Money In The Bank - June 14, 2015 - Columbus, Ohio
Renee Young would join us alongside Booker T for a special Kickoff Show. Instead of running down the Money In The Bank card, they would be honoring Dusty Rhodes. For the next forty five minutes we'd watch interviews with wrestlers past and present about the hall of famer. Something worth noting about this was that it appears Cody Rhodes will be dropping the Stardust gimmick as he did appear on the kickoff show along side his wife Eden and brother Dustin, better known as Goldust. Truly a sad week for pro wrestling fans, but with such a great tribute being done it's time to do what Dusty would have wanted. To watch some good ol' fashioned wrestling.
KICKOFF MATCH KING BARRETT VS. R-TRUTH - Once again R-Truth is on the kickoff show but this time we're seeing a King as the opponent for Truth. It was a pretty standard kickoff match for a pay per view, nothing to special in this match. It was very back and forth however and Truth got a two count on Barrett after hitting the Lie Detector. A few minutes later we'd see the King of the Ring come back and end up catching Truth with a Bullhammer to secure the victory for him. Winner By Pinfall: King Barrett
Your standard opening video would play as the three main matches highlighted in the opening package would be, the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match, the rematch between John Cena and Kevin Owens, and last but not least the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. After the hype video we'd see a graphic appear in memory of The American Dream, Dusty Rhodes.
WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH THE NEW DAY© VS. THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS - A solid opener is what this one turned out to be. Here in recent months it has seemed that the tag division is on fire and this match was nothing short of great. Kofi Kingston should be noted as being at ringside and that was a questionable call considering the Money In The Bank ladder match is later tonight. We mainly saw in this match Titus and Big E going at one another with power moves until The New Day got the upper hand when Kofi tripped the foot of Titus. This caused the current champions to take advantage and work on Titus in their corner. Xavier and Big E would begin to do quick tags not letting the challenger get any sense of break and it was clear they didn't want Darren Young to get the tag in. Around the six minute mark the crowd was clearly behind The Prime Time Players and we even heard a "Prime! Time Players!" chant that was in the same rhythm as the "New! Day Rocks/Sucks!" chants. We would finally see Titus get the hot tag to Darren Young and the fresh man would come into the match like a bat out of hell. PTP would keep the offense alive for a few more minutes until Darren Young would pull Xavier up on his shoulders looking to hit Gut Check. This is when Kofi Kingston would hop onto the apron causing the distraction which would lead to Xavier slipping off of the shoulders of Darren and rolling him up in a quick school boy. A near fall of two would happen and Xavier looked stunned the quick attempt didn't win The New Day the match. Darren would pop up on his feet and hit a quick enzuigiri onto the kneeling Xavier Woods. For the second time in this match now we'd see Darren pull Xavier up onto his shoulders, except this time he would successfully hit the Gutcheck. He'd make the cover and when he did Big E would hit the ring. However Titus O'Neil had his number as he'd stop the man from breaking up the pin attempt. The ref's hand would hit the mat three times and the bell would sound signaling that we had new tag team champions. Winner By Pinfall To Become The New WWE Tag Team Champions: The Prime Time Players
A hype video would play hyping up John Cena vs. Kevin Owens II
THE REMATCH JOHN CENA VS. KEVIN OWENS - It was just two weeks ago that we saw the WWE in ring debut of the NXT Champion, Kevin Owens. He faced off against the current United States Champion, John Cena at Elimination Chamber. Many opinions came from that match but the one fact was Kevin Owens made his name that night. In what people are considering to be Match of the Year, that match left many wondering what was to come of tonights rematch. The two weeks leading up to Money In The Bank we heard Kevin Owens proclaim that he was going to end John Cena, would he strike lightning twice though? Sure the first time the NXT Champion gave his word that he was going to beat John Cena, he did just that. This however is much different than just beating Cena, claiming you're going to end John Cena is something many have done but only few have actually done. Can Kevin Owens be the next man on that very small list? The two men entered the Ohio arena with mixed reactions. It was common knowledge that anywhere John Cena went you'd have the cheers and the boos. However the same reaction was met with the NXT Champion as he would make his entrance. It is also worth noting that again just like at Elimination Chamber, Kevin Owens would be wearing a new t-shirt that was mocking one of John Cenas. The shirt would have "THE CHAMP IS HERE" with a canadian flag overlay on the text. A white arrow would be under the text and the arrow would be pointing down at a graphic of the NXT Championship. Once both men actually were in the ring and the bell sounded we'd see a much different side of Kevin Owens than we did two weeks ago at Elimination Chamber. Instead of going into a lock up with Cena, we'd see the Canadian walk up to the US Champion and with a cocky smile he'd stretch his arms out before loudly yelling "The Champ! Is! HERE!" Following this statement we would see Kevin drop his arms before spitting in the face of John Cena. The spit would take Cena by surprise and Kevin would follow that spit up with a quick right forearm to the jaw. It was clear that Kevin Owens had no intentions of this being a wrestling clinic like the first match between the two men had been so as this match would get underway we would mainly see the onslaught of elbows, punches, and forearms come from the NXT Champion. Early on in this match everything had been going the way of Kevin Owens and it very well seemed like he was looking to make his word come true once again. John Cena looked as if he had no answers for the attacks that he was being hit with early on in this match and for the first three minutes of the match it'd just be a absolute mauling. After getting dropped with a stiff lariat, Cena would be flat on his back and Kevin Owens would be standing over his downed opponent with a smug grin on his face. "Come on John! You're suppose to be the man around here!" The trash talk would take a pause as Kevin would plant his right boot into the forehead of Cena. "What a joke!" After these three simple words were yelled out Kevin would shake his head before dropping down onto his left knee. His left hand would go behind the head of John to slightly pull him up while his right hand would ball up into a fist as he'd drop a few shots over and over again against the US Champion's forehead. Cena of course would pull his hands up to cover up his head avoiding, or at least not taking the full blow of Kevin's punches. Realizing that his punches were no longer connecting fully we'd see Owens shake his head before standing back up to his feet. With his left hand still on the back of John's head we'd start to see Kevin pull Cena up to his feet. Of course after the mauling that