It's a cool concept, but these box sets are always so bland. Mattel put NO effort into this. The attires do not represent what they were wearing at the time. Batista should be in RED trunks or BLUE trunks. Not black, and definitely NOT in shorts. His Elite 33 headscan should have been used. Randy Orton was wearing black trunks with white designs on them in both matches, for some reason this is in red? Why the old head scan? His Elite 35 scan should have been used since that figure represents Evolution. Triple H is ok, the attire is correct (except for the giant knee pads), but the head scan is the old terrible one. Should have been his Elite 35 scan. Ambrose and Reigns are ok, but Rollins should have been given his Elite 33 vest, and his shoulders should not be black, he was sleeveless at this time. These sets could be cool, but they just take old figures and throw them in and don't make an effort. I agree with you 100%, also I really don't like Rollins with the short hair as he fights with his hair down, I think that his long hair scan definitely should have been used. The set is what I have hoped for, so I can't say how happy I am, they just failed with attires and hair on Rollins. |

It's cool but i probably wouldn't buy it. Like said, I wish there was more effort put into. If they were something different scan and attire wise I'd definitely purchase one.

Neat set but the timing with all of the shield guys solo careers being hot right now is likely ill fated. If they were just gonna repackage old figures anyway maybe they should have rushed it out. Still cool, if ur a new collector it is a solid start too. this. they should've had this out last summer. now, it will sit. |

I know Mattel just wants yo make a no-effort set of reissues that'll be crammed under Christmas trees this year, but imagine if this was a set of new figures in PPV accurate attire. Basic Bluetista? Yes please.

If they where to drop the price to $40, then they might. Soccer mom with winy kids who actually like wwe come into wal-mart. Kid sees the $60 box set with 1 guy he likes in the set. He/She cries to mom, "I want ! I Want !". Mom says no it costs too much, and either: (A) Buys him a different $10 basic figure, that is nice and shiny that the young kid would like as well because he doesn't care enough. (B) Finds the exact same single wrestler in the same on slightly different attire, and again kid will accept because he does not know the difference or care enough. (C) Says to kid, "No not buying right now." Waits 2-4 months until its closer to kids birthday/christmas. Then finds the 6 figure set on clearance and buys. |

they wouldn't continue to pump these out all the time if they didn't sell.
give people the opportunity (mainly kids) to get these figures that they may of missed out on.
plus I'm sure its an easy way to repackage figures to move them quicker.
can't expect new scans and attires with every release.

I've never been sold on these basic box sets. Yet they keep shelling them out so I guess they sell.
