filler match for the next few shows until Cena returns. Barrett over Mandow was a good way to give Barrett some momentum after winning the Intercontinental title. Though I would love to see a good Sandow push down the line. All in all i'm loving this so far, and also love the visual presentation of this. Can't wait to see more and more unfold as the time progresses.

I dig the roster layout you ended up going with. Original and cool. Dean Ambrose in Money in the Bank is something I can get behind. Hell, he should win. Hopefully Ambrose has taken Kane out for a while. 450 splash? Is Kalisto really Justin Gabriel? I hope to see the Lucha Dragons in as the next contenders to the Tag Team Titles. Basic rematch though I wish it was a qualifying match. I know WWE did it in real life, but as a qualifier it would have given a reason for the rematch. Surprised the feud is continuing. Surprised to see Seth/Dolph set for the PPV. I've seen it a ton so I'm not sold on it as a PPV title match. Summer Bae <3. Charlotte though! Fun. Give the Divas division some shine please. Man, I never thought about it but I'd love a program pitting Harper and Rowan against Kidd and Cesaro. Love it. Good promo from John Cena. You captured his character well. You damn right Renee Young is always beautiful. "Da Game", I love that you did that. Obvious win for Barrett, don't make him a joke. Rocking Open Challenge was funny. Roman Reigns qualifying was obvious. Surprised to see Kane fired. Your Money in the Bank field is already way better than the one we got in real life. I could see Owens, Reigns and Ambrose all are potential winners. My only real gripe is that Seth/Dolph kind of came out of nowhere, but a really good show nonetheless.

No secret that Kevin Owens is going to play a huge role in this diary, and while I am a big fan of his and would love to see him pushed, I think pushing him to the top too quickly will ruin him. He's already got his victory over John Cena, that's big. Given the current way this is going, I could see Kevin Owens become Mr. Money in the Bank, but part of me hopes not. I think he could do with some high profile feuds, plus his program with John Cena continued for the time being. I would love to see Dean Ambrose win the briefcase though, because he's unpredictable and could truly cash-in at any moment under any circumstances. Bray Wyatt always interests me and it's an interesting message. I originally thought this meant the reunion of the entire Wyatt Family, but then he said "I've been waiting for years" so it threw me. Overall, you've got something good here, I just hope you can stick to it this time and not drop it to start again come Battleground or SummerSlam. Keep it up.

WWE NXT | June 3rd, 2015 | Orlando, FL A video package was shown highlighting NXT champion Kevin Owens' huge victory over John Cena this past Sunday at WWE Elimination Chamber. The video ten transitioned to this past Monday on RAW, where Kevin Owens had laid out both Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns, two of his opponents in the Money in the Bank ladder match in just two weeks. Following the signature NXT intro video package, we head to the booming Full Sail University as Rich Brennan, Corey Graves, and Byron Saxton welcome us to the show. Scheduled for tonight is a huge main event between Rhyno and Finn Bálor. Also tonight, William Regal will have a huge announcement regarding Kevin Owens and the NXT championship.
TYLER BREEZE VS. ADAM ROSE; Without Rosa Mendes by his side, Adam Rose made his return to Full Sail University without any of his rosebuds. Tyler Breeze got some heat from the Full Sail faithful as the returning Rose had some support. After a long hard fought battle, The Bunny came hoping down to the ring to encourage his former party friend. However, the sudden appearance of The Bunny distracted Adam long enough for Breeze to connect with the Beauty Shot for the win. Tyler Breeze defeated Adam Rose in 7:02!
Returning to his feet, Adam Rose looked in disgust as The Bunny shook his head at ringside. The furry animal jumped into the ring, looking to cheer his fallen buddy up. Rose wanted none of it, as he immediately drops The Bunny with a huge Slice lariat! The Bunny lays in a heap in the middle of the ring, as Adam breaks his lollipop in two before throwing it on the fallen carcass of the party animal. Rose leaves the ring and returns to the back, continuing to shake his head in disgust.
The cameras flicker as we head to a secluded area in the back as Solomon Crowe sits in the corner of the room with his head hung low. "Last week I failed to make an impression on NXT... last week marked the end of good guy Solomon Crowe. It's time to take what I want... whether you like it or not." proclaimed Crowe, not once lifting his head to the camera.
A video is shown of Charlotte's main roster debut from this past Monday on RAW. After answering Nikki Bella's challenge, Charlotte will make her main roster debut at Money in the Bank competing for the WWE Divas championship. A graphic is shown promoting Charlotte as being in action next week on NXT.
Backstage in his office, NXT General Manager William Regal stands in front of his desk with a smile on his face. "Ladies and gentlemen, the WWE will be holding a special live event July 4th from Japan on the WWE Network. WWE officials have asked me if I wanted an NXT presence on the show, in which I said yes. On July 4th, from Japan, NXT champion Kevin Owens will defend his NXT championship against current number one contender Finn Bálor, exclusively on the WWE Network." explained Regal with a smile, informing us that he hopes we watch as NXT creates history once again.