had already been done to the US Champ up until this point, he'd be quiet wobbly on his feet. With his right hand pressing against John Cena's chest, we'd see Kevin Owens give a firm shove which would push Cena back into the ropes. It was clear that Owens was setting up for his Pop Up Powerbomb but as John rebounded off the ropes he'd leave his feet and take Kevin by surprise. We would see John Cena drop Kevin Owens with a shoulder block and of course in typical Cena fashion he'd pop back up and hit the ropes again before looking to hit a second shoulder block. When he left his feet this time however we would see Kevin catch him on his shoulders and right away Kevin would throw him off hitting an Attitude Adjustment onto the US Champ. After hitting Cena with his own finisher we'd see Kevin go for the pinfall and as the ref's hand would smack the mat for a second time we would see John bring his shoulder up to kick out and keep the match alive. "I should have known!" Kevin would exclaim before shaking his head and slowly rise up to his feet before pulling John up to his knees. "Super Cena strikes again! John, don't worry though! I'll be your krypotonite." Now saying this we would see Kevin raise his right arm up and look to hit his elbow on the crown of John's skull. Before he could however, we would see John strike Kevin's abdomen with a right hand. A second right hand would hit Kevin Owens gut before suddenly the US Champion would be cut off by the NXT Champion as Kevin's right knee would drive into the skull of John Cena. Again the 15 time World Champion was cut off by the newly debuted star. After this cutoff we would now see Kevin Owens go back on the offensive for around two or three more minutes before John would pop up on his feet from a downed position and in a flash pick Kevin Owens up for a Attitude Adjustment out of nowhere. However we'd see Kevin slip off of John's shoulders and then from behind he would push Cena into the ropes before popping him up into the air. It would be Cena now however who would counter as he'd leap frog over Kevin and turn quickly to scoop Owens up for a Spin Out Powerbomb. As always that would be followed up by John bending over Kevin as he'd do his "You Can't See Me" theatrics. Once he'd hit the ropes and run back over towards the downed NXT Champion we would see Cena successfully hit the five knuckle shuffle. After connecting with the move John would pop up onto his feet signaling that the AA was next but instead of rising up onto his feet we'd see Kevin Owens move his hands to his face and roll under the bottom rope and get onto the floor. "Come on! I thought you wanted a fight?" John would say as he'd motion for the NXT Champion to get back in the ring. Kevin however would just crack his neck by rolling it side to side. He'd shake his head and just snicker to himself while holding his right hand against his chin. Cena would shrug his shoulders after hearing the ref start the ten count, and instead of staying on the inside of the ring John would slide under the bottom rope heading out to the floor. Almost immediately when Cena's feet hit the floor we would see Kevin Owens lunge at John. A sudden flurry of offense would be seen from John as he'd throw lefts and rights towards the NXT Champion. Owens however wasn't just standing there taking the punches, he was also throwing shots right back towards John. Something rather unexpected however was John Cena ducking a right hand from Owens and then he'd pop up the Canadian onto his shoulders for a Attitude Adjustment. Kevin Owens once again however would somehow someway slip off of the shoulders of John Cena. After slipping off the shoulders we'd quickly see something again that was rather unexpected. Kevin Owens would shockingly bring up his right leg to hit a low blow on the United States Champion. As the referee would see this the bell would be called for and Lillian Garcia would announce the winner of this match by disqualification was, the United States Champion, John Cena. Winner By Disqualification: John Cena
That low blow however wasn't the end of this fight, not by a long shot. Following up the low blow we'd see Kevin Owens begin to viciously assault John Cena. Elbows and forearms to the back of the head would come one after another after another. The two types of attacks never seemed to stop until finally Kevin would spin John around and quickly pop him up into the air for a Pop Up Powerbomb onto the ring apron. "Oh my god! That's the same attack that has taken out the likes of Sami Zayn, Alex Riley, and even The Man Gravity Forgot The New Sensation, Neville!" Michael Cole would yell out over commentary. After dropping Cena with the Pop Up Powerbomb we'd see Owens just stare down the US Champion with a wicked grin. His eyes would never leave his downed pray as the medical team would come running out from the back. Now with the doctors hovering over Cena we'd see Kevin Owens just shake his head before grabbing ahold of one doctor and throwing him into the steel steps that was behind him. "Move!" Owens would scream out before reaching down and picking the lifeless body of John Cena back up. Within a flash we'd see Kevin Owens pop up Cena and for the second time tonight drop him onto the apron with a Pop Up Powerbomb. "Not this way! Come on Kevin! We know he promised to end John Cena but not this way damn it!" The words if Jerry Lawler would be true. Kevin Owens did promise that he was going to end John Cena and now as the NXT Champion stood over the seemingly lifeless body that was John Cena, it appeared Kevin made true to his promise. Kevin would point to the downed body of John Cena and simply mock him by doing the "You Can't See Me" hand sign. That would be the last visual we'd see of this segment before the feed would fade to black.
A promotional video played hyping the July 4th special live from Tokyo, Japan. Only one match however was confirmed and that was the NXT Championship match between Kevin Owens and the number one contender, Finn Balor. While only one match was confirmed we did see a few superstars named as showing up on the card. These included John Cena, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, Chris Jericho, and the last name announced which may be the most shocking, Brock Lesnar. Jericho and Lesnar both were announced previously by numerous dirtsheets but now it was officially confirmed to the public.
WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH RYBACK© VS. THE BIG SHOW - Clearly going into this match hardly anyone had high expectations. The match itself seemed rather thrown together with an odd tag along of The Miz. Still however, this was Ryback's first defense with the Intercontinental Championship so there was at least some reason to watch. Not really much to say though about this match, if you've seen one Ryback vs. Big Man match you've seen them all and this was no different. The two teased the Shellshock twice in the match before finally it was hit for the one, two, and finally the three. Shockingly however before the third shellshock attempt we did see Ryback kickout of the Knockout Punch which was rather unusual considering hardly anyone kicks out of the punch. At the end of the night though for what this match was suppose to be, it was decent enough to keep your attention for around eight minutes. Winner By Pinfall To Retain The WWE Intercontinental Championship: Ryback
A video package played running down the statistics of the Money in the Bank Ladder match.
