The first 2 that come to mind are Roddy Piper and Mr. Perfect in Elite form that is. I'd like to see Hot Rod in Royal Rumble 92 attire with IC belt and MP in a Orange singlet with black backing.

My bet on the 4th DM would be Piper
I think his name is big enough and he would be well recieved by collectors. Bill also said we would be disappointed because it won't live to the hype, but Piper would still be a hit.
That or Rude, not sure what the validity of those rumors were