ALEXA BLISS VS. CARMELLA; Both women were accompanied by their respective teams, Enzo Amore and Colin Cassidy in Carmella's corner and the NXT Tag Team champion Blake and Murphy in Alexa's. Both women gave it their all as they put on a pretty good match. Alexa and Carmella traded offense until Blake and Murphy distracted Carmella by jumping on the ring apron. As Enzo Amore and Colin Cassidy pull the champions of the apron, Alexa quickly rolls up Carmella for the win. Alexa Bliss defeated Carmella in 4:23!
A video package is shown highlighting Sami Zayn's recent injury from the hands of Kevin Owens. Zayn explains that he suffered a dislocation in his shoulder as well as a Torn Rotator Cuff. The former NXT champion informs us that he has had surgery and it was deemed a success and he hopes to return to the NXT ring later this year.
THE VAUDEVILLAINS VS. JASON JORDAN and BULL DEMPSEY; Aiden English and Simon Gotch made their return to NXT television against Jason Jordan, who chose Bull Dempsey as his partner tonight. Gotch and English had the full support of the Full Sail crowd, while also staying on the offense for most of the match. At one point, Bull Dempsey chased Simon Gotch around the ring only to get winded and take a break outside the ring as the crowd laughed. Jason Jordan pushed Bull back into the ring, only for Dempsey to fall victim to the Whirling Dirvish, giving The Vaudevillains the win. The Vaudevillains defeated Jason Jordan and Bull Dempsey in 5:13!
The Vaudevillains rose to their feet to a bunch of hoopla from the Full Sail faithful as Jason Jordan shook his head and headed up the ramp only to be stopped by Chad Gable. Gable flashed Jordan a smile and threw him his personalized towel, informing Jordan that if he ever needs a partner, he's available. Jordan swatted the towel away before heading to the back, rejecting Gable.
FINN BÁLOR VS. RHYNO; Finn Bálor had a true test of will tonight as he faced off against the stronger Rhyno in our main event. With every technical wrestling attempt by Finn, Rhyno overpowered each one and kept the match to a slow pace. That is until Bálor hit a sweet dropkick to gain the advantage and momentum in the match. With July 4th on his mind, Finn looked to make an impact as he continued to outperform Rhyno. After a missed Gore which led to Rhyno hitting his head of the turnbuckle, Finn Bálor finished the former Hardcore champion off with the Coup de Grâce for the victory. Finn Bálor defeated Rhyno in 8:43!
Finn Bálor rises to his feet and throws his arm into the air to celebrate his victory. As he leaves the ring, he slaps the hands of many of the Full Sail faithful before standing at the top of the ramp. However, as he turns to leave, Rhyno connects with a huge Gore! The number one contender for the NXT championship lays on the stage clutching his ribs as Rhyno stands over top of him, not saying a word as NXT comes to a close.

WWE SMACKDOWN | June 4th, 2015 | Houston, TX Following the usual Smackdown intro package, the theme of Dolph Ziggler hits the arena speakers as The Showoff makes his way down to the ring to a decent sized pop from the crowd in Houston. Ziggler enters the ring and grabs a microphone then proceeds to smile, "It feels good to be back in Houston!" started Ziggler to a cheap pop. "It's been a weird few weeks for me, I came up short in the Intercontinental championship Elimination Chamber, but I also found myself a 'friend' in Lana. I've been targeted by the not-so Russian Rusev, but now that he's gone, I decided it's time to do what's right for you guys. I've decided to bring the WWE World Heavyweight championship back into the hands of somebody the WWE Universe actually likes. I've beaten Seth Rollins before, I've pinned his shoulders down to the mat for the one-two-three and I will do it again at Money in the Bank. I've gotten used to stealing the show, but now it's time to steal that championship from the hands of The Authority. It's time for a change." announced Ziggler to a good pop. His focus then diverting to the titantron screen where Seth Rollins stands in a suit with the WWE World Heavyweight championship slung over his shoulder. "Since Triple H and Stephanie McMahon had a business meeting to attend and since that big buffoon Kane got himself fired, I've been put in charge of Smackdown tonight. Seeing as you're already in your gear, why don't we put you in a match? Hmm... I think I know a good opponent for you, Dolph. Prepare your Power of Positivity, because you're facing Big E next! Welcome to Thursday Night Sethdown everybody!" exclaimed the WWE World Heavyweight champion with a laugh, then sarcastically wishing Lana's Lover good luck.