MONEY IN THE BANK LADDER MATCH KOFI KINGSTON VS. RANDY ORTON VS. ROMAN REIGNS VS. SHEAMUS VS. KANE VS. DOLPH ZIGGLER VS. NEVILLE - Many high spots to call, and a rather shocking ending to this one. When it comes to reviewing this match it is rather difficult but someone has to do it. The match started off quick with everyone except Reigns and Kane leaving the ring. Kofi Kingston and Dolph Ziggler were the only two with people accompanying them to ringside. The New Day of course with Kofi while Lana was with Ziggler. The match started off quick with Kane and Roman being the first two to actually throw blows with each other. Neville on the other hand was the first man to put a ladder to use as he'd slide it into the ring. Dolph also would roll a ladder into the ring but quickly would be attacked from behind by Sheamus. Basically the same thing would also happen to Randy Orton but instead of Sheamus attacking him it was The New Day who'd jump Orton. Outside of the quick and hell bent start this Money in the Bank match had at the start there wasn't really too many crazy spots for around five or six minutes. A ton of attempts at climbing the ladder to grab the briefcase would happen however. The first big spot would happen when Big E and Xavier would hold Kofi up trying to assist him up the ladder. As Kofi was on his partners shoulders we would see The Man Gravity Forgot, Neville, springboard from the top rope to hit a springboard crossbody onto Kofi. Big E and Xavier would go to double clothesline Neville as he was rising back up but Neville quickly would duck under and hit both men with a dropkick to knock them over the top rope sending them to the floor. The next big spot would come when Neville began his climb up the ladder soon after but it was Kane who would cut him off. The Corporate Monster would grip his hand around the throat of Neville and forcefully pull him off the ladder in the ring and Kane would carry him towards the ropes. A hellacious chokeslam from the inside of the ring to the floor would be Neville's fate, Neville however would land on Big E and Xavier Woods. Surprisingly there wasn't any ladder breaks in this match, an odd fact compared to past years. We would however see a big twist in this match come when Kane would be left all alone in the ring and on a ladder. Just as his hands would touch the briefcase the theme music of the WWE World Heavyweight Champion would go off as Seth Rollins would run down to the ring. Kane's eyes would glare down at Seth to which the champion would slide into the ring and just smirk up at Kane. Rollins would grab onto the ladder as he'd yell up at Kane "Let's go man!" Kane was rather confused but as he turned his attention to the briefcase again we would see Seth tip over the ladder sending Kane flying down onto the ring mat. After dropping Kane down we'd see Seth stare down at the Corporate Monster. He'd crouch down beside him and clap his hands with a slight chuckle before saying "It's whats best for business, Kane." With the big man in the match down we'd see Roman Reigns slide into the ring so he'd be behind Seth. The WWE World Heavyweight Champion however didn't realize Seth Rollins was behind him and as he rose up onto his feet he'd turn around and would drop back down to the mat in fear as Reigns lunged at him. Rollins just barely got away from the Superman Punch that Roman Reigns through at him and quickly Seth would scurry away back up the ramp clearly not wanting anything else to do with this match now that he took out Kane. Roman would just shake his head and turn his attention back towards the ladder. After a failed attempt for the briefcase that was stopped by Randy Orton we'd see the two men who fought at Summerslam last year go at it again right here and right now. We would see the two of them go at it like wild men just driving fist after fist into each other not looking to stop any time soon. Meanwhile on the outside of the ring we would see Sheamus go for a brouge kick on Dolph Ziggler but the Show Off would duck underneath him and hit a huge ZigZag out of nowhere. That ZigZag would be the move that took out Sheamus for the rest of the match. Dolph wouldn't have it easy after that ZigZag however because Kofi Kingston would blindside him from behind with a leaping forearm. After the shot Kofi would pop back up on his feet and look around before calling for Big E and Xavier Woods to rise up. Once The New Day all were together again they planned and executed the perfect assualt on the only two other men still standing. It was strength in numbers as the three men of New Day easily jumped the fatigued Randy Orton and Roman Reigns. Big E would end up hitting the Big Ending on Orton while Kofi would catch Roman with a Trouble In Paradise as Xavier was providing the distraction. With those two down it was now just Kofi Kingston standing in the ring with his two pals and this match seemed all over. Kingston quickly would rush up the ladder but the crowd would cheer as they saw Neville suddenly pop up onto the apron. It seemed he was the last hope in this match and he'd attempt to springboard up and over Big E so he could grip onto the ladder. That plan however didn't go as executed and instead we'd see Big E catching Neville up and then muscle him onto his shoulder. Once there Xavier would run over to the nearest corner and leap off the middle rope to hit the big ending/ddt combo that The New Day was known for. All while this was happening in a shocking moment, Kofi Kingston would pull down the Money In The Bank briefcase. "Kofi's did it! He's finally won the Money In The Bank Briefcase! After years and years of being in this match he finally got the job done!" JBL would yell out ecstatically. "Yeah but he needed two other men to help him John." Michael Cole would add only to which JBL would reply with "There his partners Michael! That's what partners do!" Winner By Retrieving The Money In The Bank Briefcase: Kofi KingstonIt was quite possibly shock of the year so far in the WWE. Hardly anyone expected Kofi Kingston to finally come out with the Money in the Bank briefcase but finally he has done it. The question now was, what does this mean for The New Day?
After the Money in the Bank Ladder Match we would see a promo video playing for the next pay-per-view that the WWE will be presenting, Battleground.
WWE DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH NIKKI BELLA© VS. PAIGE - Following the Money in the Bank Ladder Match the crowd was rather disinterested in this match. With that said however does not discount the fact that the two women went out and had a great match. Surprisingly a ton of near falls, the first coming after a huge Paige Turner out of nowhere. The crowd was chanting "New! Day Sucks!" for a good chunk of the match sadly. After the Money in the Bank match though, it was to be expected no matter what match would follow. Thankfully though the two got the crowd back into the match after a big outside dive spot that Paige would hit on Nikki Bella and Brie Bella after the Bella Twins attempted to pull twin magic. Following the outside dive however is when we would get almost a double count out before the two divas would roll back in the ring at the count of eight and nine respectively. From here though we'd see Paige once again line Nikki up for a Paige Turner but Nikki was able to drive a few elbows into the face of Paige to save herself. After this we'd see Nikki pull The Anti Diva up for a Rack Attack which would be followed up with a pin. Nikki however would put her feet on the ropes and use them for leverage that would gain her the rather cheap victory to retain her Divas Championship. Winner By Pinfall To Retain The WWE Divas Championship: Nikki Bella
We would see backstage interviewer Renee Young standing beside the NXT Champion, Kevin Owens. With a microphone in hand Renee would begin to speak as she'd say "Ladies and gent--" Quickly however Kevin would cut her off by moving his right hand over her microphone. She'd look confused but Owens would quickly say "How many interviews have you given? How many times have you used the same intro? We all know your name Renee, and before you ask, I feel great after ending John Cena." It was clear Owens was just being his typical self once again. He always liked stumping the interviewers and even make them seem foolish. So it was no surprise when Renee went to speak again, we'd once again see Kevin move his right hand back over her microphone before shaking his head. Slowly he'd remove his hand off of her mic before saying "Let me guess, you're going to ask what I plan to do next? Simple, keep doing what I have to do so that my family can be supported. Something however tells me that..." Owens would pause before he'd laugh slightly and look off camera. "Why are you here?" He'd ask before suddenly the mystery person would walk on screen and now we'd see a suited up NXT Superstar, Finn Balor. "Hello, Renee." Finn would say into the microphone before looking at Kevin. "Hello, Kevin. Sorry, I don't mean to interrupt but I was here watching your match with John." After saying this we'd see Kevin move the NXT Championship he was holding by his side in his left hand up to his right shoulder. Clearly it was a sign of showing the number one contender who the champion was but Balor would just give a smirk at Owens before carrying on "I hope you don't plan on getting disqualified come July 4th where I win the NXT Championship." Kevin would just shake his head before stating "I've beaten you once, i'll do it again. No need to end you Finn, it is a shame though. You're going to have one shot to become a superstar come July 4th, and the reason that is a shame is because you are simply not me. You can't seize opportunities and once I beat you..." He'd pause before looking at Renee Young. "...again, you will all realize that the real champ is..." Owens would raise the NXT Championship up into the air before leaning into the microphone to finish his statement. However it was Finn Balor however that would cover the microphone up with his right hand. Kevin's eyebrows would lower and now he looked ticked off, all the while Finn had a calm, cool, and collected look about him. As Kevin would move the NXT Championship back onto his shoulder we would hear Finn speak up again "July 4th, live from Tokyo, Kevin I hope you know that..." Now it was Finn who would pause to look at Renee before giving a sly wink. "The demon... is... here." After saying this Kevin would get in Finn's face as the two men would be nose to nose in a staredown before the feed would pan back towards ringside.
