It´s the Owen Hart head made by Ada Wong (handpainted by me) with some modifications on the hair to fit a RA-sized Singlet-Torso.

That is the best OWEN HART Custom I've ever seen!!
Hands DOWN 10 out of 10! - If jakks ever made a "Classic Superstars OWEN" it wouldn't of top this

WOW! That Owen ia BRILLIANT! The head looks great painted that way and is the icing on the cake for any owen custom. Looks amazing.

To me, the knee pads are the kicker. I've never seen custom Owen knee pads like those. That's just beyond cool!