BIG E VS. DOLPH ZIGGLER; An interesting match to kick off Smackdown as these former buddies squared off as Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods watched from ringside. Through the power of positivity, Big E got the upperhand quite a few times throughout, overpowering the quicker Ziggler. That is until a botched distraction led to Ziggler superkicking Woods off the apron, which then led to Dolph quickly connecting with the ZigZag for the victory. Dolph Ziggler defeated Big E in 11:01!
Ziggler rose to his feet as Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, holding his jaw, rolled into the ring to join Big E. As Ziggler looked to leave, The New Day had other plans for The Showoff as they started to beat him down to the mat. That is until The Lucha Dragons, Kalisto and Sin Cara, ran down to the ring and fended off the WWE Tag Team champions. Sin Cara and Kalisto help the number one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight championship to his feet, and then motioning to The New Day that they want the WWE Tag Team championships.
A graphic is shown announcing that Dolph Ziggler will team up with The Lucha Dragons to take on The New Day later tonight! Also tonight will feature a Kevin Owens' NXT championship open challenge. Also on the card tonight will be Sheamus taking on R-Truth in a Money in the Bank qualifier as well as Neville having a rematch against Bo Dallas in a Money in the Bank qualifier, which is next!
MONEY IN THE BANK QUALIFIER: NEVILLE VS. BO DALLAS; In their third match this week, the stakes were raised as the winner would advance to the Money in the Bank ladder match in two weeks. Bo Dallas displayed his new mean streak, viciously attacking the knee of the high-flying Neville, but like their last two encounters, Neville got the upperhand on more than one occasion. After connecting with a beautiful Red Arrow, the Man That Gravity Forgot secured the pinfall to advance to the monumental ladder match. Neville defeated Bo Dallas to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match in 7:01!
Neville rose to his feet and immediately left the ring as Bo Dallas angrily pulled on his hair, yelling that he will beat Neville sooner than later. Dallas continued to have a hissy fit as Neville smiled at the top of the ramp, knowing that he will now face off against Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and Kevin Owens in two weeks.
A video package is shown of Charlotte's main roster debut this past Monday on RAW. The former NXT Women's champion will be live on RAW and she will address Nikki Bella before their clash at Money in the Bank for the WWE Divas championship.
PAIGE VS. NAOMI; These two divas have had issues the past few weeks and even squared off in the Triple Threat match for the WWE Divas championship this past Sunday at Elimination Chamber. However, tonight they fought for pride and to potentially get a shot at the Divas championship in the future. Naomi thought she had the match won and looked to hit the Rear View, but Paige ducked and hit the Ram-Paige for the victory. Paige defeated Naomi in 6:13!
Cutting to a smoky room backstage, Bray Wyatt smiled and paced around in the darkness, laughing. "They say that you would return somebody, that one day you would return to dominate the entire WWE and burn it down and rebuild it in your own image. That one day is soon, man. And when that day comes, ashes may fall from the sky as we rejoice at the sound of your voice. Soon." announced Wyatt as his signature video cutout cut out.
NXT CHAMPIONSHIP OPEN CHALLENGE; KEVIN OWENS DEFENDS VS. ZACK RYDER; Zack Ryder answered the NXT champion's open challenge and looked to remake a name for himself, but Kevin Owens was one hundred percent focused tonight. Zack Ryder tried to gain momentum in the early goings, but Kevin Owens swayed it in his direction and never looked back. After a Popup Powerbomb, Kevin Owens pinned the Long Island Iced Z to successfully retain his championship. Kevin Owens defeated Zack Ryder to retain the NXT championship in 2:38!
Kevin Owens returned to his feet and grabbed his NXT championship and held it high in the air before grabbing a microphone. "At the end of Money in the Bank, there will only be one man standing and he is standing before you right now. And I don't care who the WWE World Heavyweight champion will be, but I will win that championship to bring a better life for my family. Because nobody will get in Kevin Owens' way to the very top of professional wrestling." announced the NXT champion before throwing the mike to the mat.
Backstage, the always stunning Renee Young stands alongside Roman Reigns, who garners a good pop. "Roman, we just heard from Kevin Owens that he will be entering the Money in the Bank ladder match and expects to walk out with the briefcase. What do you have to say about that?" questioned the beautiful and sexy Young. "Kevin Owens can say a lot of things, and he may back some of them up, but I know that I am walking out of the Money in the Bank pay-per-view holding the briefcase. I won the Royal Rumble earlier this year and my shot at becoming the World champion was stolen from me. It's time for my redemption." announced Reigns before being interrupted by the appearance of Dean Ambrose that receives a deafening pop from the Houston crowd. "Roman, you know I love ya like a brother man, but I will walk out of Money in the Bank with the briefcase. But if you do win, I hope you Superman punch Seth's face in, and then you'll give me first dibs at the title, right?" questioned Dean with a happy smile. The two brothers of justice bumping fists and walking off the set cracking jokes.