A promo video would play recapping the feud between Dean Ambrose and current WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins.
WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP LADDER MATCH SETH ROLLINS© VS. DEAN AMBROSE - Considering the build behind this match essentially being a year, you can say this was going to be the most anticipated. Sure these two men have fought on numerous occasions since The Shield split over a year ago, but tonight is different. Money in the Bank 2014 was the first time Dean Ambrose legally got his hands on Seth Rollins and it was in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Go forward one year later and now the two would be facing off in yet another ladder match but this time it was one on one and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship was on the line. A championship in which Seth Rollins holds, technically. The current holder of the championship however is Dean Ambrose. He may not be the official champion but tonight he will be the man walking out with the title and that can't be a good mindset for Seth Rollins going into this match. Time for speculation however was over and now it was time to see just what mindset Seth Rollins was going to have as he steps foot inside the squared circle... all alone without the Authority to provide help for him. Will The Lunatic Fringe defeat The Architect for a second straight event? Or will Seth Rollins prove he can do this all on his own? This match was very much a brawl more than your typical ladder match. Instead of using the ladders to fly around the ring these two men took a very different approach. Many are making comparisons to the Summerslam Ladder Match between The Rock and Triple H. The match started as Dean Ambrose would be attacked from behind in his entrance by Seth Rollins near the ramp. From here the two men proceeded to spend at least ten minutes just brawling all around the arena. If you had floor seats, chances are you had Seth Rollins in your lap at one point. Barely any ladders were used for the first portion of this match but after Dean Ambrose hit a clothesline over the barricade to the ringside area on Seth Rollins, that was about to change. The Ohio native was locked on getting a ladder in use for this match and now as he approached the apron he'd pull up the fabric before pulling out a long ladder out from underneath the ring. He'd lean it against the apron before shaking his head and turning to look at the downed Seth Rollins. With a grin on his face we'd see Dean tip the ladder over letting it land across the back of Seth. For the next five minutes we'd see Seth Rollins get hit with ladders, chairs, and even a trashcan. Dean clearly had his mindset on torturing Rollins before winning the match. After hitting Dirty Deeds onto the trashcan we would finally see a ladder slide into the ring for the first time in this match. When it did however Ambrose would turn his head to see none other than Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, a very pissed off Kane, Jamie Noble, and Joey Mercury all standing at the top of the stage. Triple H would be standing at the front of the pack and instead of leading the troops down to the ring he'd say "Let's see if Seth can handle it." Dean would realize that The Authority weren't budging so he'd slowly set the ladder up in the ring and begin to climb it. However we would see Ambrose's paranoia get the better of him as he'd stop half way up the ladder and hop back down onto the mat. "Come on! What are you waiting for?!" Ambrose would motion for The Authority to join him in the ring but still nothing happened. Kane started to move but it was Triple H who put his arm in front of the Corporate Monster not letting him go towards the ring. "Remember, we play the game. They're our pawns." Hunter would tell Kane to which he'd nod and stop just watching the ring. This is when Seth would slowly start to climb back into the ring but Dean would turn around and charge Rollins. Once he charged Seth we'd suddenly hear the music of one Brock Lesnar. That music would stop Dean dead in his tracks as he'd slowly turn around to face the stage where we'd see The Authority looking around confused just like the rest of the arena. Soon though we would see The Beast hop the guardrail and slide into the ring. Instantly he'd charge Dean and take him down with a double leg as he'd proceed to mount him and drop punches across the face of Dean. One of the right punches would connect with the eyebrow of Ambrose splitting him open. Meanwhile Seth Rollins would stay leaning against the ropes. Brock would turn his head back and see Rollins laying there in disbelief and this is when Lesnar would go after The Architect. He'd pick him up and throw basically Seth onto his shoulders looking to hit a F-5 but luckily for Seth it would be Triple H who would hit the ring along with Kane and J&J Security. Triple H would scream out "BROCK! NO. DAMN IT DON'T YOU DO IT! WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" Seth Rollins would be trying to slip out of the grasps of the Beast but Brock of course manhandled him to keep him there. Triple H would watch as Brock would look up at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship hanging above them. "YOU WANT YOUR REMATCH?! FINE! FINE! YOU CAN HAVE IT BROCK! JUST LET SETH GET THE BELT!" Again we'd hear Triple H yell out. Brock would start to laugh before letting Seth drop down to the mat safely to which Triple H would pull him up onto his feet. "CLIMB DAMN IT!" Seth would hear the loud voice of Triple H in his ear and he could only nod and listen as he'd try to scurry up the ladder. As The Architect's hands would grip onto the WWE World Heavyweight Championship we'd see Kane put his hands on the ladder as if he was going to tip it over. Seth would scream out for help and Triple H would turn and push Kane back "OFF! NOW. YOU TWO HAVE PROBLEMS? OH WELL. THIS IS BIGGER THAN YOU KANE! THIS IS ABOUT US. ABOUT ME!" After being yelled at by Triple H, we'd see Kane just shake his head and with anger in his eyes grip the throat of Triple H. Seth Rollins would use this as a distraction to pull off the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and through all this somehow pull off the win. Winner By Retrieving The WWE World Heavyweight Championship To Retain: Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins now would feel something grab a hold of his foot and it was the hand of Brock Lesnar. The Beast would now pull Rollins off of the ladder and onto his shoulders before dropping him right there with an F-5. As Kane watched this he'd let go of Triple H as he got what he wanted, and that was for Seth to pay. However Triple H would move his hand to his own throat before shaking his head and yelling "ARE YOU SERI---" Before he could even finish he'd feel Brock Lesnar forcefully turn him around before getting picked up onto his shoulders. Kane would now have a choice that he needed to make. Either he could save Triple H, or he could watch Brock Lesnar drop him just as he watched The Beast drop Seth Rollins. Brock and Kane would stare down and suddenly the crowd would burst into cheers as they would watch Kane turn his back to the situation and step over the top rope. Brock Lesnar would almost instantly spin Triple H off his shoulders planting him into the mat now. Madness had hit the ring, and the World Wrestling Entertainment. As Kane was walking back up the ramp he'd be met with Stephanie McMahon who was irate and would attempt to slap The Corporate Monster. It would be Kane however who would catch her hand and then while holding her wrist he'd use his free hand to do that signature cut throat taunt Kane and Undertaker were known for doing. With madness striking the WWE here tonight, who knew what could be in store for Monday Night Raw. One thing is for certain however and that is the WWE has just met it's New Day.

