Think about it like this, in a reverse kind of way, does Triple H need to be as big as DM Hogan...

Those are great pics, i guess the torso is too ripped. To be fair you have to credit Mattel for their effort and not just giving him the same torso when clearly he had a slimer physique at that time. Im really starting to think its the ripped torso that is off putting rather than it being too skinny.
But that shirt...that split just doesnt work for me. Fair enough it works better on the DM Hogan but I dont think it works for the HOF Hogan.

Not too many of the bigger torso fits the skinnier legs/crotch piece.

I'm not too upset by it, after all it is another Hogan figure and I like how different it is from the others. Really glad to have found it yesterday!!

Isn't HOF figure based on his early WCW debut days? Hogan was visibly not as large then and was more ripped than the basis of the DM figure.

after further looking at it, ill side with MDT. i was a critic of it at 1st , but its more accurate to that timeframe. Plus that DM torso is a bit too large if you ask me. and the arms. but thats a bulky Hogan for ya.

The DM Hogan looks ridiculous with out a shirt on. The abdominal portion of that torso is atrocious. I know the trunks wouldn't cover his belly button, which is a great detail, but I wonder how the E34 torso would look with the bigger arms and shoulders of the DM?

Absolutely love WrestleMania 9 Hogan was by far my favorite Hogan and I think the figure is a little skinnier than he was at that time but it's really really almost On point...

Looks pretty accurate to me. I feel like a lot of people mix up being cut and being jacked.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion, I like the figure & think it's a pretty good representation of Hogan from WrestleMania IX.....

Torso should have been more cut than the Dm but less cut than the e34. A bulkier torso would have been great.

Overall, I don't like the figure. I have every Mattel Hogan so far and this is my least favorite.

If there was a less cut version of E33 Batista's torso, I wonder how that would fare for this era of Hogan.