King Barrett held his royal court in the back, summoning Hornswoggle to hold his robe as he walked backstage. The new Intercontinental champion strolled around backstage giving bad news to many WWE employees until R-Truth walks into the scene drinking a cup of coffee. Truth doesn't pay attention and bumps into Barrett, spilling the hot coffee all over the King! Barrett screams at the scalding hot pain as Hornswoggle fumbles to get the liquid off of Barrett, Truth only has few words to say: "Oh cracker jacks. I'm 'fraid I got some bad news for you, you need to get me another coffee. Watch where you're going, dude." Truth then looked down at his imaginary watch, realizing he has a match next, before leaving the scene.
MONEY IN THE BANK QUALIFIER: SHEAMUS VS. R-TRUTH; After conquering his fear of heights at WrestleMania, R-Truth's mission is to enter the Money in the Bank ladder match. However, he would have to go through Sheamus to do so. The Rogue Irishman spared Truth no remorse, using his forearms as clubs to beat the chest of the Truth. R-Truth mustered up a comeback to a good pop before turning around right into a huge Brogue Kick that gave Sheamus the win. Sheamus defeated R-Truth to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match in 13:07!
Sheamus returned to his feet and looked up at the dangling briefcase, yelling that it will be his come two weeks. As the Irishman left the ring, King Barrett strolled down the ramp, holding a cold towel on his chest. As Truth rose to his feet, the King dropped the coffee culprit with a huge Bullhammer Elbow! The Intercontinental champion is given his championship by Hornswoggle, Barrett holding the title over Truth with a grin.
A graphic is shown hyping Monday's upcoming edition of RAW, as Randy Orton will make his return to compete in a Money in the Bank qualifying match!
DOLPH ZIGGLER & THE LUCHA DRAGONS VS. THE NEW DAY; A bit of a continuation of the start of tonight's edition of Thursday Night Smackdown when Dolph Ziggler defeated Big E. A lot of high-flying was shown from Sin Cara and Kalisto, often catching The New Day off guard. After a long grueling battle, Dolph Ziggler superkicked both Big E and Kofi Kingston out of the ring to let Sin Cara hit a Senton Bomb followed by Kalisto hitting the 450 Splash for the victory. Dolph Ziggler and The Lucha Dragons defeated The New Day in 17:02!
Dolph Ziggler and The Lucha Dragons returned to their feet celebrating their win. However, Big E and Kofi Kingston returned into the ring and blindsided Sin Cara and Kalisto, throwing them out of the ring. As Dolph Ziggler is distracted by the chaos, that is a brawl between The Lucha Dragons and The New Days, ensuing at ringside, Seth Rollins jumps over the guardrail and plants Ziggler with a huge Pedigree! Seth Rollins holds the WWE World Heavyweight championship high up in the air, as Smackdown fades to black.

06/05/15 Edition
- Coming out of Smackdown, the feud between Dolph Ziggler and Seth Rollins has progressed nicely, according to our source of information that is on the WWE writing team. The feud, seemingly out of nowhere, is a play by Vince McMahon to get Dolph Ziggler to renegotiate his contract and stay with the company. It's been reported in the past week that Dolph Ziggler is exploring possibilities outside of the WWE and has been giving feelers to TNA Wrestling, Lucha Underground, and New Japan Pro Wrestling about future plans.
- Speaking of Dolph Ziggler, his storyline with Lana and Rusev has taken a back seat at the moment. Rusev attended a very important doctor's appointment, which spanned both Monday and Tuesday (which is why he and Lana missed the tapings) regarding his injury. It is being reported that Rusev should be back in the WWE sooner than expected, a sign of good things to come for the Bulgarian Brute.
- Samoa Joe will make his in-ring debut for the WWE on next week's edition of NXT! The Samoa Submission Machine will face off against the resident workhorse of NXT, Tye Dillinger.

Smackdown time. Realistic opening promo as I could totally see that happening. Big E/Dolph Ziggler would have probably been fun considering their past. I think a New Day/Lucha Dragons program will be great. Two of my favorite teams. If Ziggler and Big E were going to be pulling double duty, the opener probably shouldn't have gone eleven minutes. Neville in Money in the Bank is for hte best. I assume he will be the spot king there. Solid win for Paige. I wonder what's going to happen with Charlotte in the coming weeks. You have me intrigued there for sure. Wonder who Bray Wyatt is targeting this time. WOO WOO WOO! Oh, he lost in two minutes. Best decision. I like your promos. They get to the point, but they aren't overly long. I appreciate that. Good tension build between Reigns and Ambrose. Oh R-Truth. Sheamus is a strong contender for MITB. I get the feeling it will be either Ambrose or Reigns though. I like seeing the Tag Team Titles involved in the main event picture. It's good shine. Overall, a pretty good show. The wheels are in motion for an interesting Money in the Bank for sure.