Fantastic write-up, man. Plenty of detail - I would scale back a little bit of you intend to keep readers interested. My only concerns would be firstly having Owens by DQ. I get that he wants to fight but he wants to prove himself more to be better than Cena and capable of beating him. To throw the match isn't really his character. Also really shocked to see Kofi come out of complete obscurity and overcome several more deserving Superstars to win the briefcase. I thought that was a poor decision.

• It appears after the hype video that appeared last night at Money in the Bank, that the July 4th special from Tokyo will be used as a pay-per-view similar to how Elimination Chamber was used. Due to this the previous card slated for the show has been nixed, although it is to be expected that several big names will be on the show. Including the return of The Beast, Brock Lesnar.
• The decision of Kofi Kingston winning the Money in the Bank briefcase was quite questionable without a doubt. It looks as if the company decided to run with The New Day seeing as how much heat the trio currently has.
• With the return of Brock Lesnar at Money in the Bank, it does appear we will see The Beast tonight on Raw. Paul Heyman will probably also return to be alongside his client.
• One of the last angles we saw last night at Money in the Bank was that of Kane watching Triple H get F5'ed. Does this mean that the company is officially splitting Kane from The Authority? It seems that this decision has been teased for the past few months but finally came to a head last night.
• Look forward to NXT this week as we have two big confirmed matches for the show. Headlining the show will be Samoa Joe taking on the NXT Champion, Kevin Owens in a non title match. We also will see Blake, Murphy, and Alexa Bliss take on the trio of Enzo Amore, Big Cass, and Carmella.

Impressive for a first show. I like the layout as it's clean and easy on the eyes. I figured Kofi Kingston would win Money in the Bank judging by the diary logo and I'll admit that I'm intrigued. My only real issue was the match order as it seemed off, especially Cena/Owens going on second. Regardless, this is off to a good start. You seem to have a good handle so far and I'm intrigued by what's to come. I'll be on the lookout for sure.

For a first show this was quite impressive.
For my tastes there was too much information but others will appreciate that. Each to their own.
Match order wasn't too off in fairness, you spread out the 3 big matches which is my preference some like all the big matches at the end of the show.
With the more shows you post you'll find a style which suits all.
Booking wise I don't tend to comment to much on them after the first couple of shows I'll let you find your feet but Kofi winning the MITB isn't the right call. Impressive first show keep it up!

Alright, finally getting around to your first show - Money in the Bank. Thank God you had King Barrett go over on the Kickoff... I hate how he was designated for that poor spot against Truth, but rightfully you gave him the win. Not totally in love with The Prime Time Players winning the WWE Tag Team Championships, but it's whatever. You have time to develop what comes from it. Surprised with your title being The New WWE! John Cena and Kevin Owens, yeah, should have gone on later. Him winning via disqualification makes Owens look good and keeps this feud going without Owens getting hurt. I wouldn't mind Owens losing one battle, but I think he should be one of the guys to be a thorn in the side of Cena for good. Ryback retaining the Intercontinental Championship was expected, no need for Big Show to get the belt. Moderately surprised by Kofi Kingston winning the Money in the Bank... I did that once. I don't like to talk about it. I'll see where you go with it... could be interesting. Different, for sure. Nikki Bella retaining the Diva's Championship was probably the right call... the Diva's division is floundering and really needs somebody like Charlotte soon, for sure. Giving the July 4th Tokyo Show some promotion with Owens and Balor was grand, nice touch. Crazy main event. Basically that is the only way to describe it. Crazy. You had this, that and the other thing but now you've got so many different angles coming out of this... Seth Rollins retaining was the obvious choice and now we shall anticipate him vs Rollins and maybe HHH vs Kane...? Not that I'm overly in love with the idea but if it is a retirement thing then alright. Just no Katie Vick! Haha... anyway, a solid start here with your first show, looking forward to what else you've got.

I really like the layout of this, but as others have said, maybe drop the detail a tad.
I do like the dominance of Kevin Owens. He is a future World Champion for certain, and I'd personally love to see him clash with Brock Lesnar in the future. I'm a big Kane fan, so I like what you're doing with him here, that's unique and I like it. But where will it lead? Kane versus Triple H? Kane versus Seth Rollins? I'm not sure. I'll wait and see where that goes. As for Kofi Kingston winning Money in the Bank, I'm not surprised considering the diary title and the beginning logo, but I don't like it. I did it once upon a time and he's just so difficult to get over as a World Champion. Obviously you'll run it your own way and we'll see what happens, but as of right now, I'm not too big on the decision.
This is a good start to the diary though, I like your style.

Monday Night Raw - June 15, 2015 - Cleveland, Ohio
Gold, Hell, and Careers?
Monday Night Raw opened up with The Authority(Seth Rollins, J and J Security, and Triple H) coming down to the ring. Seth would speak about telling the WWE Universe that he was right all along, he could get it done. Of course given the result of the main event from last nights Money in the Bank, that was all but true. After the champion was done bragging, Triple H would grab the mic and transition the promo towards something else. He would call out the Director of Operations, Kane. The man who watched Triple H and Seth Rollins get F5'ed last night would come out on stage with a grin on his face that could go on for days. After some back and forth between Kane and the combination of Triple H and Seth Rollins, we would hear a proposal from the Director of Operations. Kane would mention the fact that Triple H and Seth both thought that he should be punished, fired even. So Kane would pitch one hell of a match to the C.O.O, and one that The Game couldn't refuse. July 4th the WWE will broadcast live from Tokyo, Japan. The show now will see quite a main event as it will be Seth Rollins defending the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Kane. However, the way Kane would get this match is by putting up his career. Career vs. Championship, what will come from the big main event set for Japan? Only time can tell, however tonight Kane reminded the Authority that he still had some power with his Director of Operations role. The newly named number one contender would announce that in the main event tonight we will see Seth Rollins in action, and it'd be against a Cleveland native in Dolph Ziggler. Promotional Video
A hype video would play highlighting the damaged caused last night at Money in the Bank by the Beast, Brock Lesnar. The last line we hear on the video would be Triple H as he'd scream at The Beast, "YOU WANT YOUR REMATCH?! FINE! FINE! YOU CAN HAVE IT BROCK! JUST LET SETH GET THE BELT!". A slow fade to black would be seen followed by a quick three second flash of the WWE Battleground logo. A voiceover would be heard saying "The Beast returns for his prize, live from St. Louis as WWE presents live on the WWE Network, Battleground." King Barrett vs. Ryback - Non Title
Kicking off the in ring action this week would be the 2015 King of the Ring taking on the Intercontinental Champion. This match would be heavily back and forth for the most part. Neither man made the other look to weak and the finish would come as Ryback would hoist Barrett up on his shoulders looking for the Shellshock. Before the Intercontinental Champion could hit the move however we would see Barrett use his fingers to poke the eyes of Ryback before he'd slip off the champions back. Using the loss of sight to his advantage, King Barrett would pull back his elbow pad before delivering a strong Bullhammer. A three count would be given to the King and the crowd would begin to boo. It was clear the heel tactics of Barrett was the reason he got one over on the Intercontinental Champion. The question now was, how would this effect King Barrett's standings when it came to the Intercontinental Championship? Winner By Pinfall: King Barrett
Commentary Recaps Byron Saxton, John Bradshaw Layfield, and Michael Cole would be seen sitting at ringside. JBL would be putting over the antics of King Barrett while Byron would be pointing out the eye pokes that the King of the Ring winner had to use. Michael Cole would transitions things to a different topic as we would hear him recap the rematch that took place last night at Money in the Bank between Kevin Owens and John Cena. He'd highlight the blatant low blow that Owens would deliver to Cena followed by the two Pop Up Powerbomb's onto the apron. Now we would hear Cole tell us that up next we will hear from the current NXT Champion, Kevin Owens.
The Champ Is Here
The NXT Champion, Kevin Owens would come out to a crowd of boos. With a smirk on his face he would just walk down to the ring with pride. We'd hear almost a victory speech from Kevin Owens as he would start the speech off with a simple line. "The Champ Is Here, Cleveland!". He'd go on to mention how he already did what he needed to do last month at Elimination Chamber, and that was pin John Cena. At Money in the Bank he promised to end the US Champion and that's exactly what he did. We would hear Owens state that when he says he's going to do something he does it and now he is setting his sights on Tokyo, Japan. "July 4th, I will face The Demon, Finn Balor. A man mind you that I have also already defeated for this championship, so hey come July 4th I will do to Finn exactly what I did to John Cena. End him." After doing a bit of hype up for the July 4th special, Owens would go back to talking about Cena. He'd mention that tonight we wont see the United States Open Challenge, but to not fear because the real champ is here. "The NXT Championship Open Challenge has been officially opened, and if you want some, come get some.". Kevin had found himself recently using a plethora of John Cena catchphrases, mainly to get under the US Champ's skin. Now it was just another level of imitating Cena, as we were about to see a NXT Championship match live on Monday Night Raw. NXT Championship Open Challenge Kevin Owens(c) vs. The Miz
Cleveland, Ohio native, The Miz would answer the Open Challenge. Over commentary we would hear Byron Saxton ask "Does The Miz really want to try and win the NXT Championship? After what Kevin Owens did to John Cena last night, I wouldn't dare get near him.". Byron was very right, The Miz shouldn't have answered the open challenge. Kevin Owens would make quick work of Miz, and very quickly we would see Owens pop The Miz up into the air before driving him down into the mat with a pop up powerbomb. This monsterous display from Kevin would be quite the sight to see, even a message sender really. It was quite clear as well as to who Kevin Owens was sending the message to, the US Champion John Cena. This would be clear as Owens would pick the almost lifeless body of Miz up before hitting a Attitude Adjustment on the man. Finally we would see Owens look to end the match as he'd pin The Miz for a three count. Winner By Pinfall And Still NXT Champion: Kevin Owens
Message Well Sent Following the dominate win over The Miz, we would see Kevin Owens roll out of the ring. He'd drag Miz out with him and then shrug his shoulders before doing the "You Can't See Me" taunt towards the man. After he'd pop The Miz up into the air before dropping him onto the apron with a pop up powerbomb. A medical team would come out to treat The Miz, while Kevin Owens would just march up the ramp with a smirk on his face. It was the same sight we saw last night to John Cena, and now it was more than clear that Kevin Owens was a dangerous man when it came to not only NXT, but now the WWE.
Promotional Video
A very quick video package would air hyping up the return of Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel, the Raw logo is seen in the bottom right corner with the words "Next Week" on it. The New Day(Big E and Xavier Woods) vs. Lucha Dragons
It was a very bad start at Money in the Bank last night for The New Day. Big E no Langston and Xavier Woods would come up short when defending the Tag Team Championships against the Prime Time Players. After losing the Tag Team Championships however The New Day would gain something else instead, the Money in the Bank briefcase. Kofi Kingston would walk out of Columbus, Ohio with the briefcase and now live in Cleveland he'd be at ringside with the case. Lucha Dragons put up a decent fight during this match, the highlight being Kalisto. However even with the flash of Kalisto, it was the outside interference from Kofi Kingston that would pull off the victory for the New Day. Mr. Money in the Bank would grab the foot of Kalisto which would lead to Xavier hitting Lost in the Woods followed up with a pinfall. Winners By Pinfall: The New Day
It's A Rematch Clause, Oh Yes It Is!After pulling off the win it would be Kofi Kingston who would grab a microphone before getting inside the ring. Standing all together now, The New Day would pull some heel heat by insulting the Cleveland Browns. After this Xavier would proclaim that at the July 4th special it would be a New Day once again, as they would be claiming their rematch clause! "When we win those tag team championships once again, it will only show that!... NEW! DAY. ROCKS.". The trio would continue clapping and yelling out "New Day Rocks" while the Cleveland crowd would be chanting "New Day Sucks.". Brie Bella w/Nikki Bella vs. PaigeA pretty plain and simple divas match. Coming off of a loss last night for Paige, it'd be crucial for her to win here tonight. Which seemed very likely except after she hit a knee strike, the Divas Champion, Nikki Bella would hop onto the apron. With Paige distracted she would get rolled up from behind by Brie Bella. Taken off guard, Paige would have no way of kicking out and Brie would get the sneaky win over Paige. Winner By Pinfall: Brie Bella
Smackdown Preview Graphic
A graphic would show hyping up this upcoming Smackdown, featured would be Dean Ambrose. This would give Michael Cole time to recap a bit of the Money in the Bank Main Event, he then would say that Ambrose would return to in ring action on Smackdown and who knows what is in store when the Lunatic Fringe is in action this Thursday? Backstage Troubles
Triple H, J and J Security, and Seth Rollins would be seen backstage talking about the announcement that was made at the start of the show. Seth would go on to say "I ended The Shield, I ended Brock Lesnar's title reign, and now I am going to end the career of Kane. What a day to be Seth Rollins, right boys?!". J and J security would nod and smile. Triple H on the other hand would have a stern look on his face and just tell Seth to take that July 4th match seriously, but also remember that when he ends Kane's career, he has Brock Lesnar to worry about. Hearing that would shut Seth up and the champ had a bit of a frightened look on his face. Sheamus vs. Roman Reigns
Two men that stepped into the Money in the Bank ladder match last night would do battle tonight. Many viewed Roman as the true winner of the match, until the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion would cost him the match. Regardless it was back to square one for both Sheamus and Roman Reigns so tonight it was going to be quite the restart button for both men. This was another very well put together back and forth match that would see Roman just barely etch out a win over the Irish adversary. That win would come when Roman Reigns would duck a Brogue Kick then quickly go into hitting a spear followed up by a pinfall. Winner By Pinfall: Roman Reigns Oh How The Mighty Have Fallen
Right after Reigns would be declared the winner of the match, we would be met with Bray Wyatt's intro effect. When the feed was back on the ring it would be Bray who would be behind Roman Reigns. Quickly Bray would pull Reigns in for the Sister Abigail, after hitting the move Wyatt would just laugh hysterically before we would go to commercial break. Why would Bray Wyatt go after Roman Reigns though? Seth Rollins w/J and J Security vs. Dolph Ziggler w/Lana - Non Title
In our main event for the evening we would see Seth Rollins take on Dolph Ziggler in a non title match. The crowd was red hot during the course of this match, the hometown boy in Dolph Ziggler getting all of the cheers. It was a well paced main event, which ultimately would climax with Dolph hitting a zigzag on Seth. He would almost get the three count on the champion, but J and J Security would slide the ref out of the ring. After this Dolph would walk over to the ropes looking confused, and rather annoyed. Not taking his eye too far off the ball however he would walk back over towards Seth. However it was Rollins who would suddenly low blow Ziggler while the ref was busy throwing J and J Security out. After the low blow Seth would stand up before getting Ziggler set up in the Pedigree, he'd jump up in the air and quickly drive him into the mat. With a booing crowd the ref would have no choice but to slide into the ring and count the three, declaring Seth Rollins the winner. Winner By Pinfall: Seth Rollins
Mind Game CityAfter the match we would suddenly hear the theme music of Brock Lesnar. Seth Rollins would be left alone in the ring, no J and J Security or any back up at all. His face was like it had seen a ghost as he was just frozen with fear. However it wasn't Brock Lesnar who walked out from behind the curtain, instead it was Kane. The Director of Operations would be laughing as he was standing at the top of the stage. It was clear as day that Kane has already started the mind games with the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion. With his Career on the line come Tokyo, who knew what other lengths Kane would go to before the championship match?

Right off the bat, I'm fond of the layout. Clean and interpretive. The Career vs. Championship stipulation is solid and it's a fun little way to finish Kane's career (unless you're going GOAT-ballsy and having him win). Glad you have Barrett not looking like trash and I'd be intrigued by a Ryback/Barrett feud. Interesting having Miz answer the Owens challenge but it was a fun read. New Day winning tonight was good and doesn't completely stifle their momentum. Really interested in what's going to happen with Kofi and the group as a whole. Also, I'm glad you're making the Tokyo special a big deal. In real life it was great no doubt, but it felt kinda odd only being half the show. Brie winning over Paige is alright and progresses the current story; I'm hoping Paige gets some backup soon though. Reigns pinning Sheamus was good and would be a good match no matter what. Bray coming out and attacking was good. Hope you make their rivalry clearer. Rollins winning the main event was good and the ending was fantastic. Really solid first Raw and I'm looking forward to more.

First off, glad to see another show posted here since I was a fan of Money in the Bank. Interesting format for the promo. You wrote it as if you were someone reporting it. I like it. Seth/Kane is good for Japan. Not a full on PPV so it doesn't need a massive main event, and retiring Kane could do wonders for Seth. Not sold on Ryback losing. Even though it's good for Barrett, I don't like seeing a champion, especially someone as strong as Ryback lose. Commentary recaps are so realistic. Good Owens promo and I appreciate the open challenge and playing up Miz's hometown, but he's a heel and probably shouldn't have answered this. Jericho? I can dig it. New Day winning, since they have the briefcase is for the best. I'm intrigued by what you do with that. You are loading up the July 4th special and I like it. Brie over Paige should hopefully lead to at least one NXT girl coming in. I'm still not sold on the Reigns/Bray feud. Sheamus losing here isn't too bad. Seth and Ziggler always have good matches, so wise for that to main event. Doing the Lesnar fake out made sense from a mind game standpoint, but I feel like the crowd would crap on it since they'd want Brock badly. Overall, a pretty good show. There are some things you need to work on, but I like the directions you are going with some of these things.

WWE NXT - June 17, 2015 - Orlando, Florida
Video Recap
We open this week of NXT by seeing a highlight video of Samoa Joe's NXT debut. After defeating Scott Dawson, Joe would go on to challenge the current NXT Champion, Kevin Owens. The champion had other ideas however as he told Samoa Joe that he had to earn a shot at his prize. That's when the general manager of NXT, William Regal decided to step into the situation. He would go on to tell Kevin that while he is correct about Samoa Joe needing to earn a title shot, he didn't need to earn a fight. "So next week on NXT, we will see Samoa Joe take on Kevin Owens in a non title match.". After this the video would end and a graphic with Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens would be shown as the bottom text read "TONIGHT!". Enzo Amore, Big Cass, and Carmella vs. Blake, Alexa Bliss, and MurphyThe first match this week would be a big six person tag match. When it came to crowd reaction, no doubt about it that Enzo, Cass, and Carmella had it won. Though crowd reaction isn't everything and the trio was going to learn that. It'd be a good match for the most part, the main two in the ring was Big Cass and Murphy. They would also be the two who were included in the finish, which came down to Murphy stepping out of the way of a big boot from Cass. This would lead to Big Cass hitting Alexa Bliss off of the apron to which the referee would call for the bell. Blake and Murphy would attend to Alexa while Cass just stood in the ring mouthing the words "I'm sorry.". The big man looked rather shook from what had happened and he really had no intentions of hitting Alexa. Winners By Disqualifaction: Blake, Alexa Bliss, and Murphy
Commentary RecapAfter the six person tag match we would cut to the commentary table where we'd see Byron Saxton, Corey Graves, and Rich Brennan. The three would discuss what just happened, Graves would be the one grilling Cass for striking a woman. Saxton however would justify the act by saying it was an accident and had Murphy not put Alexa in that situation, it wouldn't have happened. Rich would transition things over now as he'd talk about our main event tonight which was the non title match between Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe.
Video RecapWe would now see a video recapping what happened last Monday on Raw. It would be a brief clip of the promo that the NXT Champion, Kevin Owens cut and while he was talking about the destruction to John Cena we'd see still images from the match. After this we would cut to a recap of the NXT Championship Open Challenge to which The Miz answered. Now it'd be the destruction of The Miz that we would see and over the video we'd hear Byron Saxton on commentary say "Ladies and gentlemen that was two nights ago, but come July 4th live from Tokyo, Japan we will see the NXT Championship defended again." Corey would chip in now as he'd say "That's right Byron, as we will see the NXT Champion, Kevin Owens defend that championship against the number one contender, Finn Balor." After Graves would speak we'd see the apron powerbomb that Owens hit on The Miz and now it seemed like the video recap was almost up. Rich Brennan would confirm this as he would say "Speaking of the number one contender, i'm hearing now that backstage Devin Taylor is standing by with him now."
The Demon Is Here.Devin would greet us before introducing Finn. This would be your typical hype up promo for the July 4th special. Nothing really was special, yet at the same time Balor really was able to keep the viewers attention. A natural charisma about him really seems to help him in that field. At the end of the promo Finn would be quoted as saying, "Just like I told Kevin at Money in the Bank, come July 4th, and come Tokyo, Japan... The Demon. Is. Here."
Charlotte vs. Emma w/Dana BrookeThe return of Charlotte to Full Sail, if i'm not mistaken was tonight. After a few weeks of trash talk and teasing we would finally see Charlotte get her hands on Dana Brooke and Emma. Though it wasn't really a fair fight when it came right down to it. Everytime Charlotte would get an edge over Emma it'd be the interference from Dana Brooke that would get the tables turned. The ending would come when we would see Charlotte turn her attention on Dana Brooke. Emma would sneak up from behind and quickly would roll her up in a school boy. After she'd leap her feet up onto the middle rope, to which the ref had not seen. This would gain her the three count and now it was Charlotte who looked rather dumbfounded in the middle of the ring. In anger and frustration she'd hit the mat before shaking her head, all the while Emma and Dana Brooke were celebrating as they walked up the ramp. Winner By Pinfall: Emma The Virus Will Spread
A almost matrix like video would appear on screen after the last match. Inside the various numbers we'd slowly see an image start to form and it'd be in the shape of a crow. A voiceover would be heard as it'd say "Soon the virus will spread.", a sick laugh would be heard after. Just as quickly as this video came on, it'd be right back off. We would cut back to the commentary team and they would act as if they had no clue what had happened. Hype Vignette
We now would cut to a WWEShop commercial. After that when NXT would come back on the Network we'd see a hype vignette. The subject of the vignette was newly signed talent, Uhaa Nation. However unlike some other vignettes the man has had, we finally would get a hint as to what his name would be in NXT. This would come at the end of the vignette when we'd see him stretch out his arms before screaming out with an intense voice "UHAA!". Would the man be keeping his name from the independent scene? Or would he be going by just UHAA in NXT? Kevin Owens vs. Samoa Joe - Non TitleThe most anticipated match of the night would kick off exactly like you think it would, in chaos. Samoa Joe was the first man that made his entrance but just as he was walking down the ramp it'd be Kevin Owens who would attack him from behind. Though Owens didn't get the advantage however as Joe would start throwing rights and lefts to the champion as well. These two men would brawl all over the ringside area, but they never would get in the ring. This would cause referee Drake Wuertz to try and separate the two, but both competitors would hit Drake in the wrap up. Sure it wasn't intentional but that's what happened and these two beasts would continue to throw down. A flock of ref's would run out from the back to separate the two men finally after around ten minutes of brawling all over the Full Sail arena. it was clear this match wasn't going to happen tonight, but I seriously doubt this will be the last time that Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens step into an NXT ring together. Especially considering the last visual we would see on this episode being Samoa Joe raising the NXT Championship high over his head. Owens was furious about this and that's when we would fade out to black.

Alright, I'm going to reply to Raw. The title of each segment's text is a bit hurting on the eyes, but it is no big deal. A solid opening promo, interesting decision to have Rollins vs Kane at the Japan Show with Kane's career on the line. There is obviously no way Kane wins the title, but I'm not too sure about him ending his career in Japan. It seems weird. It's whatever, though, as long as it ends this program. King Barrett beating Ryback was good for him, I actually wouldn't mind seeing the former Nexus brethren feud with one another over the IC Title for now. The NXT Championship Open Challenge taking place again was cool. The Miz answering the call was alright for being in Cleveland, but it was weird with Miz being a heel. Chris Jericho hosting The Highlight Reel next week. Alright, I'm intrigued. Curious as to who will be his guests... it's a shame that The Lucha Dragons don't get more TV time. The New Day beating them was fine, they needed it more with a rematch for the tag titles on the horizon. Brie Bella beating Paige was what it was... hopefully we get Charlotte or something to back Paige up soon. Roman Reigns beating Sheamus was fine... Bray Wyatt attacking him afterward. Alright, we'll see where you go with this feud, if any different from the real one. Finally, we get a good main event win with Seth Rollins beating Dolph Ziggler... the end of the show, while promoting Kane vs Seth Rollins, was odd. I agree with Kev on people not being pleased with Brock Lesnar's music hitting and not getting Brock. Anyway, a solid show. We'll see what goes on going forth.
